Zynonia sat on a bench that looked like it would fall apart under the weight of a person but was actually quite sturdy. She was stroking two purring cats that had followed her here while she looked up at the sky as she often did. It was obvious, once you knew her elements, that she came here often. The plants here seemed to be growing faster than the others around them and clung to the bench that Zynonia sat upon. One cat let out a meow and she removed her gaze from the sky as saw another person. She sensed a slightly strange feeling coming from him, but decided it was nothing and continued to look at the sky. She purred to the cat that had meowed at him and the cat jumped off the bench to go investigate him.

Jash blinked his eyes in confusion when he saw a cat. Then his confusion was hidden away, with one of his smiles. It felt like years since he had used a smile on anyone or anything. "Hi there," he said, in a calm, sincere voice, though he knew that there was a possibility that the cat had no understanding about the human language. Jash pushed back his black and blue dyed hair. Jash looked down at the cat with curiousity.

((I think that it's common in their family or something to have heights like that, or maybe that's just the effect of having an element.))

The cat purred loudly and rubbed up against him. Zynonia listened constantly so that if this person suddenly did something to harm her cat in any way, that she could be over there in an instant. The cat continued to purr and rub against Jash.

Jash's grin became wide as he looked down at the cat. He bent down to stroke the cat behind its ears. "Where did you come from? Who owns you?" Jash whispered, silver eyes twinkling. Animals were so hard to resist to Jash, who would cuddle one if he had the chance. Well, that Jash, was not the Jash at the present time. Nowadays, it was feed some animal that comes by, and run if you're spotted. Humans were highly suspicious of those who lived on the streets.

The feline pushed it's head against Jash's head to show that it liked the ear scratching. It then answered his question by leaving him and heading towards Zynonia, who kep ther gaze locked on the sky. It looked back at Jash to see if he planned on scratching it behind the ears again like it loved. Zynonia continued to listen, finally deciding that he wasn't a threat. If her cat trusted him and she couldn't find a reason not to herself, she decided that she had no need to be to wary of him.

Dravius smiled and turned to Sayuri, "I would indeed like to learn all of them personally. I think Tak would, too." Tak bobbed his head up and down, inspecting the line of animals intently, and craoking a few times. Dravius stroked a hand over Tic's feathers, and blinked his black eyes. He jumped a bit at the return of Erin, then wrinkled his nose at the food she had gotten. "Eww." He said simply, sniffing slightly. "Far too fresh." He plopped down on the floor and said, "Hey, Say, I have something for you." In a swift move, he pulled out a deep black stuffed raven, black beads glittering for eyes. "So far, this one has refused to tell me his name." He sighed, and held it out to Sayuri. "I think he might like you better."
"Never bring that horrid drink here again." "It tastes of blue, not the river-dwelling reptile, as I had thought."

((Hmm... where to start again? so many posts... xD )) Klair stared at all the food and wondered how the heck Erin had managed to get all of it. "Stick to smaller crimes," she said, still in a state of shock at the sight of all of the food. She grabbed an apple and bit into it without even washing it. It tasted delicious. She flopped down on the couch next to Erin. "Thanks," she said gratefully.

Rakoren bit down into the now warm bread. It was harder than he had expected, but completely worth it. The bread smelled so good, and felt warm as it went down his throat. "This is so good," he said to himself. Jash looked at Zynonia. So this was the nice cat's owner. Then he noticed the cat looking at him, waiting for him to scratch its ears again. He shrugged, then Jash approached the cat again, leaning down to place his hand on the cat's head. Jash started to scratch again.

Sayuri smiled. She put down Criss and clapped. "Oh yay!"She squealed. She took the little bird and looked at it. "Oh Saisy look. I got a present."She said showing to the bird to her friend. He smiled. 'Thats nice Say." She nodded and looked down at the doll squinting her eyes and held the bird to her face. "He, won't tell me his name."She frowned. She looked back at the doll. "Oh, he doesn't have one."She said. She looked at Criss and nodded. "We think you should name him."

"Me?" Dravius said, a bit puzzled. "I'm no good at names, but I could try!" He dug into his bag and pulled out several strips of green meat. He tossed a few to the birds, and started to nibble on the most rotton one.

"Rotten. Rotten?" Sayuri said as she watched the bird eats the meat. "Rot!" she squealled. "I'll name him Rot." she said. "Oh your so smart Dravius."She said. She looked at the birdy. "Do you like that?" she said looking at the birdy. She smiled. "He likes it."

The catallowed itself to be pet like this for about another minutes bnefore deciding it wanted to go back to Zynonia. It purred its thanks and dashed over to Zynonia, leaping onto her lap. The other cat had left by now for some reason. Zynonia, for the first time in a while, looked down from the sky completely to make sure her cat was okay after visiting with that stranger. She said nothing to Jash though, almost as though she were ignoring him. She was actually watching him carfully to make sure he didn't suddenly realize she was an elemetal somehow and then try to turn her in. She had stayed free tyhis long and didn't plan on capture just yet.

Jash watched as the cat went back to its owner. Then he turned his back on them. He stared, his eyes searching, looking in case someone was watching him from the buildings. Jash had discovered a year before how his element came in flashes sometimes, always unexpected. Ever since, he wanted to make sure, that no one figured out about him being an Elemental, or at least he thought he was. Jash was starting to doubt what he was.

" You seem rather nervous. Why is that? " Zynonia asked, still petting her cat, who was enjoying the attention very much. Zynonia knew all of the best places to scratch a cat! Zynonia slightly smiled at the pleased ex pression on her cat's face.

"Just, I..." Jash's voice trailed off for a moment trying to think of what to say. Should he lie or something? Then he felt importance seeming to come off the person. Jash remembered what his brothers had said once before, about recognizing other Elementals. +Past+ "How do you know if you're talking to one of us?" Jash curiously asked Rakoren. Rakoren looked at Jash. "You can usually feel it. It's like a tug, a pull at you, trying to make you pay attention to your kind's presence. All Elementals can feel it, and can choose to ignore it, or find this Elemental. Some Elementals can even see a slight glow around the person." The young Jash blinked his eyes. "Really?" he asked. Another brother of his answered,"Yes, really, Jash."

Zynonia waited for a few moment for him to complete his sentence, before realizing he had gone and drifted off into a flashback or something like that. " Hello? You still with us? " She asked, looking up from her cat for a moment before looking down again out of habit. She was used to looking at her cats more than other people.

Jash snapped out of his memory, and took in a deep breath. It always hurt him just to think of those brothers of his. He studied his dirty fingers in silence for a long moment with silver eyes. Then he said,"I sm oksy. I was just looking to see if any regular people are watching. I-I don't want them to find me at all. Most of my family have already been captured. Some still live, but maybe not for long."

" No need to worry about other people. Not many come by this part of town. Now, I'm gonna take a wild leap here and say that you're probobly an elementalist, right? " Zynonia asked, looking up once more. She had heard you could normally sense other elementalists strongly when they were this close. She didn't exactly think the feeling she got from him was all that strong. Mabye he hadn't gotten his elemental powers quite yet...
