Backstory

"And for the 100th annual Hunger Games, 10 tributes from each district shall fight to the death."
"And, each child that is in the reaping ball shall have 100 entries, no more, no less."
The Capitol crowd erupted with cheering, some letting out screams of happiness, while others calling out in protest.
I sat down on the couch, watching as the Capitol seal covered the screen, the anthem played, then the screen went black.
10 tributes? That's going against 129 other people. If I was chosen, that is.
This reaping was going to be exciting, and one that people won't forget.

Plot

So, as in 'payback' after the Dark Days, each District must sacrifice one young man and woman to participate in the annual 'Hunger Games'.
Since this year is a Quarter Quell, it always has a twist to make it more entertaining for the Capitol.
This year, there will be 130 tributes.
District 13 went out of Rebellion, after the Capitol had managed to get enough weapons to destroy their security.
When the tributes are in the Hunger Games, about halfway through, when about 60 are dead, the head Gamemaker, Euphrate Byrd,
will announce that as long as there are 10 tributes left, the games will end. They don't have to be from the same district.
Though, the gamemakers will make it a bloodbath, placing traps and mutts wherever the last tributes go.
Will you survive?
Oh, and as a twist, I may get a couple districts to have "Lovers". ;D Why? I dunno.

Personality: Shyne is a person you don't want to be alone with. She's evil, sly, and your worst nightmare. She stands about 5"6, so she's not that tall. She's super fast, but she doesn't think before she acts. This is a major flaw in her system so she'll be throwing things at you from all angles with out even having a second thought.
Crush: Starting to have a crush on Vega...
History: Shine is from a rich family. She's been trained and taught things since she could walk and talk. This gives her a major advantage, though she has flaws. She just tries to hide them.

Personality: Peter was from one of the richer families in District 12. He didn't have to go and hunt, nor did he have to steal. His mother is a doctor, while his father is the mayor. He's never got any special treatment, and why should he? He has an nervousness problem, and usually talks or rambles about random things when he's scared.
 Crush: Lol, none. He doesn't want to love someone who's going to try and kill him.
