A tall skinny man suddenly appeared behind Nix. He appeared to be dressed head to toe in black, even his face. Although his horns were purple. Horns?
The Daemon threw Nix into a tree. The guards opened fire, but the Daemon seemed unpetrubed by the bullets. He stormed towards them. One panicked and was suddenly enveloped in purple light. When it faded he was a charred corpse.
The Daemon whipped a tendril of shadow at another guard, impaling him right through the head. he threw the corpse at the goggled man, then ran a thrid guard through with his sword. Just as the Daemon approached the last guard Nix stood up and ensnared the Daemon in an invisible web. The Daemon snarled at Nix.
Whether we wanted it or not, we\'ve stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let\'s get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta\'aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He\'s well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

nix spun the Daemon around to face him. "Azkalleon?" Nix asked.
Azkalleon nodded.
"huh" said Nix. "You all look the same to me"
Azkalleon struggled but couldn't break free.
"You arrived quicker than i expected" said Nix.
"leave my daughter alone" Azkalleon growled.
Nix shook hsi head. "i don't intend to harm her. She's just doing me a favour"

Azkalleon smiled sheepishly

Ambrosia took a few steps closer towards the guard until she was only a few inches away and grinned before kissing him hard on the mouth. She turned around so she was outside the cage and let go. "Sorry, dear, got to go!" she purred, winked at him and then darted off down the hall way.

The guard, having been wearing his mask, was unperturbed and emptied a clip of bullets into Ambrosia ham strings. 4 guards appeared in a blu flash and opened fire at Ambrosia with expert aim at her chest
