"Yo, vampire boy," Sam called from the yard, walking to the front door. She opened it like she was family, mostly because she was able to. She eyed the guy almost evily. "You," She said, pointing a finger at his chest. "I know you're really one... But why are you so interested in my friend? And these 'imaginary' fang things..? Why are you putting images into her head?"

"You haven't changed her," Sam said, still frowning slightly. "Why's that? You obviously want her to be a vamp.... One like you..." Sam paused and shook her head. "Anyways, I truely don't want to get into this conversation. I'm going to the park." Sam exited the house and looked at Crystal. She nodded towards the park and started walking that way.

Crystal followed Sam. "We're going to the park, right?" Then she looked back at her house and back at Sam. "Shadow is a vampire. He proved it to me. He showed me his fangs. He says he plans on changing me, but only when I feel like it. I told him to change me sometime today."

"Yes, shall I prove it?" Sam turned around and smiled fully, baring her very sharp and long fangs. "And the unbearable thirst you have, being surrounded by humans... Their blood is so... tantilizing..." Sam smiled at the thought of human blood, but shook it out of her mind. Crystal was right there, and she had fresh blood, and it was rushing through her veins right in front of her.

"Okay! But don't come cryin' to me when you realize that you made a mistake!" Sam shouted as Crystal ran away. She sighed and walked over to the middle of the park, spotting several people she knew, but, Sam wasn't feeling that social right now. She pulled a lighter out of her pocket and a small pile of leaves. One by one, she began to burn them, watching how each leaf burned in a different pattern.
