Rikku sped up, and Jack began cantering. It was a pretty, lope-like walk that wasn't fast enough to be considered a gallop. He patted Jack's creamy-colored mane, and slowed to a stop. He enjoyed his horses, very much so.

April then flipped Andy off with a grin of her own. She still stayed silent. Her glare faded, and she laid back in her bed, but didn't even think about sleeping. She didn't want to go to sleep while he was in there. There was no telling what he would do.

Lacey was surprised by his cooperativeness. She walked over to Scott and said, "You're not a bad slave, are you?" It was more of a statement than anything. She walked up behind him, and got down on one knee. She slowly punctured his neck with her fangs, careful not to make it hurt. She had dulled the nerves the best that she could, but there might be a pang at the start. She began to feed, greedily guzzling the sweet blood.

After a few minutes, Lacey pulled back. She hadn't taken much. Scott shouldn't even feel dizzy. She wiped her mouth, and pulled her hair out of its' ponytail, the crazy curls resting on her shoulders.

Rain sighed. This woman was definately blunt. And he decided that since she had given him the bottle of wine, that he could finish it. He poured the rest of the wine into his glass, and guzzled it down. He would probably get drunk, but he'd fall asleep soon. Alchohol always put Rain to sleep. He got up from his place on the couch, and brushed himself off.

"Go ahead. Ride to your heart's content. I can show you around the woods, if you'd like." Rikku smiled and said, "The yard is a very big place." He ran a hand through his hair, and scratched Jack's neck.

April got up and said, "I'm not going to sleep, idiot. And I've figured that the door locks from the outside. Can't you see the big dent in it?" She ran a hand through her white hair and said, "Why did you buy me in the first place? So far, you haven't drank off of me, so that must not be it."

Rain set the glass down on the table again, and blinked his eyes a few more times. He got into his bed, and fell asleep. That day had been one heck of a day for him. He had been bitten, and lots of other things. He soon fell asleep, the wine working like Nyquil on him.

Lacey was a bit taken back by Scott's sneer. She had been kind to him, and what did she get in return? Ungratefulness. "You know, if you piss me off too much, I could drink you dry." She bore holes in Scott's eyes with her own, dark green eyes. She was mad. She had never been that kind to a slave before. She clenched her fists, and turned around.

"Yes," Rikku said, riding off. He rode into the woods a little ways, breaking down branches to form a path for Knightrus. He stopped at a shallow stream and said, "This is where the slaves come for picnics most of the time."

Rain woke up groggily to Elizabeth's voice. He dressed himself, and walked down the stairs. He didn't feel so well, but he pushed that aside and walked to the sitting room. He took a seat beside Elizabeth and began eating the meal that he was provided. "You look nice," he said, acknowledging Elizabeth.

April was shocked. A toy. That's all she was to Andy. A few tears crawled down her face, but she sniffled the rest back. "Get out of my room," she said, laying back down. She was hurt now. "Now, you bloodsucking bastard." She was ready to get hit. She was going to regret calling him a bastard, but she didn't care. Not then.

Lacey didn't sleep. She simply sat in her room, stewing over her slave's behavior. She got up when the sun came up, and walked into Scott's room. "Get up. We're going downtown." Her voice was unemotional. She was back to her cold, uncaring self now. Unless Scott apologized, she was going to give him hell.

"You're welcome to come out here any time. I want you to feel like this place is your home, not your prison." Rikku smiled. The sun was coming up now. "What do you know? We stayed awake all night." He looked at Knightrus.

April slowly fell asleep. She had terrible dreams about dying by being drained of her blood. When she woke up the next morning, she had given up on escaping. She knew that she was stuck here now. She sighed, and got out of bed.

Rikku wouldn't mind having lunch with Knightrus, so he asked her. "Would you like to have lunch out here today?" He smiled, his face looking as courteous as ever.

April dressed herself, and sighed. She was much more mellow now. She had exhausted every way that she thought she could escape. And none of them worked. She began to open her door, but remembered that it was locked from the outside. She looked at the dent below the doornob that she had caused yesterday.

April nodded. Her face was blank. She was still a bit groggy, but she wasn't grumpy. She didn't look Andy in the eye. She didn't want any expressions like fear or other things to get passed along. She sighed and said, "I'm not going to run, so you can stop acting like a prison guard."

Rikku smiled and said, "Sure." He turned Jack around, and he began cantering back towards the mansion. His horse, Jack, bobbled up and down with every step he took, so Rikku had to lift himself off of the saddle occasionally to avoid getting thrown off by his favorite horse in the stables.

April ate everything except for her hashbrowns. Her wrist still tingled from where Andy touched it. She then slid her plate away from herself. She was full. Of course, she didn't have much of an appetite. She was still quite satisfied from the feast yesterday for dinner. She sighed and looked at Andy.

Rikku stopped at the double french doors and unmounted his horse. He let him go free to roam around the yard. He would come back when Rikku whistled, anyway. "You can do the same with Marley, Knightrus." He opened the door for her, and waited for her to come inside. The maids already had breakfast ready.
