Species: Cyndaquil.
Personality: Kim is an odd character, one hard to get used to in some cases. She's deadly serious, in a way- all about getting things done and efficiency and whatnot. She's genuinely happy at work, and gets a bit edgy when she's not doing something consequential.
She genuinely wants to help other pokemon, but is a bit... cold, should we say? She talks of and implements violence like it is perfectly acceptable, and is a bit harsh with the truth.
