Aaron arose, sword in hand. He looked lethal right now. leaping into the air, he slashed at the rope, but his sword clinked off, not making a dent. "A sword is useless in this case!" he shouted. Aaron climbed to the top of the cage and tried to find an open hatch or anything. He smashed down his fists in frustration. His hands, now red, and his sword, now dented, were useless in this case. Aaron jumped down, then attempted to break open the cage again. He jumped up again and hung onto the bars. Aaron pulled at them with all his strength, and they curved a little. but the cage re-molded it-self again. No use. No use. Aaron thought.

Neyrii covered her eyes with her paws, avoiding getting scrunched. From above, the cage stopped lifting. A dark figure leaped down from the trees. "Gah, I hate it when the thing gets stuck. I could have earned a fortune by now! I have to fix it now..." Red eyes glared at Nekoryu and Aaron, clearly not too satisfied. "Are you two responsible for breaking my prize winning cage?!" He stepped forward, looking disgustedly at Nekoryu. "What is that thing!" He gripped a metal staff strapped to his back. He practically flew up ontop of the cage, grasping the rope. He opened a hatch, staring at Neyrii. She was shriveled in a corner, listening. "Don't worry princess, you'll end up somewhere better." He slammed the hatch shut and the cage continued the journey up with the man clinging to the rope.

Nekoryu roared at Red and charged after him. He wasn't going to let Red get away from this. He kept charging at the cage and then suddenly lost it. The Beastial Instinct of Volkenagrim, went in front of the cage's path. Then he stopped the cage and then charged a blast of great power. "Neryii! Duck or you'll get killed by this!" He roared at her and Red. He then blasted it with all the power destroying the whole top of it off. Then he leaped inside of it and attacked Red. He slashed his claws at him and his spines on his tail.

Ayren left the void. nothing sparked her interest there anymore. She picked up her belt, and her daggers. She then proceeded to the forest where she splashed some water on her face. Ayren cupped her hands and dipped it into the water, drinking some. Then she heard a growling from across the stream. Looking up, she saw a white male wolf, its fur matted, and Bones were showing through its skin. Its amber eyes were threatening. Ayren slowly arose to her feet and backed away slowly. The wolf charged at her, but Ayren had held out a piece of meat. Reluctantly, the wolf ate it and sat down next to her, much like a cat. She laughed and rubbed his head. "Your not bad at all. Its petty easy to tame a wolf." She smiled. She picked up her cloak and tore off a piece of fabric. She made a make-shift collar and slipped it around the wolf's neck. "Hmm, ill call you Jabari." Ayren said, patting the wolf's head again. She walked off, with the wolf at her side. Once she reached the camp, she pulled out a brush she had brought with her. She gently brushed Jabari's fur. When she was done, Jabari's fur was sleek, and looked quite normal. Ayren smiled and fed the wolf another piece of meat. "You know, you remind me of a dog i once had.." She trailed off, then shook her head. "C'mon Jabari. We need to find the others." Ayren said, getting up slowly.

Aaron, who was still clinging onto the bars looked at Nekoryu and put a finger to his lips. "Shh." he hissed. Then Aaron turned to Neyrii and whispered gently, "Dont worry. We can get you out." He turned his head to the creature and held his sword to its neck. "Tell me how to un-lock the cage. Or, i might slide my sword over your neck.." He dragged the blade slowly, causing a small cut. He had never really threatened anyone like this before, but he was running out of options right now. Aaron hissed in the creature's ear, "Tell me now"

The blade just bounced off Red's neck. (I guess thats what we're calling him now.) He snickered, looking a bit creepy in the moonlight. "Hm... If you care so much about this little creature I may let you unlock the cage. You just need to find it, then open it. Too bad it can only be opened with magic... Which you will need help with..." He smirked, electricity sparking at the end of his iron staff. He swung it off his back, zapping a lock. The door swung open, but Neyrii wasn't there. She had landed in the stream next to the shelter. Red faded and disappeared. "Good luck, maggots... Next time we meet, and there will be a next time, I am not letting you off so easy... So much gold gone to waste..." He shook his head and disappeared. Neyrii leaped out of the lake and shaked herself off. Upon seeing Ayren and Jabari, she looked pretty surprised. Jabari, the white wolf, was actually the wolf she had run into so many times... She trotted up, and stared at Jabari. Hm... I am sorry you ended up with the demon one. Now, when we first met you attacked me... Why? She chatted with Jabari for a while, adjusting it so the humans and Nekoryu wouldn't hear.

Nekoryu was trembling. Not of fear, but of high amounts of rage. He then began to lose it again. He rushed to the nearby trees and began to slash them to the ground. He then charged at Neryii and rushed past her. He was attacking just about anything that moved. Not even the birds in the trees were safe from him. Once he'd hear them, he'd began to climb the tree and go after them. He'd even lept off the trees to go after them. Each time he came crashing down onto his feet. No scratches or anything. He let loose a terrible roar. Evidently Red had ticked him off. Highly off. He then snarled at Aryen and then at Aaron. The Sword of Aaron's made him that much madder. He charged on top of Aaron biting at his sword, jerking it out of his hand. Then he broke it with his claws. Then he reared up on his hind legs and snarled at the sky. He went back to all fours and rushed off, wildly into the woods.

Jabari snorted Demon? Hardly. She feeds me. He said, using the same form of talking as Neyrii. The humans couldnt hear. Neither would the beast. And i attacked you, because you apposed as a threat. Alpha male you see? He snorted again and continued. Your not a real wolf anyways. I attack humans. I was about to shred this girl -Ayren is it?- to bits, but she held out some meat. I couldt resist. Jabari jammed his nose at Neyrii. You seem to hate this girl.. ehh. none of my concern now. Jabari sat down and turned his head. He barked at Ayren when she was approaching. Anything you want to add, tell me now. I just bought some time, though i would need to apologize soon. Make sure she doesnt leave me behind. Jabari's eyes sparkled with laughter.

Neyrii stopped with him. Ah, if you only knew... She looked at him and cocked her head. Not real? Flesh and bone, here. Before I was human, this was my default. I am just as real as you are, but not a wolf. I am sort of like a domestic canine, like you have become. Do not be fooled by Ayren's kindness. She is just as much of a monster as Nekoryu is. She tossed her head in Nekoryu's direction, checking on him. Ever need someone relatable to talk to, or she gives you down time, feel free to speak to me... I'll always be around... She got up, turned around, and stalked off on her haunches.

Aaron scowled. Great... Now i have to find a new sword. He made a mental note, to go to nearest town when they get a chance. Aaron walked over to Ayren and saw Jabari. He let out a frustrated sigh and rubbed his temple. "No Ayren. We cant have a wolf here." He said, sternly.

(never too late for more roleplayers!) Neyrii lifted her head, craning it around to watch. She wheeled around the rest of her body. Thats what I said... But it may be good to have another wolf around to... You know, guard. Your sword is broken, right? My point exactly. She looked at Jabari, winking a little bit. A fly flew onto her white fur, but she ignored it. Who pays attention to a fly, anyway?

Ayren held onto Jabari's neck. She scratched his back and said, "Hes a good wolf. Wont be much trouble to feed him right? He hunts, and find water himself." She said, laughing when Jabari had thumped his leg in pleasure. "And Besides," she said looking up at Aaron,"Hes different."
(From now on, i play as Jabari and Ayren.. In two separate Paragraphs. :) )
Jabari looked at Neyrii and muttered I think this guy already hates me.. Whats his name? Jabari jerked his head away from Ayren and sat down near Neyrii.

Neyrii shuffled a little bit. Him? Aaron. Got a little soft spot for Ayren. She smirked, but with the corner of her mouth opposit of Jabari. All you need to do, cause a little trouble for Ayren and Aaron bends to your will. Watch. She stood up, sprinting towards Ayren. Ayren flipped onto her face, on the ground. She crawled back to Jabari. Now, watch.

Ayren scowled and got up. "Wow neyrii. You went from Cruel, to Immature." She stalked off to the fire, and warmed herself up.
Jabari snorted. I dont see anything happening.

Neyrii pointed her nose up. Give it a minute... She dropped down to her haunches, creeping closer to Ayren. She grabbed a stick, then propped Aaron's arm on it. She spoke to him. Keep your arm on this stick, and point a finger. She leaped away, smirking. She leaped at Ayren and knocked her down, causing Aaron's arm to fall off the stick. She stood infront of Jabari, smiling. And the battle begins... You see, Ayren may be nice, but when she does to you what she did to me, you will be doing the same thing.

Aaron scowled along with Ayren. He helped her up and said, "Neyrii, stop. Jabari, you shoundt be doing this to." Aaron lifted Ayren up and brushed himself off. "Ayren, Get some food please." He said, turning around on his heels. He picked up the stick and tossed it into the fire, keeping his anger level under control.

Ayren ran off to get some food. She left into the forest, throwing a quick glare at Neyrii.
Jabari laid on his belly waiting for Neyrii to come back, and tell him the reason for her hate for Ayren. He lifted his head at Aaron and said, "Aaron, you must really like Ayren." He snorted, much like a laugh. "And yes, i can talk like a normal person."

Neyrii stopped in her tracks, turning her head halfway so she was staring at the ground to her left. I... She... Uh... Well, murdered everyone I loved... She denies it, says she doesn't remember, but it happened. Or else I wouldn't have ever had to carry the heavy burden of a castle on my back. She raised her head and continued on her way.
