((Sorry. ): Most of us just had a burst of activity earlier. xD)) Zadoch's gaze settled upon the new dragon that had appeared. He eyed the dark dragon carefully before speaking up. "And you would be?" He knew most of the older dragons on the island. Younger ones had a trend of annoying him, so he'd avoid them entirely. |

I calmed myself down, relaxing my wings. "I..I don't know what to do now? How are we to fight something when we do not know where they are coming from?" I turned to Raithe. "Maybe you should go eat and calm down. Relax your mind a bit." |

More dragons entered the clearing. I bowed my head to them in respect "My name is Asland as many of you know." Turning to Dusk, "Welcome young one, I'm hoping your here to help?" I then turned to the ragon with the egg. "It would be wise to keep that eggs safe. Humans are here on the island."

Zadoch stared at the younger dragon named Dusk for a while. Heaving a sigh, a pillar of smoke expelled from his nostrils and he curved his neck and rested his chin on the base of his neck where his chest began and closed his eyes. He, too, had felt the pangs of hunger, but he could hold off a while before needing to feast. "We're finding the young ones, and the humans." Zadoch replied curtly. |

"My mother." Dusk said with a sigh, "She doesn't want anymore of her children killed, especially not Zidoa." Dusk sneered, "He is older then me, why can't he look. My mother doesn't care about me, only the ones that aren't as black as night was a heart full of stone...

"Your mother sent you to follow us?" I was puzzled now."She should keep you close not spying on us. Plus how did you know humans where here already?" I slitted my eyes at her.

Zadoch's tail twitched again as Dusk snapped at him. He replied. "Your anger is ill placed, young one," his wings stretched out, then furled back against his sides, tightly. His claws dug into the dirt a bit and he added. "Your mother was wise to send you. Your judgment will not be clouded with emotion and regret, should the time come... and there is nothing wrong with black dragons." He looked down at his own black scales. They didn't glimmer or gleam as the others; his scales were black as sin.

"When will we be leaving?" Zadoch asked, his gaze turning upon Asland. A nice group had gathered, things should get interesting once they came across the humans.

"We..can leave now." I looked over at Dusk still not trusting her. "Well Dusk since you know that humans are here, please lead us to where you saw them last? Maybe then we can get an idea of where they are coming from."

{Ok} Raithe bunched her legs up and pushed off into the air, her blue-gray wings beating swiftly to gain altitude. She gave a small roar as she soared off into the open blue sky, wheeling about to follow the other dragons. Her tail whipped to the side with a crack that sounded like lightning and she sheared the top off a tree, feeling great satisfaction as her tail sliced through the wood as if it was only butter. |
