((xD I can't tell if you love or hate me. Gaah. You did reply to me. I just totally spaced replying to you. 8D Yaaaaay for brain fails.))
Nathaniel and Bryn stepped into the academy side by side, and were greeted by a fairly long hallway. Down the hall a ways to their left was a pair of floor-to-ceiling steel doors like the ones they had just entered through. To their right, a few similar steel doors were set into the wall every yard or so. At the far end of the hall was a grand staircase that split off to either side just before it reached ceiling-level.
From what they could see, the inside of Innarine had the same sort of pieces-slapped-together feel that the outside had, but to a lesser extent. The floor alternated at random from hardwood to tiled stone to metal then back to wood, where as the walls were the same uniform slabs of metal. As if to combat this, the lighting seemed to consist of whatever had been handy during the building and any following repairs and upkeep; top of the line electric lights hung from the ceiling, whereas torches rested in their brackets on the walls every few feet.
"So," Nathaniel said aloud to no one in particular after staring for a few minutes, "Where are we suppose to go from here?"
((Nattie's totally out of character. I don't care. |D I wanted to go on a bit about Innarine, but there's only so much you can describe about a hallway. And, uh, I'm being kicked off to bed.))
