(( HGFBGTJUGHTJUHR I want me a Mayhem. :( )) Out of all the things the hybrid could do, Kohaku was not especting a hug. He'd bought him, nearly killed him, traumatized him, and he gives him a hug? He didn't do anything at first, but he found himself giving in and hugging back ever so slightly. "Well...Okay," He said awkwardly. "Your growing on me. And it would be lonely here without you. And who's going to make me food without exploding it? Well neeehh. You has no choice. You will stay here. So like...yeah." he couldn't help but allow a small smile. When the hybrid walked away, Kohaku stayed there, stunned. There used to be two kinds of people in his world. Him and the retards. Had someone finally crossed over? Only when the smell of food hit his nose when he finally relaxed and took a few steps forward. "I'll have whats left, after you get what you want I suppose. I bet your pretty dang hungry," He replied.

Cloud's ears perked up in surprise, the hybrid looking over at his owner after he replied to the young teen's question. Then he smiled, taking only a couple pieces of meat before putting a few on Kohaku's plate as well. He padded over, holding up the plate with a fork on it, sitting down to eat his own food afterwards. He hummed lightly as he took the first bite, licking his lips happily as the flavor practically burst in his mouth. "Pretty good for not cooking in a while, huh?" he asked, looking back at the human.

Kohaku immedietly slipped under a chair happily. "Thank you, Cloud." He finally said, not looking up from his meal. His mouth watered. Well what are you waiting for? he asked himself. Dig in! He wolfed down some. "Wll, yeah. This is the best cooking I've had ever since dad's cook got bit by turtle and quit." He giggled, meeting eyes with the hybrid.

Cloud giggled, ears pulling back slightly as he turned his head to look at the human, tail waving happily. "He quit because of a turtle?" he asked, then shook his head. "That's so ridiculous!" he laughed pausing only to take another bite of his food. "And I'm glad you lie it. It's quick and doesn't take much~" he purred, big blue eyes still lit up rather happily.

Koaku chuckled. "Well, the turtle was huge. And grumpy." He explained, taking a few more bites. "If this didn't tke much I can't imagine what your best is," He smiled. (( Gah. My brain's fried from forewheeling. ))

Cloud felt his grow slightly warmer at the compliment he received --you see, he wasn't very used to compliments, even before he was turned into a hybrid-- and glanced down, though his ears pricked and his tail waved to show that he was happy in a cute, shy little way. "If we can find the ingredients, I'll make one of my favorites for you..." he said softly, glancing up slightly before he tilted his head.

You mean it?" he asked, his eyes growing slightly wider out of excitement. Since he was already done, he hopped up and practically pounced on the other male, nuzzling him with a purr. Cloud, after noticing what he'd done, flushed a rather bright red and climbed down to return to the ground, ears pulled back in an embarrassed manner. "Ah, sorry. I still can't control all fo the feline in me," he said in an apologetic way as he rubbed the back of hsi neck, glancing down and way from the other, his tail twitching in a slight manner. He glanced back uo a moment later, his ears slowly perking up again. "I mean it, buy the way...hank you... Getting here was scary, but...after that I like it here," he purred, moving closer to lightly lean against him from his seat on the floor, blue eyes focused onto his owner.

"Brother?" "Yes Mischief?" "Why are we in here again?" "You're the smart one, you should know." "But I don't..." A sigh escaped his lips, and the muscular male ran a ghostly white hand through his shaggy mane, ears pulling back a bit. "We're gonna be someone's pets little bro. Why do you think we're like this now? Just because? Do you think it's for fun?" The younger of the two winced at the partially harsh words, fiddling with his tail and whimpering. "I-I just thought that we were gonna get adopted and get a home and a mom..." Mischief replied in a quiet tone, which caused the older brother to snarl. "Adopted, really!? Are you really that niave that you think any being in the right mind would adopt two.. freaks as their children!?" Mayhem snapped out of rage, sitting in the corner of the cage and glowering. Mischief let out another whimper of fear, curling up in an opposite corner. The older brother sighed quietly, running the hand through his hair again and groaning; fangs gritting against each other. He was really annoyed... Being stuck in here was a major pain.

Markus let out a sigh as he tilted his ehad, stepping into the pet store and immediately gaining a few stares from the employees. He let out a growl and they backed off, returning to their jobs. After stuffing his hands into his pockets he ventured further intot the shop, his bi-colored eyes almost instantly finding the two brothers int eh cage together. He grinned, drifting over and cocking his head. "Mmm...Mischief and Mayhem?" he purred, looking interested. "I wonder how you two got your names~" he chuckled, looking at the hybrids. "And I wonder which of you <ayhem, and which is Mischief." He leaned a little closer, chuckling softly as he cocked his head. "Would you two like to come home with me?" |

Cloud's smile onl grew bigger, the feline gently rubbing his head against Kohaku's leg, letting ouyt a soft, steady purr as his tail curled around the human, the hybrid's eyes falling closed. For some weird, dememnted reason, he finally felt like he had a hiome here, that he was loved and cared for.. Well, maybe koved is going out on a limb, but cared for he definitly was. |
