Turquoise eyes glared at the owner of the voice, and a growl followed. "Do I wanna come home with you!? Like hell! You must be insane! You look like a pompous little bi-" Quickly, very quickly, Mischief interrupted his basically barking brother, frowning a bit and looking toward Markus; a faint and embarrassed blush dusting his cheeks. "I-I'm so sorry about his attitude... he just doesn't like... humans I guess." The hybrid explained, glancing toward his brother; who was fuming with anger. "Don't like humans? HA! I despise them! They turned me into this ugly piece of sh-" "Brother! Please silence yourself!  Such language is unneeded..."

Looking back to the questioning male, Mischief smiled a very small smile. "An-anyway... I am very thankful about your offer... and on behalf of both of us, I think we'd like that very much. We could do for a warm bed and some food." he answered, glaring toward his brother. Mayhem on the other hand was pouting like he had never pouted before. He didn't want to go with another dude... that'd just be... gay.

Markus laughed, grinning. "I like you two~! My parents probably won't, but that's okay!~" He stretched out his arms, cocking his head. "Mm, so the establishment won't harass me any further than a few glares and stares, what kind of collars would you two prefer? If you behave, they'll be taken off~" He leaned closer to the cage, his mis-matched eyes glittering in a rather happy manner. "You two will be treated like people, so don't worry!~ You'll get beds and real food, and baths, and your own wardrobes!~" he grinned, cocking his head again. "Sounding any better than that cgae you're in yet?"

Cole had seen, out of the corner of his eye, Kella's seatbelt mischief.  But it was ok.  When he was little, he used to do the same all the time - especially on long-distance trips.  "Um, well... we're going to have d-dinner at home soon.  But I guess we can stop by McDonald's for a quick snack..?"  There was a McDonald's naerby his home.  So they'd get some nuggets or something then eat a full meal, right?  That'd be ok... um. Right?  Muh, of course it was fine!  Plus, the place would be in view soon.  Kella and Cole weren't too far away from their destination..s.

Mayhem's eyes widened. What the hell? Big? MEAN!? That just pissed him off. This kid had really  crossed the line! He striked out wildly, only to be weakly held back by a rather now sad looking Mischief. His cyan eyes just pleaded with his brother... begging him to stop so that they'd have a real home... he really did want to be stuck here. The older brother keep snarling, basically hellbent on killing this guy. But for his little brother... he knew he had to act 'good', so that he could live a better life. So, he stood up slowly, looking down at Mischief and Markus; still a wee pissed.

"Thank you... for buying us I mean..." Mischief murmured with a smile. "I do promise to behave... but it'll take some convincing for brother..." He added in a sort of embarrassed way, getting a growl from Mayhem in return.

Mischief smiled happily as the trailed along Markus, tail wagging in glee. Of course Mayhem on the other hand wanted to give this guy a hard time, so he kept running circles around Markus and paused at random moments so their owner would jerk forward. Mischief yelped in return, falling over at some points and whining.

"Br-brother... do you really have to act like this?" "This is how animals act, right!?" he snapped evilly in return with a grin, causing the younger to wince and fiddle with his hair. Just a few minutes ago Mayhem was complaining about becoming part animal... and now he was just treating it like it was a game.

God was he weird...

Markus let out a low growl, grabbing Mayhenm'sd leash and snapping it towards him with a rough jerk, eyes narrowing. "If you insist on /acting/ like an animal, you will be treated as an animal!" he snapped, glaring at the older of the two. "And while you eat from a bowl, Mischief will have a seat at the table because he's acting civilized, not like a dog in heat!" he growled. He was NOT going to have this kind of behavior!

"I would watch how you act, Mayhem, unless you want a doggy bed and a water bowl as yuour only comforts. You are how you act, and I expect you to act like the person tyou once were, not some wild animal!" From the on, he held Mischief's leash in a seperate hand from Mayhem, his bi-colored eyes resting on Mayhem. "I promise you this, if you do not behave, Mayhem, you /will/ be sleeping on the floor and eating from a bowl if you do not act at least slightly human. And I do /not/...break a promise," he hissed.

Mayhem hissed loudly right back, looking down at Markus and gritting his fangs. "If I'm a wild animal, that means I'm not human! How can I be something I once was!?" he replied with a cold stare, moving some distance away and toward Mischief. "What happens happens. You can't change the past." with that he went quiet, ears pulling back as he was forced to continue walking. If only Mischief wasn't around... he'd maul the crap out of this guy. Mischief just shuffled in place, looking down at his feet. He did not want to get involved in the arguement. It seemed scary...

"Oh what boring little creatures..." her voice spoke, dripping with a British accent. Each creature at this store was just so... plain and vague. A cat girl... a dog boy... a parrot boy... a- ooh, now this looked very intriguing. Looking into the cage, she saw a powerful looking male. He was a tiger... a tiger! A strong, wild feline! Daintly wrapping her fingers around the bars of the cage she peered in, a wide smile gracing her face. "Well aren't you just the most ferocious looking beastie evah!~ How would you like to come home with me? Hmm? Doesn't that just sound delightful?~ I'd take the greatest care of you! Food, water, and a big open area just for you to play and run aound in!" She gave him no time to reply.

Skipping away, she browsed the items shelf, buying a nice and large lavender collar with amethyst studs and a lavender leash to match. She returned to the cage, getting one of the shop workers to open the cage for her. Putting the collar on him, Vivian smiled happily, giggling once more. "Maelen huh? Sounds like such an exotic name for such an exotic beastie~"
