With a small sigh, Snype took off his shorts, for that was the only clothing he had been allowed to wear while on display and  crawled into the tub. The water was freezing! He would have cursed if his throat was working. What did this kid think, it was the middle of summer? Brrr! Why couldn't he just use the shower for pity's sake? Oh, yes, that was right. He was the pet. The pet did not go in the house. Right. He could see that he was not going to enjoy this much. At least he had let go of that ridiculous leash. 

The leash! He could run! Stupid kid. Oh, but that was right. He was naked now, though his hair covered nearly everything, and could not simply run out into the neighborhood like that. He did have some dignity, although burried deep down inside where most could not see. And he had decided to stick around for a while, anyway. No use passing up the chance to bring in the hawl of a life time. He could wait on freedom a while longer.  

Contenting himself with trying to undo the latch that connected leash to collar, he slowly, with many a protest, sank down into the cold tub of water. When he was thoroughly wet, and chilled, he looked around for some sort of washrag. What, not even that? He was human for cryin' out loud! He coughed, trying to call out to the kid, but his throat protested greatly and he gasped grabbing at it in pain. Alright, fine...He'd wash without one. 

Kella then looked up from playing with her tail. Did he really just say that? Was that like, an adoption question? "O...Of course I w...want to get out of here," She mumbled, looking at the Cole with kindness in her eyes. Secretely, Kella was screaming with joy on the inside. She really wanted to do a little happy dance, but her small cage would not permit her.

"But, you are animal-infused! Hence, you do need the damn tags." Shawn was getting tired of fighting with this animal... Maybe he could sell it later on? He was pretty posative it would fetch a good price, especially since it was pretty... And a girl. That made him wonder if the profit would be enough.

Shawn continued to stay silent, thinking to himself. "Well... Guess I'll just keep your tags in my pocket..." Is it even worth this trouble? He muttered to himself, having second thoughts. He would have thought the girl wanted to get out of the dreadfull place. He had seen the way that the animals were treated, it was inhumane!

Cole was happier.  Maybe she'd want to be adopted.  By him?  Well... He was not such a great person.  I mean, everyone didn't care about him at school.  Anyway, though, he asked another question.  "Would you like to leave here... with me?"  GAHHHHHH.  Why was he so STUPID?  Couldn't he say anything right?  Why did he go and say that?!?!

Kasey finished with Snypes new home, "Oh yeah towel and I think I might have some clothes that wil work for you for the time being." He said and whent inside. He came back witha towel, a new pair of cargo shorts, and one of his Santa cruz T-shirts. "We can go to the mall and get you some shoes, socks and other clothes that will fit you." Kasey said. "Don't worrie Mom will warm up to you soon enough and then you can be inside more often.".

Kasey's mother opened the door, "Kasey I need you too go get something for me Ok?" She said more as a demand than a question. "I'll be back later" He got up and walked inside to find out what his mom needed.

Blood: Everyone is just picking out who they want to adopt right now. Not much other than that has really happened... o3o))

"W...With you?" Kella repeated, looking up at the boy once again. A small grin appeared on her face. "I w.. would like that very much!" The animal smiled once again and placed both hands on the bars, pressing her face upon them as well. She was getting excited.

Oh the thoughts that ran through her mind: Yes! Freedom! Sweet... Sweet victory! Out of this damn cage! I so cannot wait!! Maybe I'll even get real human food! Like I got when I was actually human! Like... A burger. And with the end of her thoughts, Kella could feel saliva, pooling up in her mouth. She almost started to drool from it.

Calyx snarled with rage. "You horrible people are the reason!" She howled, literally. People stared as they walked by, talking in hushed whispers. She glared at him. He was thinking about something. By the look on his face she knew it wasn't good. She licked her tail, trying to get it to flatten down.

"Great!  OK!" Cole said with a wide grin.  Gesturing to the shopkeeper, they talked for a while.  Eventually, the shopkeeper gave him a single key to Kella's cage and told him a few guidelines about pets.  Absorbing the information, he didn't plan on doing half the things that he was told.  They sounded ridiculous.  Going over to Kella, he said, "I have the keys to your cage.  I'm going to adopt you.  I think I'm going to have to take you home on a collar and leash for my parents' sake.  So... what color..?"

Cloud's ears perked up again, the rather small male moving closer tot he front of his cage to watch the human as he moved around. He wrapped his fingers around the bars of  his cage, tilting his head as his tail swayed lightly back and forth after unraveling from around him. "I'll do...for what...?" he asked softly, blue eyes betraying his confusion. The clouded leopard pressed his face rather close to to the bars of his cage, ears twitching when he thought he heard bells ringing.

Was he getting him collars?  WAs he getting freed from his little cage and allowed to walk around? He didn't care if he had to be on a leash! Anything was better than here!

((By the way, I drew Cloud. I just need to add his tail and his visible hand. And I gave him paw-feet. cx))

Shawn watched as the girl made a spectical out of herself. The howl was.... Extremely loud. It almost made the guy jump. Once she calmed down, as Shawn could tell by the licking of her tail, the teen let out a long, held-in breath. Again, against his better judgement, Shawn knelt down next to the cage again. He looked at Caylx and sighed. 

"Do you like staying in this cage?" He asked her, his voice unwavering. The look on his face said it all. Shawn didn't think of the girl as a pet, he just wanted to get a reaction out of her... Which he did. He just wanted someone to talk to, other than his stuck-up dad and wierd, not-mom. Though, he wouldn't admit that to anyone.

Kella started to day dream as Cole walked away. She didn't even notice when he came back, until a small glint flashed in the boys hand. That caught her attention. It was a key... Her cage key! The girl held in a small squeal as he that he was going to adopt her. Finally, after months and months of this... torture!, she would be gone from the dreaded place!

Then, a second later, it hit her. Collar. Leash. Her? Yes. "Uh... Yeah... T.. that'll be fine!" Kella said, trying to hide her dissapointment. How degrading... To be put on a leash... "I... I like purple?" She then offered, trying to take away the thoughts of disgrace.

When Kohaku was done with his shopping, he walked over to the cage again and stared at the cute hybrid awkwardly. "Oh, you heard that?" He said, turning away and looking through the bag which held all his items. He turned back to the hybrid, scanning him. "You don't seem too frightening, or dangerous, for that matter." He thought outloud. "Someone open the cage? I want to see if this length of ribbon fits it," He asked. An employee walked over, reluctantly opened the cage. Kohaku neeled down and wrapped a green ribbon, complete wit bell, around his neck. "Fits~" He said triumpthiantly. "You can close the cage now," The employee did what was asked. "I don't want it shedding all over me," He shivered with distaste. "Do you have a doggy carrier or something? Getting fur on my car seats is just as worse as getting it all over me,"

(Poo. D: Cole doesn't want to put a leash on her, but his parents would be all like "WHAT THE HECK DEWD".  :u )

Cole frowned.  "It'll only be temporary, trust me.."  Buying the purple collar and leash, he unlocked Kella's cage and lightly put the collar+leash on.  Tossing the keys to the shopkeeper, he was happy to have found someone nice to be his friend now.  "Let's go now.  I bet you hated it here.  I know I would," Cole told Kella.  He started off towards the door to get to his car.

Cloud's ears drooped when he was referred to as an 'it', his slightly hopeful expressian falling. "I'm..not an it..." he murmured, the look in his blue eyes slightly hurt. "I may be here now, but I was human once..." he said softly, then sighed. It was useless to reason with them...they would always think what they wanted to think...

"And please...could you call me by my name at least?" he asked before lowering his head to stare at the bottom of his cage, his tail laying limp behind him. He was just going to be some animal to this human, wasn't he? He was probably even going to have to keep eating this disgusting food... He let his hands fall from the bars of his cage, where he had placed them again after the door had been closed, and instead curled back up, setting his head down. He may as well get used to the idea of being treated like an animal...it's not like he had the power to convince the other that he was more than that...

((Woah, too fast for me, I'm afraid ^_^  Reminds me of my Gijinka Rp way back when.  I think I myself may have to hold off on this one.  I'll supervise you guys, though.  You have any questions/ need help, I'll be here ;D
