Shadow sighed and said,"I'm sorry if it sounds like I'm bragging,but most do wonder why and if I don't say they just accuse me of being a mistake made by Lupus. Like they didn't do that already,but they just make it seem like I'm an even worse mistake." She then looked up at the sky and couldn't see the Great Wolf Lupus's or The Cave of Souls star group any were. "All these souls will have to wait until Lupus and The Cave of Souls appears before leaving this suffering place.",she said with a sad tone in her voice.

Kia wished she could tell Shadow where she was going and ask if she wanted to come, but she couldn't. She just turned to the east and began walking with her head high as if Shadow never happened.

Kia looked at Shadow and nodded her head toward the direction she was going. She made a clicking sound and sweeped her paw on the ground. "C... C..." She turned around and kept going. She looked back at Shadow.

Shadow stopped and remember Avven. She ran back to the Ring and stopped infront of Avven. She motioned with her head for him to come and hoped he would understand.

Shadow looked back at him and sighed before whispering to herself,"I bet he doesn't even remember me from the watch." She began to walk into the beyond a bit more and the ground was still covered in snow. It has been covered in snow since winter and it was already summer. Food was scarce and when you found a single rat it was lucky. Shadow continued walking and the wind didn't seem to want to let her keep going.

Kia padded through a more hospitable meadow. She pitied Shadow for her lack of wits on the other side. She caught plenty of deer, although it would benefit the deer for putting them out of their misery. She lay down on a large rock, looking a bit like an lady bug.

Angel paces in the den wondering where the other guys are. She decides to go check around. She pads to the meadow and looks in all the logs. She heads back when in the distance she sees the world crumbling down and races back to the den. (sorry if this is random but I have NO clue what's happening right now)

(Shadow and Avven are in the Beyond and Kia is in,what the book calls,the Outermost. I don't think a pup would be in the Outermost unless it was born into a Rout,a group of the crazy wolves of the Outermost.)
Shadow caught the scent of a pup and raced towards it. 'Please Lupus!' She thought as she ran towards the scent hoping the pup she smelled would be alive.
