The frozen blue eyes of an animal fought to keep your gaze as your eyes flickered between the fire and it, trying to decide what to do. Your feet were in the position to flee, but your mind was set on fighting. You rocked your weight from your left foot to your right trying, trying to decide how to survive. In an instant your brain chose, and you ran for the fire only yards away. You heard a growl behind you just moments before slid to the ground, grabbing you closest flaming stick you could, getting a small burn in the process. You flipped onto you back, raising the glowing stick into the air. The animal flew to the ground with a whimper on it's lips. You looked at it for a second, examining it's singed fur, before the sound reached your ears. By the time your mind processed it, you already felt the pain of a wolf's strong jaws biting down on your arm. You dropped the stick, and let out one scream before the pack finished what the first one started.

This is a wolf roleplay, but not just any. It is about a frozen land, with nothing but ice and snow covering the land. There are wolves, two packs of wolves, that are trying to survive. I'm not sure if the packs are going to fight each other or if they are going to just fight the humans, and we will take a vote on that if everyone wants to. The two packs are called the Vareen and the Kallek. The Vareen are typically all white with blue eyes, with longer bodies, but not very strong builds. They will occasionally have markings, but not often. The Kallek, on the other hand, are all white and have green eyes, with stronger, more stocky builds. The personalities of the wolves differ from wolf to wolf, and are not particular of each pack.

As for the rules, I'm not going to be very strict. However, you must follow these guide lines:

Be semi-literate to literate. Don't overwhelm, though. A max of about five to seven paragraphs, unless they are very short. And a min. of about one to two, unless there is a lot of dialogue. I also understand it if you are having trouble writing for a day or so.
I know this is common sense, but be nice.
No godmodding, powerplaying, but you are allowed to have Mary/Gary Sue characters. If you can make them fun, go ahead.
Keep the gender ratios even. I'm calling a girl, by the way. >.>
Only three slots are open!
Keep the packs even; if there are already two Vareen, make it Kallek.
Your character can't stray too far from the guide lines of the packs; if your character is a part of the Kallek pack, it can't be really long and have a thin fr[injection]ame. And no color variations. You character can have a main coat of white with a little patch of brown (or whatever), but keep it reasonable. They are supposed to blend in with the snow and ice. Keep in mind that it's a frozen planet. There are a few trees here and there, though.
If we decide to the the pack-ageist-pack thing, forbidden love is a must!
This isn't really a rule, but I'm putting it in here anyways. There is a forest in this land, and it is frozen, but here there are trees. Lots of them.

Appearance (other than white, if anything. If not, put N/A): Fall has a mainly white pelt, with a darkened grey patch on his stomach. He has typical green eyes, with pale blue and gold flecks. He has the typical stocky build, but is not overly so, giving him a fierce look.
Personality: Fall is a good leader, though he will never give up in a fight, even if he'll lose. He enjoys hunting and playing around, but is loyal, almost too loyal. That and the fact that he tends to bite first ask questions later, plus he's a hot head, bring his good side down.

Wulf - After a little bit of reviewing, and a new side of looking at things, I've decided to let you join. I apologize for turning you down earlier; I wasn't being very... open, if that word suits. There are a few things I saw wrong with your bio - the Kallek are the shorter, more stocky ones, not the longer ones. The Vareen are the ones  with the markings, and the Kallek are just white for the most part. You are only allowed to have very, very slight differences, such as the eyes being slightly discolored, or possibly a very small patch of brown or something. Other than that, you're fine. Once more, I'm sorry.))

Appearance: Kaylee is an extremely normal colored wolf, all white and blue eyes. There is nothing really out of the ordinary, aside from her long ears and oddly long tail. She is, indeed, a very long wolf, and she's built for running.

Crush/mate/whatever: Non as of yet.
History: Nothing much. Her parents are gone, one way or another, and she doesn't have much of a true, blood family. One day when she was very young, the one of the hunters found her, almost frozen to death in the snow. The Vareen took her in and raised her, and eventually she worked her way up in the pack.
