((I registered and now it has to pend. o3o)) Shiloh blinked as the fox zipped away and came back before she was able to answer his question. She was silently glad she couldn't answer him fast enough though, since her being with the humans was a bit complicated, and it embarras.sed her a little. "My name is Shiloh." She replied to his question. Fennick, what a nice name. Sniffed the strange brown colored creature with long ears in confusion. "I don't think I've had one of these before, it certainly smells good though. What is it?"

((YES. Did you reffer me? :D You'll most likely be ID #3998, or somewhere close to that. Contact me, and I might help you out. You get six free customs, BTW. I hope it doesn't have to pend too long. It can take from five minutes to a day. XD))
Fennick blinked. "You don't.... now what... a rabbit is...?" he asked, astonished. "it's called a rabbit, and they taste real good. Take a bite," hee urged, nudging the plump rabbit closer to Shiloh. Shiloh.... he thought. what an interesting name. Can't say I've ever met a fox with such a name. Fennick wondered the possibilty of Shiloh being ownedby humans. His neck fur went up at the thought.
((How about Shiloh is a fox that's supposed to find fox, and lure them back to her humans? o3o Just a thought to spice this up. But, she's like, brainwashed so she's like programmed to do it.))

((I would have if I knew how. o_o' Omg it sounds so coool. o3o Good idea, and she doesn't really know she is doing it but subconsciously leads Fennick to them later or something?)) Shiloh blinked. She wasn't used to this good of a treatment. She wasn't used to any treatment actually. She barely remembered where she came from! Must've been the sedating stuff. She thought as she took another sniff at the rabbit and took a large bite out of it, the flavor was amazing! "This is amazing!" She mumbled around the meat, taking her time to chew and swallow so that she could remember the flavor forever, then leaning in to bite again. Miles tilted his head to one side, narrowing his eyes. This fox was suspicious, and he knew it something was up. He hoped Fennick could sense the same thing, and judging by his slightly raised neck fur he must have. I don't like this, not one bit. He sheathed and unsheathed his claws as he flexed them, but knew that saying something would just get him in danger, he would be no match for a fox.

"Where did you come from? You reek of human. Maybe you can take a dive in the river to wash it out?" Fennick couldn't stop opening and closing his mouth, moving his tongue to form words. "Sorry if I'm a bit too chatty. It's just, I've never met another of my kind, except for my siblings," Fennick apologized. When Shiloh was finished, he hauled the rabbit carcass away and buried it the proper way. "Err." Fennick didn't know what to say, except for questions.

"I.. I'm not sure I remember much where I came from. The drugs must have messed with my memory." Shiloh replied as she strained her brain to think of back before she woke up in the den. She could remember fragments of the time when she was on the medication, but before that was blank. Something about cages.. Where there other foxes there? Maybe.. She snapped back to attention when she realized she had zoned out, "Uh, yeah, sure, river." She murmured, "What exactly is that now?" She felt stupid in front of her new friends, especially the cat, who seemed to be eyeing her menacingly like he was trying to look through her and read her. "It's fine if you talk too, I like answering questions.." Okay, so THAT really sounded stupid. She would have slapped herself if she could. Miles' ears slid back, now he was sure something was wrong. His intuition was telling him to react now before something big happened or until Fennick bonded with the new fox, but he still decided to be silent. He would take Fennick aside later to talk to him about it so as not to rouse the new fox's hostility.

((LOG IN LOG IN LOG IINNN!~ I think you might be accepted now! What's your username?))
"You don't even know what a river is." Fennick frowned. "the humans completely addled your brains. A river: a long strip of water. We need to get that scent off you before you attract attention from other animals. C'mon." Fennick flicked his tail and exited the den into the clearing, then looked back. "You coming?" he called.

((I was on my iPod omggg~ Lolol, I thought you were already my friend. owo I'll try to log in after I write this.)) Shiloh stared at the ground for a few seconds. A long strip of water? How could that exist now.. She remembered flashes of memory of what the humans used to give her water in bowls, but never strips of water.. She snapped herself out of thinking deeply when Fennick called for her. "Coming!" She responded, standing up and trotting after him, trying to ignore the cat's suspicious staring.

Fennick stopped at the river. "This" he said simply, "is a river. Take a drink. It's good." he himself bent down and took a deep drink, relishing the cold, crispness of it. "And then go take a dive in."
((My god it's so fail ;__; ))

((It didn't pend yet. :c And it's not that fail.)) Shiloh tilted her head to one side as she looked at the river. She quite liked the sound that it made, it calmed her. She inched towards it and took a sip, amazed at the taste. "This is much cleaner tasting then any water I've ever drunk.." She murmured, touching her paw to the water then walking all the way in. She shivered at the coldness of it, getting another flash of memory of doing the same thing, except with humans in a human made thing, and with warm water..

((WHUT REALLY. D; I don't know what to post. But I'll try.))
Fennick looked back, and saw Miles looking at Shiloh suspiciously. He creeped up to his cat friend. "Why are you looking at her like that?" he hissed at Miles.

((YAT REALLY. I MEANT TO POST SOMETHING WITH MILES BUT FORGOT. RANDOM COMMET WITH CAPS. EURAGH.)) Miles jumped, his thoughts interrupted by Fennick. "Don't you think it is suspicious that she doesn't know many of the things that normal foxes should? And the fact that her human scent was so strong, if she was just in a cage it would just be faint! Didn't you also smell a strange metallic smell? A bit like some sort of medicine, but it almost smells.. Different, it is hard to explain." He sighed, "I know she was with humans for a while, but so was I, and I still knew what a river and a rabbit was, and to my memory even my smell wasn't as strong as hers."

((Try logging in on FF again.)) "Maybe she was raised by humans," Fennick shrugged. "That's fine. Why are you so worried? Do you think she's going kill us or something?" he laughed. "Miles, calm down. I think she's nice."

((I'll do it tomorrow, I gotta go to bed now. o_o')) Miles sighed. "As I said, I was raised by humans, and I still knew that stuff.." He murmured. "You're probably right, I'm just being paranoid.." He forced himself to nervously laugh, mentally telling himself to keep an eye on her anyway.

"Well, you were allowed to go outside," Fennick argued. "maybe the humans kept her inside, and she escaped somehow when we found her?"heshuddered at the thought. Being caught up in a human den, being fed pellets with no flavour, like a dumb old dog?

((*Has a little extra time* Still no. ;c)) "You are right about that." Miles replied. "But.. I.. I don't know. Something doesn't seem right though, just keep your eye on her. Plus the humans brought her here in a cage, which is really strange"

"I'll keep an eye on her, I promise," Fennick nodded, then went over to Shiloh. "Now that you've washed yourself off, I'm going to teach you how to hunt." Fennick's eyes glittered. He couldn't wait to teach her wait he knew.

Miles sighed as he watched Fennick walk off to talk to the she-fox again. He trusted his friend, but he knew that he might already trust her too much. He closed his eyes for a few seconds, deciding to calm his nerves instead of becoming too paranoid. "Hunt?" Shiloh replied, tilting her head to one side. "How do you do that?" She walked out of the river and shook herself off, her fur becoming puffy before it dried enough to smooth down. Hunting sounded kinda fun, but she wasn't quite sure what it was. She remembered sneaking up on scraps of meat and stuff, but not that.

((TRY AGAIN |: ))
"You catch your food," Fennick said. "watch." Fennic's eyes darted to the bush, and he found it. A mouse, scrabbling among the roots of a spruce tree. He slunk foreward, and pounced, killing the mouse quickly. It loud out a muffled squak, then was silent. "See? That's how you hunt. I'll teach you how to do it, but for now, eat this." he pushed the mouse toward Shiloh. "It's just like rabbit."
