"Yea, i chose shock wave, cos its a never miss attack." she haltered. "Well, it should be, but it's not reaching the target." she folded her arms in thought. if only she had her flaffy with her, she could teach rio how to charge energy. However, now that kizzy offered to help, it would work just as well.
