Alex sat in the middle of the meadow, the tall gr*censored* just brushing against her back in the wind. Everything was so quiet just the sound the the large eagle flying above, she loved the fact there where no people around, that the large thick forest blocked her from the world.

She sighed and pulled a piece of gr*censored* from the ground and started knotting it over and over, that's all she ever did here, by the end she would have at least fifteen to twenty blades of gr*censored*es all knotted up around here. This was how she destressed and relaxed from the hectic world in the city.

James had decided to take a walk early that day, he did this often but usually only when it was cold in the morning. It was just the right temperature as he strod through the tall trees to both his left and his right.

He looked around as he went, hands in his pockets, enjoying the surroundings and sounds that was going on around him. He spotted someone just up ahead and slowed down, watching to see what they were doing.

She was just sitting there from the looks of it, picking gras.s and twirling the unlucky blades into tiny knots. He watched for a few more moments before he announced his presence to her.

Alex jumped up a spun around and shrieked, almost exposing her fangs, when she focused on the man her eyes narrowed behind her gla.sses and she huffed. "Could you of not done that, please?" she said coldly. She shook her head and folded her arms as shifted her weight to one foot, she stood for a moment before walking toward the man. "The meadow is yours now, bye." She said walking past him still with her arms folded.

James raised his eyebrows at her as she p*censored*ed, enjoying her reaction quite a bit and turned to follow her. "I'm sorry." He apologized. "I was only out for a walk and wasn't aware anyone else was out here. Let alone playing in the gras.s" He told her. 

((Im sorry!! Dx I had to go and take my kitty to the vet ); ))

 "Either way... you were playing with the gras.s." James nodded. he was glad he had a decent amount of reflexes or he would have knocked the both of them down when she stopped so suddenly. "I'm James by the way..." He told her, not expecting her to tell him hers but figures he might as well try and be polite.

She looked at him smugly as she walked toward him. "I'm Alex, and I wasn't playing in the gra.ss I told you." She hissed as she took a deep breath, he didn't smell like a human, she starred at him for a moment before pulling her gla.ssed down to the bridge of her nose revealing a bit of her crimson eyes.

"What?" he asked, still amused by her behavior, she must be starting to realize he wasn't human either. He wanted to see how long it would take her to find that out. "So, you live around here? I don't see you often and I come around here all the time." He said nonchalantly.

Alex shook her head and took off her gla.sses. "Yea, I do live around here on the mansion in the hill." She pointed to a large house on the hill in the distance. "It's close to a woods, so I can hunt when needed." She continued. "Is that why your here?"

"Ah, you've figured it out." He said with a crooked smile, showing one of his fangs. "And, no, I really did just come out here for a walk." He as.sured her with a nod. Weird, he had never noticed the very large house before. Then again he wasn't looking for a house and he was usually in his own world when he was out walking.
