Willowshine stalked over to Blackstream, coming out of her den.

"What did our deputy do now?" She said, glancing at the wounds dispprovingly. "Tangled with an eagle, didn't you? Brave, but stupid. You probably should've gotten another warrior to come with you. In fact, you should've gotten an entire patrol. Eagles are more than three times bigger than our largest Clan cat, and we rarely ever see them. We have no experience with fighting eagles. Think next time, Blackstream. We can't lose our deputy,"

Willowshine brought out some herbs and mashed them up, creating a pulp. She smothered Blackstream's wounds with it, pressing cobwebs over the paste to stop the bleeding. 

[[I know, so do I. A hawk landed on our fence once. Then ate a chickadee. Emotionally scarring moment. D;]]

Blackstream groggily opened her eyes. "What?" she mumbled. All she heard were slurs of meows. Stupid eagle. Atleast I chased it away. I hope. She sat up a bit, looking at the cobwebs on her. Her neck throbbed as it hurt to hold her head up. "Urrgh." she meowed,  the herbal scent going through her nostrils. As much as she did do herbs and helped sick cats, she could never withstand the smell.

Willowshine finished patching up Blackstream. She laid her tail over the deputy's shoulders and guided her to the medicine cat's den. There was a large hollow where sick cats could sleep. Dips in the ground were full of soft moss, feathers, and ferns. A pool of fresh spring water was supplied by a small stream of water trickling down from the ceiling. Willowshine assumed that rainwater or maybe water from the nearby river collected somewhere and somehow managed to create a small pool here. At the entrance to the hollow, two paths split. One led to a small cave and another led to a sheltered area that was shaded by an overhang of rock. There was a dip in the ground for a nest, filled with moss, feathers, and ferns as well. This was for Snowbird whenever she helped out, but it was meant for an apprentice, which Willowshine did not yet have. The small cave was occupied by Willowshine. It had a larger dip in the ground with more feathers. There was also a shelf in Willowshine's small cave full of herbs and wrapped up berries that were protected by leaves. 

Blackstream curled up in a spot where she thought was comfy, and fell asleep. Dreaming about Thrushsoar and Blackstream. She fidgeted in her sleep though, she always did, and she hoped she wouldn't scare Willowshine half to death while doing it.

 [[Fail post. I wasn't sure where Blackstream should sleep, so just pretend she's in the right spot. Sorry for the bad news, apparently he's not really in a coma, because the moved him to put medicine in his body and he groaned.]]

Blackstream ceased fidgeting, calming down a bit. Losing the dream, she slept blank minded, like she usually did.

Blackstream heard pawsteps outside the den. She opened her eyes groggily, feeling the cold draft that went through her fur. Slowly but surely rising to her paws, she stretched her lower back and legs before laying back down and grooming herself. There really wasn't that much to do, and the poppy seed effect wore off. Poppy seeds never usually worked on Blackstream, which was uncommon for most cats. Poppy seeds would only last until the started to wear off, or Blackstream woke up because she heard a noise. She blinked a couple of times, and shook her fur out. Poking the soaked moss beside her, she took some laps out of it, savouring the bit of water that came out of it. Pushing her paw gently, but with small force, the remaining water seeped out onto the stone, and it ran through the crevices or dips in the rocks as Blackstream licked the remains of the water off the ground before tossing the moss with her paw out of the den, watching it slide out of the den. That was slightly amusing, but she should be playing around like a kit when she could be serving her clan. She lazily rose to her paws once more, and exited the den, seeing Eagelstar not to far away from her. Grasping the moss in her jaws, she spat out the moss a second later. Gross! It's caked in mud! Blackstream sat down for a bit, knowing what to do, but just not doing it.
