Maybell led her sister and her guardian out into the courtyard, and into a hidden compartment. "This is where we're supposed to go if there is any danger.", Maybell explained, climbing inside.

Jay watched as they left, acknowledging what Rukiea told him, then glanced around the area he was in. Four people with swords are not going to fit in here. Adjusting his position so he was directly in front of the door he thought. At least now I'll be able to get out.

"Dont worry. Jay will be fine even if i'm not. He will be the one hardest to hurt anyways." She smiled and walked toward Jay. "Jay! I'm back and here to help. And Princess Maybell is worried about you gettign hurt." She smiled and unsheathed her sword.

"Why should she be worried?" Jay asked, "Besides, how often do I get hurt when fighting?" He was still focused on the hole, which now had a hand sticking out. "Ready Rukiea?" He asked softly as the first person started to come out.

Rukiea nodded and readied her sword. "Not sure, but i know less times than i have been hurt." She smirked and looked as the person got out, followed by a hand.

Instead of replying, Jay went after the first person, letting Rukiea take care of the second. Blocking several jabs, he managed to get a few hits on the enemy.

Rukeia sighed. "Always quick huh...." She jumped over Jay and kicked ther next enemy back into the water. She landed in the water too. I can't see very well underwater.. This is bad. It's 3 on 1 here.... |

Jay quickly finished the first attacker as he heard the splash. Glancing around, he easily guessed who it was. "Damnit Rukiea." He sighed and went over to the hole. "Come on Rukiea, get back up." He thought, knowing he might have to go under.

Rukiea shut her eyes and concetrated on the sounds. OK... I can hear Jay. So i gotta swim up and to the right... This was a stupid move. Rukiea began swimming with her eyes closed. She felt a sudden pain in her back. It went through her right side. She opened her eyes to fin dthe water around her bloodstained.

Jay waited a few more seconds before diving in. The first thing he saw was the blood. Rukiea! He thought and began to scan the water. Seeing a dark shape, he swam towards it and saw it was Rukiea. He grabbed her waist and began to swim towards the hole, hoping he wouldn't be attacked. Reaching the hole, he climbed up then struggled to bring his partner up. "Rukiea!" He said, catching his breath.

Rukiea clutched the sword in her side and opened her eyes. "J-jay??" She rubbed her eyes and blinked. She sat up and blood dripped from the sword she clutched. It ran down her side. "Jay... Thanks... As usual you end up saving me." She began removing the sword.
