Rukiea nodded. Okay what Rukiea whispered was that the person was standing over a dead body. Most likely the person was an assassin. |

"Any objections?" Jay asked the princessess. Hearing none, he continued. "I think Rukiea and I should start patrolling outside. You two stay in here." He turned and walked downt he stairs, praying rukiea would follow him, he needed to talk to her about what she saw.

Leita frowned as the two left. She turned to her sister, wanting to ask her what she thought Rukiea saw but her sister had already left. "Fine," She muttered to herself. "I'll just go to my room."

Rukiea bowed and ran down teh stairs after Jay. She quietly followed him outside. "Why start now? It's kind of early."

"I know but I wanted to talk to you about what you saw. Besides, I think I might have killed myself if I had to be near them for much longer." Jay grinned but it soon vanished. "How good was the look you got of the assassin? And what about the dead body?" He asked once they were outside.

Rukiea looked at the floor. "well, he was kinda tall and carried a double sword. The man looked about to be in his 30's but he could have just been looking like htat as a disguise. He wore all black with a red rope tying the cloak to hjis body. THe dead body was of a richer man. He was stabbed in the back then heart." She looked at Jay and sighed. |

"I know this may be hard for you, but you need to watch this man closely. Normally we would go look at the body but I'm not sure we should do that. We can't leave the Princesses alone, in case someone tries to kill them."

"I don't know why they don't tell us. I mean, we do have a right to know, don't we?" Leita mused. "And they are probably talking about it know! Why else would they leave right after Rukiea saw what she did?"

"Right." Rukiea concentrated on where she and Jay walked. "I dont see him anymore. At least not within a three mile radius of the castle." she shut her eyes and sighed. "No use." |

Jay let out a sigh. "I didn't think so but it didn't hurt to try. Can you continue to try a few times a day? Just in case the assassin comes closer to the castle?"

Rukiea nodded. "JUst tell me when to check and i'll check out maybe a two mile radius." SHe sighed and began walking back to the castle. "I think the princesses may be a bit suspicious of us. We did leave right after I saw what I did."
