Pulse has always been a top cla.ss clubbing spot and for odd reasons. At this club, they don't serve alcoholic drinks and anyone over the age of fifteen years is permitted to enter. The promise of pulsating music and comfort lounging has drawn in high schoolers throughout the centuries.
The owners of Pulse are a strange bunch. Instead of rocking on the dance floor or mingling with the clubbers, they watch. Their presence is chilling,but the beat of the music and pulse of the dancing bodies drowns their frosted presence. Sometimes one of them will depart from their watchful perch and approach a clubber. Sometimes they'll frown and walk away from the chosen or they will escort them to a room in the back of the building. Sometimes those 'chosen' do not return.

Pulse is a club run by a coven of vampires. This coven opened Pulse to attract the young blood in the area. The Observers in the coven have a job to find a human that will meet the standards of joining their coven. Of course, some of the humans are chosen for their "drink". They are still humane, as they do not kill their victims. They take what is needed and wipe the victim's memory when sated.
The reason for the transformation of humans into vampirism is to have enough vampires to protect the coven and to hold the coven name as the generations fly by. For centuries, their plans have gone, well, as planned. Before this time of unaltered peace, there was a war between the coven and neighboring werewolves. There was a surplus of vampires and they demanded the werewolves give up their lands. Outraged at the imbalance, the werewolves began an all-out war. Many vampires and wolves were killed unti they were threatened to near extinction.
Out of pure fear and mercy, the two sides formed a treaty. The laws of the treaty state;
- May there only be 10 vampires to a coven and 10 werewolves to a pack at one time.
- May outsiders be shrouded to the supernatural world until they are chosen to be transformed.
- May there only be peace between the two supernatural species.
One girl of Pulse is, in fact, a vampire. Her coven already has a total of ten members, but as she finds herself watching the club, she becomes entranced by a boy coming to the club for his first time. It is against laws for a vampire and human to have a relationship, thus ultimately putting the peace treaty at stake. Will sh go against her coven's backs for her so-called love?

About the Species
Pulse Vampires: They do have fangs that can slide in and out at will. Their fangs are venom coated and when the puncture a human's flesh, the venom can spread. The vampire has the choice of sucking the venom back out before it can transform the human or they can let it sit and change them. The coven is arranged in this fashion;
- Male Leader: {Oversees the going-ons of the club and makes sure everything is as it should be}
- Female Leader: {Basically the same as the Male Leader, but she keeps the others in line}
- 2nd In Command: {When the Male and Female Leaders are unable to take charge, they step in. They also have say in punishments and decisions among the coven}
- Warrior: {A precaution to the covens in case humans or werewolves cause any mishaps. They tend to help the Observers.}
- Observer: {Watch the Pulse Club and are the ones to choose the next vampires.
Bane Werewolves: Unlike the choosing of their next members, the werewolves find unlucky travelers in their woods and change them when needed. They are not affected by the moon and are able to shift between their forms at will.

Updates
I shall be posting updates and recent events during the roleplay here. Ooc Updates: You may have human characters and if you want, they will be able to turn into werewolves later in the story. Not all werewolf spots have to be filled, but the vampire ones do. And also, be prepared to lose some characters in this roleplay. Her hair is about waist-length and slightly wavy. Akeli doesn't exactly have bangs but her hair does get shorter near the front of her head, curling a bit more a well. She stands at about 5'6" and has a slim, wiry body. Her skin is rather pale but not in an unhealthy way. Akeli's eyes are medium gray with black flecks and almond shaped. ::~History~:: Akeli's past was pretty normal. It's not important to her so she rarely mentions it. ::~Personality~:: Akeli is as fiery as her hair and has twice as much spunk. She enjoys teasing others in a kind way, but is quick to apologize should she offend them. Her hair is long and straight and comes down to her waist. And probably the first thing that people notice are her blue eyes. They really stand out. They’re very dark. She prefers wearing simple things that are very modest (oh goodness, she hates v-necks and swim suits, unless they’re whole pieces). So most often she’s seen in blue-colored t-shirts from Aeropostale or something. And plain flair jeans, preferably dark washed. She wears earrings (dangly, usually silver) and silly bands and paints her nails black. She’s got a curvy body figure. And she’s short. Just 5 feet in height. Don’t let her appearances fool you though. She’s crazy athletic. History: Trinity's past was "normal". She went to Pulse (a l-o-n-g time ago), was chosen, and became a vampire. Wee~ Persona: Trinity is seriously the exact opposite of what you'd think a vampire would be. She's girly. She's got a sweet side to her that she tends to show, and she likes being open with people. And sometimes almost too honest. She's bubbly. She likes sunlight and spring and likes to celebrate new life. She even writes poetry when she can (though she's kind of embar*censored*ed about this). She likes to blend in with the crowd. as well as managing to be herself. And sometimes, when she gets really close to somebody or really trusts them, she shows another side of herself. Looks: The first thing that comes to people’s mind when they see Jack is: Omifreakinggosh he’s skinny. He stands at a slightly-taller-than-average height, which makes him look even skinner than he really is. And he wears tight clothing. Black skinny jeans and a white t-shirt on top, over which he wears a black jacket. In his left ear he wears a silver hoop earring “because it’s cool”. The second thing people notice are his brown eyes, his skin which is relatively pale, and his smile. Yes, he smiles a lot. Generally, a mischievous sort of smile. Like he knows something you don’t. Then the people will finally register his honey blonde hair that is straight and constantly falling into his eyes.
In werewolf form Jack looks like an oversized wolf. His pelt has the same colour as his hair in human form, and his eyes remain the same soft brown. His paws look awfully big in proportion to his body, and sometimes he is made fun of because he looks like a big huggable puppy. However, with oversized paws comes oversized claws~
History: “It was painful and bloody. Let’s keep it at that, shall we?” is what he always says when somebody asks about his past. The truth is he probably doesn’t remember much of his far back past… or does he? He sometimes talks about a younger girl, possibly his sister. When asked about this girl, he promptly shuts up.
Persona: Jack... is arrogant. You can see it in the way he walks and the way he talks... All the time it screams, "I know things that you don't" (as stated before). A lot of the times, this gets on people's nerves. He's got a bunch of strange habits too. He likes to bow to people when being introduced and he doesn't hesitate to flirt with girls, though really he doesn't get into any relationships with anyone easily at all. He has a habit of picking up shiny things and without realizing will place them in the most random spots. So, when he's around, never leave around your jewelry. Another side of Jack that he rarely shows is his "I know when I've been beat and I know I'm wrong now" side. But that side of him is there. And underneath the cold-blood-killer thing that he does have going on, he's pretty sweet...

And he always wears khaki pants. All the time. His voice is this in-between voice that sounds like it could be a girl's or a guy's. And his name doesn't help matters either. His skin is fair and also there seems to be something girly about his complexion. Oh dear...
History: Jay was born n' raised a vampire, and if it turns out that he was ever changed, it must've been a really long time ago. That's pretty much all he'll let on about his so called mysterious past. Persona: Jay doesn't get along well with humans. He thinks they're weird. Sunlight? Yeesh, it's that burn-y bad for you stuff. Human food? Okay, maybe the McDonald's cheesburger was good, but everything else was plain nasty. He thinks that every human ought to have fangs. Just cause fangs look normal. He thinks of the colour black as humans do the colour white. Safe and good. White is scary. Her dad has gotten a well-paying job so they're thinking of moving to a nicer apartment in the future. Katrina's thinking of getting a part time job somewhere to help somehow. Persona: Hard working, determined, and protective are good words to describe Katrina. The hard working and determined parts of her personality she says came from her dad. They were traits that were hardwired into her due to the circumstances she grew up in, that's all. Whenever she makes a friend, she's very protective of that friend. In other words, anyone make fun of said friend and that person had better watch out. Kat's also got this uncanny way of guessing the motive behind why people say what they say. Sometimes even actions, though mostly just in conversation. She is wrong sometimes, though. But she won't hesitate to say what she feels the other person is conveying right off the bat. She's not afraid to speak her mind at all. Underneath all this strong and rough looking persona, there's the weaker and girly-childish side that she does have as well. Looks: Below. She has natural blonde streaks that run through her brunette hair. Her eyes are a rain gray, but her hair tends to fall into her eyes a lot. She seems to be a more preserved type of person by her mannerisms, but she can show a bit of her wild side when she gets rallied up by others.
History: When her twin brother, Maksis, was chosen as a vampire, she too was chosen. The bond between them was invaluable and Maksis quickly grew up in ranks. Taylor chose to stay as an Observer, finding a bit more excitement with picking out new recruits. She enjoys being a vampire seeing as her father died when she and Maksis were younger. Their mother truly never cared about them either.
Persona: She can seem preserved, but she does have a wild side to her when she’s around those she knows. She tends to make rash decisions a lot and suffers from them repeatedly.

Looks: Karienne stands at a height of 5'6'' and her skin is a milky chocolate brown.She has black curls that fall to her shoulders and frame her pretty face. (Hair looks similar to this, just black) Her eyes are a deep forest green and framed by dark, naturally long, eyelashes. She has few scars except for one that she hides under her side bangs. Her little nose fites nicely on her face. She has semi-full lips and straight white smile that is ever present on her face. Her body is thin and surprisingly curvy, and she has a smaller chest than other girls. Not non-excistant small, but just enough that it natrual on her thin body, so maybe a B cup-size. She wears whatever she feels like, but always wears skinny jeans over her long legs. Now, although you wouldn't think it, Kari has a tatoo. A large one in fact. She has a dragon across her entire back, although she never really shows it considering she got it when she was drunk. She is a rather attractive girl although she really think nothing of it, normally becoming uncomefortable if anyone mentions anything.
History: Born somewhere in France, Karienne came to the club who knows how long ago and was chosen.
Persona: Karienne is an extremely friendly girl, really the social butterfly of the school. Being friends with almost all groups of people. Altogether a likable girl, though not totally up in your face cheerful. She is rather laid back tending to go with the flow, and do pretty everything last minute, unless she actually cares about what she is doing. She is the type of kid, who will not do her homework because she doesn't like the teacher, and does projects the day they are do. Which kinda makes her seem like a bad kid, although she's not really that bad just lazy. She is very into the arts, joining both the art club as well as drama. She also wants to help people which is why she ran for SC. It's kinda of hard not to like Kari, considering she'd be willing to do any one a favour even if she didn't really like the person. As long as it wasn't to illigle. She enjoys parties but she does't drink, considering how wasted she got at a party a couple of years ago, which her friends won't let go, although she doesn't even remember half of what she did, so she's pretty sure half the outrageous stuff is lies. She also is very quick tempered, and tends to spazz easily. And when she does she get violent and will lash out. Although she also forgives people way to quickly, tending to forget what they did to her ten minutes later. She also isn't one of those touchy feeliy type girls, preferring to stray away from hugs, (unless you were going away and never coming back). If she is poked she tends flinch and shake herself as if she was touched by an insect. And dont look over her shoulder, this will probably get you hit in the face. Also this girl has a sick (perverted) mind. She thinks of everything in the worst way, if you say 69 she giggles or if you say 'Oh it won't fit.' she'll be the first to say 'That whats she said'. So mind what you say to her.

He also tends to keep it short, not liking it long. He has rather thick eyebrows, but because they're blonde its not quite noticable. He has pretty light blue eye that are framed by rather average eyelashes, they are not extremely long but they aren't short, or particulary thick. His lips aren't exactly full, his top lip thinner than his bottom lip, giving him a cute look. He is relatively muscular, nothing too eye-catching, no super amazing defined six pack, but he can bench press a good amount. He stands at an average height of 5'11''and often wears jeans and whatever shirt he likes.

Persona: Um, hes rather blunt and straight to the point. Also he says mean thing but in subtle way, that most people don't realize they've been insulted. (Ok fail, hes a new character XP))

Other: He speaks with a New Orleans accent, although it sounds kind southern. ((Sounds similar to the guy in this video. Who kinda inspire me to make this character. But his looks aren't based off LaMontagne XP))
