Jared raced back to his hotel room, pulling his trunk from under his bed...although he was already packed, he slipped the forgotton book into the trunk.  He smiled contently and then sat on his bed, for when tomorrow comes, he will finally be going to Hogwarts.

Chandler walked quietly down the streets of Diagon Alley, Tram trailing not far behind.She listened to the bustle of people and the shouts of excited school children.Chandler had finished her shopping and was about to go home, but she wanted to stop at the bookstore for a new book, then she needed a new quill.

She turned the corner into the bookshop and browsed for a little while, then grabbed 'The Guide to Elemental Creatures' and sat down against the bookshelf to read it.
