Chandler looked up from the book, it was boring.She bought her quill and dashed home, hoping to get a full nights sleep before leaving for Hogwarts the next morning.

THE NEXT DAY: (i fell really far behind!)

Chandler woke up in a rush, and threw on whatever clean muggle clothes that haddent already been packed in her trunk.She threw the last few quills, books, and clothes into the trunk and locked it. She made sure her broomstick was securely tied up inside the trunk, then shooed Tram towards the door.

"Come on Dad, we're gonna be late!" she called, halfway out the door.

She lugged her trunk into the back of the car and grabbed Tram, buckling herself into the front seat.

Her dad flew out the door, hairbrained as usual. She smiled as he started the car and they headed off to king's cross station, Excited about the new school year. 

Without waiting for an answer, Cain took off after his mother. Riiva was flying silently above him, beating her wings a few times to say in the air and controlling her locomotion. Getting inside his mother's car, they drove home with cain practically bouncing with unconcealed exceitment.

Chandler's heart leapt with joy when they  finally pulled into the station.Without waiting for her father she jumped out of the car, pulling Tram with her, unloaded her Trunk onto a trolley and was halfway to the platform before her dad even got out of the car.

Once home, Cain rushed to his room while his father helped his mother unload the car and bring all the packages to the eleven-year-old's room. Midnite mewed from where she lay and lashed her tail once, signifying that she wanted to know what was up.

"I'm going to Hogwarts!" Cain exclaimed as he opened the window in his room so riiva could perch on the windowsill. Midnite let out another mew before she purred, as if happy for her friend.

When all of his things where in his room, he started to pack them in a black trunk which bore his name on one of the ends. Midnite had also curled up inside the trunk.

"Midnite!" Cain cried as he gently lifted his cat out of the trunk before placing her into the cat-cage on his desk. Making sure he had shut the door securly, he went back to paking his things.

Chandler knew she was early, but she couldn't help it. She was just so EXCITED! She sat in the cafe and ordered a cup of tea and some crackers, and told Tram to stay nearby. Then she pulled out her sketchbook and started drawing random p*censored*er-bys She waited for Alex to arrive, not wanting to enter the platform alone.

Alex arrived and Chandler and him entered the platform together. 

"Look at all the cute little first years!" Chandler whispered to Alex.

"Remember when we were that young?" He asked.

"Yeah," Chandler replied leaning her head on his shoulder. TO any p*censored*erby it would appear that they were dating, but Chandler and Alex were just very good friends. They loaded their trunks onto the train and found a compartment, then headed back out to the platform to talk to their friends.
