((tribecka a fight between ravenclaw and slytherin,  its kinda hard to explain...sorry :(  just jump in...i think everyones going back to their common rooms.))

Jason walked swiftly down the hall trying to hold back small tears as people pointed at his face.  He clenched his fists and ran down the hallway...Silvie following briskly behind..."hey Jason, a surgery go wrong on your face again?" a Hufflepuff 3rd year called, remembering Jason's Quidich accident a year back.  Silvie glared and took a stomp towards him...the boy backed away.  Silvie as.sumbed her eyes were still cold hearted and threatening.  They both made their way to the Slytherin common room where Kierra and Katie rushed to greet them...several Slytherins ran over, Jason ran in between them and into the 3rd year boys room and slammed the door..locking it quickly without a word to anyone.

Kierra covered her mouth, tears filling her eyes.  Jason must be really upset.  Silvie was in a bitter mood and clenched her fists and jaw once more, giving her fellow housemates a cold glare before storming off to the first year girls room and locking the door behind her.

Katie cocked her head..."poor guys." she whispered...

Draco heard the commotion and came into the common room, "Is silvie back? i want to apologize." he stated.  Katie nodded in the direction of the locked door..

Draco knocked on Silvie's door.  It was anwsered with a loud shatter, as if something had hit the door and broke instantly.  He jumped back at the noise.  "Silvie?" he asked looking towards the ground.  There was no anwser.  He swallowed hard and tried to open the door...naturally it was locked.  He jiggled the doorknob before sitting on the floor, his back leaning towards the door, all the other Slytherins were either asleep or in their room/common room so he knew no one was around.  "Silvie, Im sorry for the way I acted...may I please come in?" Draco knew it was the girls dormetry but who would tell?  He heard footsteps in the room, "Come on Silvie... let me in." he whispered gently.  The lock twisted and Draco fell backwords into the room, nearly cutting himself on the shattered lamp.  Silvie was sitting near the window, looking out, which told him she used magic to open the door.  He sighed and began to walk over...Silvie didnt turn around.  He sat next to her, he could tell she was angry and not in a mood to be talked to.  "I am truly sorry." he said, not wanting to loose one of his closest friends. 

Silvie didnt look at him, "I know you are." she stated without emotion.  Her anger was still apparent in her eyes, and her voice. 

Draco wanted to see his friend well 'happy' again.  "You know, we still have a whole year to get back at the Ravenclaws.  And that iguana will be killed once parents find out...I can see it now... 'I do not feel comfortable with a mad lizard attacking students at school....'" he smiled at her, but quickly stopped when he realized Silvie wasnt laughing.  He sighed, "I suppose you still need time to cool down, please spare us." he gave a light smile, when silvie was angry no one was sparred he was relived that she didnt loose her temper to its highest point.  "I see you didnt spare the lamp" he tried to joke as he stepped over the shattered pieces and out of the room, he was about to close it.

"Hey, Draco?" Silvie called in the same expressionless tone.  "yeah?" he anwsered.  "Thanks." Silvie stated again before flicking her wand and closing the door on her friend.

Alex smiled and shrugged, and Iguana liked his face. "He seems perfectly tame now!" 

Chandler knock on the door to the common room and rolled her eyes at the question "Can a snake lick it's elbow?"

"Not very witty today huh?" Chandler asked. She turned to Zy, to see if she could figure out how to open the door.

Jason was angered by everthing, and on his first day back to... his face was destroyed and mcgonagal didnt even give major punishments.  He sat on his bed, no slytherin deserved to be punished, his mind went to faith and rosetta and dark and then to silvie... silvie's father did know an executioner, would that work for disposing of the lizard? he sighed and ignored anyone who knocked on the door.  Other 3rd year slytherin boys slept in the common room that night.

When he got back to the room Dark was very upset that they still hadn't found Luna.  He noticed that the boy who was named Draco was talking to Silvie.  While he didn't like the boy he was happy that he was trying to cheer Silvie up.  Then he noticed that she still seemed angry so while she wasn't looking he sent Tex in to try and cheer her up later.  He just hoped it would work.  Then he went back to looking through Sarges eyes to try and find Luna.  Before he knew it he had fallen asleep though. 

Silvie's eyes went wide when she saw an animal in her room... she immediatly knew it was Dark's.  "Dark, I will give you five seconds to get ur animal OUT!" she screamed down the hallway... 

Draco clenched his teeth when he heard his friend, didnt Dark learn at the conference with Mcgonagal that she didnt want his animals near her?  he walked into the dormetry and shook Dark awake, "You have 5 seconds to get the animal from Silvie's room before she A. throws it out the window B. throws it against the wall or C. comes and finds you.  And I dont want option C, go get the pet." he stated not caring to show Dark respect after getting Silvie in trouble, he sat on his bed and leaned back.

Katie wanted to go to sleep but didnt want to mess with Silvie, she turned to the other 1st years.

Silvie actually felt better when she was alone, after maybe a half hour she was nearly cooled down and she opened the door and went into the common room, she found Katie and the other first year girls...they laughed and talked and Silvie pretended her mood never happened... 

 Kierra and Draco soon entered, "Silvie!" Draco called running up...  "Glad you came out of your room!  Feeling better?" he asked. 

Silvie nodded and smiled broadly, "Sorry guys for the way I acted." Silvie said embaras.singly. 

Katie giggled, "Silvie, we should have expected it...no one messes with your friends...or you." Katie smiled glad her friend had cooled down.  Kierra looked at Silvie, "Jason wont come out of his room or talk to anyone." she reported sadly... "Its worse then his broomstick accident last year." she had a tear in her eye.

Silvie's smile faded, "Just give him time...I bet he's thinking of ways to attack the Ravenclaws." she smiled wickedly, "We've got the whole year..." she yawned..."You guys ready for bed?  Clas.ses are tomorrow."

Katie and the others nodded slowly and they each seperated to their sepperate dormetrys. 

"Hey Draco?" Silvie called..."yeah?" Draco asked turning around..."Tell Dark I'm sorry for the way I acted if you see him." she smiled.  "Of course." he gave a fake bow and Silvie chuckled... returning to her dormetry and slowly falling asleep.
