Iris looked up when a girl sat down and offered her a piece of her lunch. A wide, blissful smile erupted on her face as she happily accepted and said, "wow, thank you." she held out her hand, saying, "My name is Iris, freshman."

Iris grinned. "I have to agree, middle school wasn't much different, but there are so many new people to meet here. Like you, you're the first person Ive had a conversation with today, oh except for my old freind from junior high, but that doesn't count in this case."
