OOC: Yus, Nias. The New One. 8) Hee hee, his smile's so nice...
Arf. Ces is a-102, the equivalent of... 27-29-ish? 'Rello's 168, 25-27 in appearance, and Hurjad's about... 298? His age equivalent is around 29-30. Gosh, he'd owld. o3o Please don't ask 'bout the Spectre. xD She's cranky and old, and that's all there is to it.
Souly's messed up, ruhmember? xD Ah, I'll keep trying with them...
My siggy's weird anyway. xD Reminds me of when the 14-year-old Chiefy beat the living Hell out of four Helljumpers in The Fall of Reach... xDDD Speaking of Halo, Skirmishers. Oh. Mai. God. They're evil-looking, black versions of my fersona, minus wings. DDDD8 I'd love that name on a black birdy-Creatu.... Like an Aerix. But, a black Aerix? Pffft. xD Dream on, Woffeh!
Ah... not much that I can say for Ces, right now... She's still in her Last Posty Status, I 'spose.
And 'Rello... I oughtta write something for him. 8( Although there wouldn't be a terribly large amount to say- wait! I'll edit afterwards~

The Haran's face was cleared instantly of his cautious look, and his frow furrowed slightly in confusion and bewlieredment. His amusement, however, coulnd't afford to take a place on his face right now. The guy could make knives - big deal, so can I! - but there was a certain predatory air about the humanoid. For starters, he wasn't Haran. Even though he could create "wings" for himself out of metal, whereas the most skillful Harans could probably accomplish that too, he could've just used a bird body. Alright, they could be awkward to get - the most effective way of gaining a form was by placing yourself in the enviroment best suited for the thing you want. It was a respectable fact that most Harans were mortal, therefore, launching themselves off cliffs - the best, and most dangerous, way to earn a flying body - was never too appealing. And this guy looked mature. Not old, but not a kid, either. Unless he was a previously-killed immortal Haran, and had loast all his forms, he must be a pretty cowardly shapeshifter if he wasn't going to take necessary risks.

Still, thought the male Haran. I was pretty terrified the first time, too.

He tilted his head slightly to a curious angle - hopefully, not looking too feral, but just enough to look vaguely interested. His gesture spoke the truth about his thoughts. Who was this guy? Did he have a link of somesort to the people the Haran siblings had been pursuing? And was he related to that spiky-haired dude? The one Ces seemed friends with? They looked similar, 'Rello had to admit. Fortunately, he wasn't too much of a lookalike with Hurjad. Blue eyes were a similarity, yes. But everything else was different.

Whereas Berello was expressive and honest about his features, Hrujad had a tendancy to hide his emotions with a slightly irked glint in his icy eyes. Plus there was the matter of hair length. Berello's, when loose, went a little way past his shoulders. He couldn't really be bothered to cut it, and vanity or obsession over his looks was something he'd grown out of long ago. He preferred to keep it tied back, braidless most of the time. Hurjad, on the other hand, made an effort to look either intimidating or important - which was, truthfully, his right, since he was overall a wolf high up in the ranks... Berello, thankfully, wasn't too low down himself, but was frequently overlooked by a number of people. He could be noisy, but wasn't greedy for attention.

Still with his head to one side, his brow began to furrow slightly. He was uneasy and unsure of what this stranger wanted, but he looked... injured? Berello felt lucky - crashing didn't always seem so bad as a bird, so long as you landed in the right postures. It was a frequent mistake when a young fledgling, and he'd become accustomed to funny landings. His head was still a little achy, though, but something told him the stranger was in greater discomfort. "Hey, you..." he asked warily, although not without disdain or dislike. "You alright back there?"

OOC: Pretty rubbish post, but... eh. xD

OoC: Okay. xD

Star looked at the kneeling preist. "My name is Starlett. Just call me St-Star." She stumbled at the end because she remembered why she was here. She had to shift, but she couldn't with the preist there. She was torn for a moment. "I... I really have to go!" She pulled her hand out of his and started running.

OoC: Would post but it's late. I have been a traitor recently and am now addicted to mai x-box (it's not mine it's Kevin's but still >:C) Wolfeh will explain whai I am a traitor. OH and also o 3o I might be getting a live soon *3*

Oh, it just came to mind. I should mention how old the Fera and The Doctor look. Well Shade looks around 16-17 ish, Blaise in her mid twenties, Leilos abouts the same as Blaise, Lupe on the toher hand still looks around 17 ish and Asinth is around 24-25 ish for looks wise. I has decided Fera stop growing at the height of their maturity wich comes later or earlier for some. And I guess The Doctor is a man in his thirties? XD I unnow. But Fera had a tie with vampies to make 'em immortal I guess if I'd like to put it that way. The Doctor is no where near vampy, he's a time lord silly :D~ (no I did not just drool on myself >:C~)

OOC: *blanks Nias, Fran-style* Nias likes COD. I refuse to like her when matters concerning the xBox 360 or a COD-vs-Halo conversation is aroused. The silly girl can like it all she wants, but she cannot expect for me to grin every time she mentions is. *huff*

OoC: ... *makes note to get some Aerix eggs* >;3
Righto. After that ridiculously late post of mine, I guess I'll need to get a Vash movin', huh? And a Knives too. x3 Those silly blondes.. even though Vash isn't blonde anymore. All that hair-power.. gone! 8(
... Actually. I guess I'll write something for Vash later. I'm feeling lazy. xD

"Starlett? That's a w- Hey. Hey, wait!" Wolfwood reached after her with that one hand as she ran, as though trying to pull her back somehow. But he didn't get up. He knew he could probably outrun her, but what would be the point of that? In all the situations he could imagine, he'd just make himself look like the predator again, erasing whatever trust he'd gained in her. So he simply sighed, letting himself slump further onto the ground. "Damnit."

Suddenly he wondered why he cared so much. At first he'd only been curious - a frustrating side-effect of hanging around Vash, who rubbed every view and every habit right off onto him with time. But now the priest just couldn't stop watching as she ran; was there anything he could do at all? Probably not, he guessed. Of course.

"Well," he grumbled to himself. "Guess at least I can finally smoke." It was one solace that would always be a friend in this dry excuse for a world. Maybe it would distract him just enough to stop lingering on the girl, at least for now. After all, every moment he wasted here was another moment carved out of his life. Wolfwood stood with another sigh, this one gruff and impatient - impatient with himself. "Seeya, Starlett."

He cast a last look in her direction, before turning around to face the Punisher that still lay in the dust. Those were pretty much his two most reliable friends - his gun and his cigarettes. They were enough.

Knives' face snapped to the side, toward the stranger. It became, for a moment, a mix between sneer and snarl. "Fine, thanks," he replied coldly - or at least, he'd hoped to sound cold. But his voice was, aggravatingly, almost as shaky and uncertain as his body, so dagger icicles became harmless puddles of water. The lack of charge over himself became a frustration that only made control even harder to grasp - a very unfamiliar experience for the Plant, normally so precisely level and masked of emotion.

With a growl of a sigh, he lowered his head to hang forward, his eyes closed. It could easily have looked like he was praying, although he believed in no higher beings than his own kind - ironically resembling Angels themselves. Suddenly Knives tensed; he did so very minutely, but visibly nonetheless. The blades and feathers began to grow steadily more prominent, like claws forcing their way through his skin, before finally leaping upward again in a chaotic ma-ss. Then they vanished entirely.

The Plant opened his eyes, suddenly feeling much better. The pain was still there, but it was dulled enough to be ignored. He smiled triumphantly, looking at his hand again; it wasn't quite right, still spotted with tiny white feathers, but at least it wasn't as indecisive as it had been. "Perfectly fine," he corrected himself, this time much more calmly.

Knives rose to his feet, now taking the time to look around him, once more holding an air that nothing at all was or could be wrong. The place wasn't very exciting - definitely less uniform than the deserts, but otherwise just as barren, from what he could see in the moonlight that poured down from above. There was nothing down here - nothing but himself and the being before him. And interestingly enough, that being was no longer a bird.

"So." He smirked. "Does this mean I've caught you?"

When Star thought she was out of sight she shifted into an eagle and flew towards the town, towards Caine. Once she was under the artificial light on the streets she shifted back to human and started walking slowly towards the little black house in the middle of an unknown street.

OoC: Caine is my new character ^^ xD

OoC: Aye, she is. Apparently I'mma get to see Mister Burton's version tomorrow. :D
Well.. The people of Gunsmoke are in a wonky position on technology. There are definitely remnants of the better stuff from the past, which is now called lost technology since most of it's been worn away by time, but everything else pretty much shouts 'Old West!' in your face. It's all struggle and barrenness, which drives me to think they'd want to use their Plants' power on something more useful. Survival is definitely more important to these people than a sense of safety provided by lights overhead, when lit windows and the multiple moons can brighten roads up well enough.
Lard, that was a ramble.
But yah. So far from my search, it seems there are no streetlights. I s'pose there might be in major cities, but I doubt I'll really be able to see about that.. I don't even know the names of any of the big cities, 'cept July. o3o

OOC: Alliiiicceee~ So badly wanna see it. Hathaway looks great as the White Queen, and Stephen Fry is perfect for the Cheshire Kitty.

The Haran almost struggled to bite back a smile at the Plant's first sourness - but thankfully, his face remained blank. The stranger reminded him strongly of Hurjad's own snappish nature, but it was undoubtable that this guy wouldn't tolerate a snigger or crude remark. Only brothers were "safe" to tease. Well, safer. But his eyes grew rounder and warier as he watched the physical transformation on the stranger take place. For starters, welding metal with the natural textures of a Harans' forms was something that just wasn't done. Not even Hurjad would risk trying to mix the ability to distort metal and reconfigure it agains feathers or scales, or whatever. It rarely impressed anyone because it was so... pointless? Risky?

So, no. Defnietely not Haran, unless he had some immature way of trying to impress people.

So, he was dealing with an alien. But there was a kind of confidence in the stranger's voice - coupled with his lack of bewileredment and confusion - that made Berello feel as though he wasn't the first Haran he'd come across. Despite the odd visit the Kathragonia, Berello very rarely interacted with alien species. And he'd never encountered another shapeshifter besides his own race. So... this guy had probably met someone else. Another Haran. Not Hurjad; they'd stuck together since first setting out. Then a short, three-lettered name stabbed at Berello's mind like a thorn - sharp and unexpected which made him start inside.

Ces?

Had the guy met her yet? Hopefully not. Berello hadn't actually interacted at all with Ces, but he already felt an obligation to care, or at least worry, about her already. This stranger wasn't friendly. A deep mistrust and dislike already began to settle in Berello's mind, although he sensed that his Soul-Animal was more cautious than anything. There wasn't really a need for Ghost to be scared - he was an etheral creature, unbound by the pains of the physical world. But he was a nice one - he looked after Berello in the way that Hurjad no longer did.

Unsure of how to answer, because the stranger's question both unnerved and irritated Berello, he let himself frown defensively and replied, "Questions are never answers, but can I at least ask - who are you?" He was about to continue with "And what the heck's your problem?", but thought better of this slightly childish inquisition. He didn't trust this guy. Not one. Little. Bit.

OoC: Ahh.. Sorry if I like, killed your post, Mouseh. x3 I guess I'm just being a little too obsessive over the details..
... This morning I woke from a really weird, creepy dream. o3o In short, I (as a random gruff-looking dood) died without realising it, and suddenly I started seeing people as grotesque animals. They were dead too. Eventually I noticed a ghost-skeleton thing stalking me, and it appeared in my reflections where my shadow would have been, while I wasn't in them at all. 8(
Anywai. Vashposteh. And Nias.. Shade's guess isn't what I think it is, is it? I can just smell the fun-poking already. xD

Finally, Vash released the ragged Angel from the hug, although he still held his hands on her shoulders, grinning at her with all his heart. Her initially grotesque appearance didn't matter at all now; even that distorted smile she held looked like it could be the friendliest thing in the world. After all, he probably didn't look too great either, but he certainly felt it. "Thank you," he repeated, this time almost breathlessly in his overwhelming happiness. He just about felt that he could explode - and in a much better way than usual.

It was then that a certain brown wolf caught his eye, and he was instantly distracted. "Ces!" With a last little smile at Halm, he let her go and practically tackled the Haran, knocking her over in his enthusiasm (lolglomp). "Ces, I can see!" he exclaimed, wrapping his arms around her thick neck.

OoC: Nuh. I has to go too. x3 I guess this works for now..

Star opened the door to the black house and stepped inside. "Hello?" She yelled. It echoed throughout the whole house. She heard another door open to her right and she screamed. A ghost stepped out.

"What do you want?" The ghost hissed. Star stepped back.

"Are - Are you Caine?" Star asked. The ghost nodded.

"Who else would I be? Come in." Star looked behind her before stepping into the house.

OOC: I had a weird dream, too. :o I think Nias and Bear were in it... But I can't remember it all very well... All I know is that myself, a bunch of random kids from school, their parents and I think some familiar faces from my clas-s went on this weird tour around an American countryside... There were these black bears, but it was so strange. Like being in a game. Everything was realistic, but the animals never attacked us. They came up close, but it was like as if they just wanted us to observe them. And there was this hyperactive chipmunk pack that always lived in this glas-s-and-wooden-box. And a red kite that always lived in a box, too. :D He was in that funny position those chicks were in, Nias, on my leaflet-thingy that I brought to school. Ruhmember? :D Ohyas, and I had a real quick vision of yoshi posting or saying her real name aloud... I think it was something starting with S, like Sasha or something... I lobe that name~ Anything ending in "asha", I like. I think Tasha's my favourite English name. But Prudence is fricken' epic, too.
Nias. D8 You careless neon freak of an anteater! But that sonds fun. xD Even though I wasn't too impressed with the lack of a map and such, it was alright to actually play. I guess I was just mega-ticked off because we weren't supenatural humanoids and we didn't wear reflective shields. xDD Although... If we ever had to do a game-cross, Nias, you'd play COD, and I'll be in a Spitfire blastin' down them bombers from Sturmovik: Birds of Prey. 8D Based on real events, of course - I'll have to wait a few centuries to check if Halo wil ever be real. :D For the sake of humanity, I hope to God it won't be.
Haran-glomp. ;o

"Yes, I noticed!" she exclaimed furiously as she collapsed to the ground with a heavy thud, but still waggled her thick tail in an optimistic response. Of course, she was thrilled. But she hadn't been expecting that glomp hug-like tackle at all, especially since she was tired anyway. Better not get too over-excited like some mad puppy. A bit of disclipine was always necessary. Still, she hadn't bothered resisting his playful attempt at a hug. To do so would've made her look... grouchy? Bad-tempered? Jealous? (OOC: xDDD Came so close to adding "at coming second?" there... xDD)

For a few seconds, she simply gave up, ignoring her human disgust as she licked and nuzzled Vash's ears and neck, her tail thudding crazily as before like some pet reunited with an owner after an age of division. Then, after a moment, she stood up and shook herself free of his grip, as if suddenly remembering her dignity, but refused to stop her tail. Mainly, she was pleased for him, rather than satisfied he would no longer be a burden - much like what she used to think, after spending a year or two in the company of the Remnants. "Get up," she said in a half-growl of playful dominance, prodding him hard with a paw. "Slob."

OOC: Eh, can't think of much... ?<:3

OoC: Roar never mind edit. Imma just posteh here o 3o

BiC: The sudden sound of a thud as Ces was tackled momentarily distracted Shade form the stench of blood. Her eyes narrowed as they filled with a sly sparkle, one she usually got when her suspicions were supposedly confirmed. She grinned, it was nice when Ces was happy, usually Ces never really showed her emotions, lately it seemed that Vash's optimism and other traits were rubbing off on... well just about everyone. The Doctor hadn't really changed much, but Ces had seemed to change a lot since the start of all of this.

At that moment in time, when Shade seemed to be thinking things through in a strangely mature manner (mature for Shade at least) Lucy felt left out. She suddenly threw herself at Shade with a cry of "Nyu!", which made Shade forget what she was thinking about almost instantly.

Blaise snorted. She didn't like this pink haired girl, she was strange. Not in the same wya that Halm was srtange, a different kind of strange, a strange that was not to be trusted. At least that's how it worked out in Blaise's mind. Blaise now stood slightly further from Lucy and Shade than what she had been, not wanting to be too close to this pink haired retard. Even though she acted like a harmless retard, that's all it could be, an act. Or perhapse it was simply because Blaise didn't like her. Either way, she didn't like her.

Leilos, Lupe and Asinth stood by watching and noting everyone's behaviour, Blaise's espesially. Lupe would constantly have to watch Blaise's behaviour, she was the one who usually ruined any bonds the Fera would make with other species, destroying any trust gained and leaving the Fera to search for somewhere else to go before people decided they were all like Blaise. Asinth had once suggested leaving Blaise behind, he thought it was a good idea, the others didn't agree because if left behind, she would probably lose it. Whatever it was.

Leilos seemed rather much interested in where the Doctor had dissapeared to. He was sitting close to the plant that had been screaming earlier, now he was gone. For someone who seemed to be completely humanoid, he sure did move fast. Leilos looked twoards Lupe, no emotions seemed to show on her face but Lupe could tell she was curious about something. Leilos simply nodded twoards Lupe before leaving, Halm instantly following her. They wandered out into the town, or village, Leilos could never tell the difference between the two on this barren planet. They would soon find the Doctor, that Leilos was sure of. There were imprints of his trainers left in the dusty ground. They were easy to see, even though Leilos couldn't really see. Unlike the other Fera, both of Leilos' eyes were blind instead of just the one. Because of this, all her other sences had grown stronger, she wasn't all to happy about how strong her sence of smell was right now.

Halm was used as Leilos' eyes. It seemed rather ridiculous, having someone blind to guide another blind, but Halm was not blind. Even though her eyes were covered with bloodied bandages, she could still see. Halm's eyes were her sences. From touch, smell, tase and sound, Halm's brain could work out what her surroundings looked like and create an image rather like a three dimensional map.

The Doctor's footprints led Leilos and Halm twoards a different part of the town, a part where there seemed to be life. At least, that's what they could a-ssume from the fact that there was light shining from the windows of a black house. Kneeling under one of those windows was The Doctor. He grinned at the two. "Ah, I knew someone would come at some point." He whispered, still grinning. "Now you probably want to know what I'm doing here."

Halm and Leilos both looked at him with rather grim, expressionless faces. Leilos wasn't about to admit her curiosity, even though it was probably obvious. As for Halm, no one knew if she had the right mind to be curious, or have any other human traits similar to curiosity. After a short silence Leilos nodded at the Doctor.

He grinned at her, waving his hand indicating for the two to come closer. Halm brushed Leilos' arm with a cold bony finger then moved fowards to kneel by the Doctor. Leilos did the same. The Doctor seemed eager to share every detail of what was going on, but he decided to keep things short and simple. "In there." He pointed at the window. "There's something strange. Two somethings now. And we're going to find otu what."

"We?" Leilos asked. Her voice was flat, face expressionless.

A sudden, but small, gustr of wind blew up a small cloud of dust around the three. None of them blinked, the Docotr suddenly looked serious. "Yes. We." He replied, his tone rather like that of an insistant child, there was going to be no changing his mind about the we part. The three beings, The Time Lord, The Fera and currently the currenly unknown, sat silently underneath the window of the black house, waiting.

OoC: Post fail XD And I'm thinking, next posteh, I'll make Lucy come back form being retarded and go a searchin' for Knives on the guns x3
