((sorry i poofed but here i go... *has devious glint in eye*))

Dike paced on Syth's doorstep he felt his heart sink again as he paced up the street back towards the beach, maybe Uatu would be his support now... he climbed the dune and saw...Uatu bleeding badly half dead on the ground, a large wolf standing several paces away, blood on its paws.

Sybithia was fighting with herself, she kept backing up wanting to run, but she couldnt maintain control and her wolf form fought to attack once more.  Sybithia lost control and the wolf rose a sharpened, claw filled paw to finish Uatu

Dike's anger flared, he created a spear of glowing energy and threw it at the wolf, a howl of pain echoed through the sunset.

Crunch...  the spear pierced itself through the wolf's side, and emerging from the other...the energy spear embedded itself into the wolf's soft tissues, as the bones started to shrink and the fur turned to flesh... Sybithia collapsed to the ground, a spear embedded in her flesh... she felt the blood drip down her chin as she clutched her side where the spear made its entry and exit.  She was gasping for breath, her garments being soaked by her own blood... 

Dike saw the wolf morf... into a human girl..."NO!" he screamed racing as fast as he could down the dunes... to his fallen friends.

((oh thats gonna cause DRAMA lol))

Dike had to make a choice... he felt tears rising in his eyes...who couldnt he live without?  Then he realized the cruel reality...he couldnt live without both of them...  Then he did something he did not expect...he picked up Uatu, and walked to Syth...kissing her on the cheek "Im so sorry." he breathed and ran off to get help, Uatu almost lifeless in his arms.

Sybithia clutched the spear embedded in her skin, she saw the blur of Dike carrying Uatu... he made his choice. she thought, and she was surprisingly...okay... Dike was happy, there was such thing as love.  She felt her eyes close and the pain begin to fade

Silvie had to admit she felt better, but she could still feel the pain where the spear had tore through her body..."I-I dont know." she said weakly.  She ran a finger across her wound, it stopped bleeding but was still deep... she knew that the wound went directly through her body and out the other side... this thought made her sick

Dike tended to Uatu, and wrapped her wounds...tears welded in his eyes...he had left Syth...his best friend.  He probobly killed her, and then left...how could he?  After Uatu was taken care of he let her sleep and placed her in her own bedroom... jumping swiftly out the window and turning onto the beach...seeing Syth was gone.  He ran over and saw her blood smears on the white, moonlit sand...had she moved?

Dike heard footsteps behind him, he whipped around hoping it was Syth, it wasnt...of course it was one of his least favorite people...Orinu.  He bit his lip and turned back to the blood smears, the gentil ocean slowly washing them away. 

Sybithia forced a smile and shut her eyes.

Orinu looked up and glared at Dike, "how could you! she trusted you and the worst thing you could do is leave her to die?!"

Meanwhile, the maid walked in checking up on Syth making sure she was breathing, asking if she needed anything, and cleaned her wound a few times.

Sybithia smiled at the maid, "Thank you, and I am fine." she anwsered reas.suringly.

Dike felt his anger rising..."She attacked her!" Dike yelled back..."She deserved what she got..." he finished covering his mouth at his own words...could he be saying this?  no, it had to be the temper in him.  He closed his eyes and tried to force back tears.
