Syth was hesitant, but she fliped the phone and pulled it to her ear. "What do you want." she said in an annoyed manner, crossing her arm.
Dike sighed heavily into the phone. "I need to tell you something." he said, his voice strained. He strode behind a tree and sat down against the trunk.
Sybithia rolled her eyes, she was still bitter by Dike's actions. She was again hesitant when anwsering, "what." she half growled... her eyes narrowing suspiciously.
Dike again sighed, "Before Uatu came along..." he began cutting the sentence in half. He closed his eyes, "There's something you need to know." he whispered. If Kana didnt share the same feelings he had towards her, he would return to Syth's side, if she would allow him. His heart thumped madly.
Sybithia began to tap her foot. "What." she growled again.
Dike spit it out. "I loved you, Syth." he whispered.
Sybithia felt her blood run cold. She felt her grip on the phone loosen, as it slipped from her palm and landed with a loud bang on the floor.
Dike heard the crash, "But I love Uatu. But Kana cant remember... I guess it wasnt meant to be..." he whispered knowing Syth hadnt heard. He closed the phone and looked to the sky, no more secrets... he loved Kana and probobly always would.
