(mara to the rescue!)
Mara walked out of the way to avoid being trampled. she now heard the roar louder, but it was desperate. she ran back into the path of the stampede and ran incredibly fast, dodging in between the wildebeast. she finally came to the stuck feline. she noticed that it wasn't conscious, but she needed to help it. She dug it's paw from the tight hole, picked her up by the scruff and ran out of the stampede. Mara lay the hurt cat down on the ground.

Shadow flung the carcass over her back and raced after her,also hearing the roar. She didn't want to lose the carcass though so she balanced it on her back as she ran.
I\'m extremely sorry for my absence. I\'ve been very busy and was recently attacked by 3 dogs and am currently recovering.

Junebug could feel herself being picked up by someone but she just thought it was her spirit being taken away from her body. She could then fell blood all over her but remained unconscious

Shadow stopped when she saw Mara and dropped the carcass. "What happened to her?",she asked.

"hush, racer. you are fatally wounded. you need to heal. I am Mara. i saved you from becoming a tiny scrap of meat." Mara exclaimed as she gently pushed Junebug's body back to the ground.

Junebug sighed and layed down. "Well thanks. I thought no one heard my roaring until i got that wildebeast off me. And im Junebug by the way." She said as she felt drowsy again

Junebug looked up as the cat was healing her but Junebug roared in pain. "Grr it hurts too much.." she moaned in pain

Mara, being the great age she is, of course could read lips. even if it was the slightest movement, slightest breath, Mara would notice. unfortunately, she noticed junebugs wording. all she did was laugh, and shake her head.

Junebug knew she had read her lips and let out a slight smile to herself. She began to feel the pain lift away from her body and stretched out her legs.
