((Lost in all this, so I'm just gonna jump in randomly somewhere.))
Prince cast his sky blue gaze on the sight of the girls' cabins. This was the most awkward time of the year, when the ranch opened and the riders came to stay. It was his job to clean up and prepare cabins, and he had foolishly waited until people had already arrived to do so. A sigh escaped his lungs and he reluctantly entered a cabin, glad to see that nobody was inside. He swept the floor and arranged the bed, dusting off tables and other stray surfaces.
Chocolate brown locks drooped lazily over shimmering glasses. This cabin was almost finished, and Prince was thankful for that. He took a well- deserved rest on a wooden chair, a furry figure sneaking through the door that was left slightly ajar. A loud crashing noise followed soon after, interrupting Prince's break.
The confused young man rose from his seat, entering an adjacent room to find dishes scattered about the wooden flooring. A fluffy face emerged from the shadows, golden eyes begging for forgiveness.
"Oh, Romeo." Prince started with a smirk. "Always finding yourself in trouble... We're just lucky these dishes are plastic." The cat meowed in response, striding up close to his owner and rubbing against him. Prince pet Romeo on the head and proceeded to pick up the mess that his kitty had created. It looked like he really had his work cut out for him this year.
