Shadow reached a paw over and pawed his face back with a giggle.
I\'m extremely sorry for my absence. I\'ve been very busy and was recently attacked by 3 dogs and am currently recovering.

Shadow didn't mind all the noise. She rolled over onto her other side and pretended to fall asleep.

Manx knew she was pretending. Two could play at that game. He quited down, then scrunched up his nose and growled. He made snorting noises every now and then, and he made his best inerpretation of a dog.

(Course you can. I don't think spirit would mind either. Just as long as you have your definite decision with your character, its hard - for me - to keep track of thousands of characters, old ones dying, one after the other.)

(lol that must be chaos xD) BIO Name: Tomo Cat Years/Months: 3 months Human Years: 6 Gender: Male Breed: Tomcat Personality: as he is very young, he does not yet understand how to live as a stray. he struggles, often wandering into other cats alleys and getting a nasty clawing across the face, due to being afraid of fighting. he can be brave at times. Appearance: normal tomcat- ginger with white/cream stripes and a white/cream underbelly. he has many scars across his face (says why above). Other: none.

(okay! heres my intro...) Tomo was walking along the street when the kitten smelt food. "im starving!" he shouted, not realising there could be other cat around. he walked down an alleyway and looked in a strong smelling bin. it was full of goodies; chicken, tuna, fish skeletons, leftover vegetables, it was heaven! Tomo dug down deep into the great smelling food, found a whole chicken, pulled it up again and started chewing at it. his mouth watered as it was filled with delicious tastes and textures, and ignoring his surroundings, he eat the whole thing. Tomo was feeling rather drunk and heavy, so when he tried to jump out of the bin, all he did was knock it over, spilling all the food. Tomo was too heavy to think that this would attract more cats, and guess what, it did. a large adult black and white cat was first to arrive, and also the last. he slashed Tomo across the face, like the many times before, and tomo clumsily ran away. he had ran to somewhere he did not know, and two other cats, one male one female, were playing there. tomo fell asleep on the spot.

Darrah heard the yelling of another cat. Getting up fromher lazy spot by the tree, she raced toward the kitten. "No!" She whispered, "Come with me!" She grabbed the kitten by the scruff and tracked down her alley. As soon as she got to her plush pillow, she gently laid him down. She leaped onto the pillow, which was so soft her paws made marks on the surface. She curled her tail around the kitten to keep him warm. "Are you alright? Why do you have scars?" Manx laughed, watching Darrah come and go. He decided not to tell Shadow. It could have any ending but a good one.

Tomo woke up eventually, felling less heavy. he had no idea where he was, or what had happened. Tomo jumped to his tiny feet and hissed at this strange cat. "what happened! where am i!" he shouted, but it wasnt very affective as his voice was still small. his little, yet sharp claws dug into the plush pillow. Tomo did not mean any harm, he was just dead frightened stiff. "who are you! where have you and your silly brain taken me! tomo backed off nervously and said no more. his ears were flat on his head, barely visible, and his short tail trembling between his legs. Tomos eyes were large in fright and surprise.

Darrah backed away to give the little fella some space. "You fell asleep. I am Darrah. I brought you to my alley." She slowly meandered towards the cute little kitten. She purred with her claws retracted to show she meant no harm. "I won't hurt you, buddy. You can trust me, I want to help you." She lay back down on her pillow, sinking into her own crater. "I know you're scared, its okay." She took a quick whiff of the kitten. "You should lay off some of the junk food. Here, I have five star quality morsels in my trash. You'll be safe here, too. Just stay away from the manx and the bombay. Their trouble, worse than dogs."

"um... okay..." murmered tomo. he was still rather frightened but he was relaxing a little now. "why did you help me? why didnt you just leave me to rot, like all the other cats?" tomo had now calmed down and was speaking more softly to this cat, but his voice could barely be heard. Tomo lowered his head. "why are you so nice to me? all the other cats i have met have just chucked me away, like the rubbish we live on." tomo was now sitting down and looking into this cats eyes, showing slight trust. he tilted his head and slowly lay down. he was now feeling thirsty and showed this by licking his lips continuously. tomo thought this cat was strange, but because of that he liked her.

(Thats adorable! If he didn't have so much white he would look just like my cat.) Darrah smiled, purring to calm him down even more. "Well, when I was a kitten, I was thrown out too. I even had a batch of kittens just like you, but they didn't like me much and left me. My bad luck continues, too." She turned to the side to show Tomo the light tire tracks in her fur. "I'm sure it'll heal soon." She lowered her head back to his height. "You thirsty? Follow me." She trotted at Tomo's pace toward a pipe. The pipe was showering fresh rain water into a bowl. "Sweetest water in town."

tomo thought about this for a second, before following this cat. should i trust her or shouldnt i? well... she does look kind... her eyes are pretty... um... okay. tomo padded after darrah a little happier now. "w... water!" tomo jumped into the bowl and drunk about a thousand litres, before jumping out and shaking the water out of his fur, slightly wetting darrah. "th... thank you." he stammered, now trusting this cat greatly.

Darrah smiled and also shook the water off her fur. "No problem, buddy." It had been a long time since she had a freind, and really, why would a kitten betray her? "Everything you need to survive is here." She looked at the kitten closer. "You look like that cute little Tomo kid who lives with the Budreaux humans. That you?" She remained cheerful to provide an atleast useful rolemodel for the kitten.
