Further Information
A little about me : I'm a Sophomore in college; I attend Monday through Thursday, and work on Fridays--so I may not be able to get back to you with lightning-fast speed. Your best bet for quick, consecutive responses would be on weekends, but those are still touchy depending on my schedule. I'm perfectly fine with making a one-on-one thread, I can also join a group if I agree with the members, and if it isn't full of one-liners. I also have email [ wearezombies@hotmail.com ], msn [ same as email ], skpe [ sinandslaughter ], and aim [ sinandsirens ] if role playing via thread doesn't suit you.
Now for my role play abilities, I consider myself literate. My usual post consists of three-to-four paragraphs, with the exception with shorter responses during dialogue (it's kind of difficult to form a lengthy response when the progression of the RP depends on your character's response to a question.) I will be honest, I do have my days for 'writers block,' though I'm sure everyone has a day like that once in a while.
What I ask from you: The only requirement I have is that you are semi or completely literate. Now of course if you have a slight difficulty forming two-paragraph-responses every time I could let it slide if you use grammar and word connotation correctly, use correct punctuation and spell correctly. I cannot stress spelling enough. If you happen to have difficulty with spelling please do a spell-check (or if you have certain browsers, like Firefox, it will often provide a spell-check for you.) However, incorrect grammar and connotation can be excused in dialogue - for example, if you are role playing a small child or character that has an accent (accents must be addressed with apostrophes in the area where the break or absence of a letter occurs. If the word is slang or a decade-specific no apostrophe will be needed.) If there are any questions about the above information you may address them to me before role playing.

I'm working on updating her link as we speak.
Her profile is unfinished though, I have to warn you, but she does have a concept. Her character is ba<x>sed off of Panty from 'Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt,' but with a few tweaks and an extra apocalyptic bonus because of her name.
Ruru: So Contagious and Mordekai; which appealed to you more? Or would you rather RP with both? |

The Stranger, the Dreamer, or the Accomplice. I love the Amsterdam's character, how there is nothing really known about him. I picture him being a pervert, and they are always fun. I also need the practice with male characters. I know you've not gotten the Accomplice's character up yet, but just the name sounds fun. I think being someone's sidekick would be fun, and it certainly would be something new for me. My characters are usually in the spotlight.

Possibly both.... They're so different and I'm used to two characters, but if someone else decides they like one, I wouldn't mind just role playing one. I like I believe Mordekai more, the vampire. The mute was just an interesting character because I have played a mute before.

FluzzMe: Ha, Amsterdam is an extreme pervert. Marie (Tea/'The dreamer') would be good practice for a male character, if you'd be interested in doing a romance of some sort. Myre (The accomplice) is currently just a concept, I'm working on getting her character up, but it's a slow process. She usually comes equipped with Niea (The cannibal) since she's her, as she puts it, "younger sibling," and usually entrusted with smaller tasks such as cleaning or disposing of bodies.
RuRu: I've never used Contaminant in RP before, so I'd be open to playing both, in different plots and settings, of course.
Dragonstar: Hahaha, yeah, it was pretty odd. I just liked Panty's personality, so I decided to tweak it a bit and use it as a character, I have one modeled after Stocking as well, but I haven't been able to get her profile up yet. |
