Rory nodded and swam back to the bank, easily fighting the current. He flopped down onto the gravel, coughing lightly. "That is not a good thing." he muttered, squeezing on his sleeves slightly to get some of the water out of it. Man he hated getting wet. "You sure you're ok?" he asked, looking at Cody. Just because something happened all the time, didn't mean it was ok.

"Yup, just wet." Cody said calmly. He prefered to stay dry but that didn't mean he wouldn't occasionally soak in a hot pool.

Rory sighed and squeezed some water out of his hair. "Of all the humans I've encountered, you're the first human actually worth saving." he said, pushing his hair out of his face and giving Cody a playful look.

{{As have i.}} Cody blushed,"And you're quite dashing." He shook the watter out of his hair and flattend it down. He once had Kyla and Mia curl it and it took him forever to get teh curs out because eh didn't like them...so now when his hair was wet it tended to try and curl itself.

Rory shrugged, ignoring the slight heat that rose to his own cheeks. "Comes with the territory, I think. Although I look the same as I did as a human." He pulled off one of his boots and tipped it over, water pouring out of it like a pitcher. "Brains, on the other hand, seems to have decreased." He shook the boot, trying to get the rest of the water out.

[[Lol]] Rory perked up as he heard the other three snicker. His blush deepened as he realized he had completely forgotten about them--what's worse being that they were Cody's siblings. "Well now, this is embarras-sing." he mutered, pulling on his boot again and pulling off the other one to repeat the process. |

Rory shook the last of the water out of his boot and pulled it back on. He really hated being wet, especially when his clothes were wet as well. He flopped back down on the gravel again, looking over at the three. "You all are quite immature for hunters." he commented.

Rory sat up quickly, anger flaring in his eyes at being called a bloodsucker. He didn't like to be as-sociated with other Vampires, especially with being called that term. He sighed, swallowing his anger and turning back to Cody. "It's probably for the best." he muttered sadly.

Kyla saw his anger and ebcame very amused with it..."Bite me." she half growled and half purred at teh same time before laughing with her other brother and sister. Cody scowled,"You should be atleast a little more greatful than that,he saved em." Kyla yawned,"Yeah and i could've done it just as easy."

"Then why didn't you?" Rory growled. "Or does your brain not work fast enough to figure out what's going on around you?" He glared back at her accusingly. It probably wasn't the best idea to be picking fights with his weapons out of reach, but he didn't care.
