Plot So you guys know the manga Fruits Basket, right? In a nutshell: There's a family (last name Sohma) with 13 teens. These teens are each cursed with the Chinese zodiac symbols. When hugged by a person of the opposite gender, are weak, or stressed, they turn into their respective animals. Now, in this story, their hometown in Japan is being visited by tourists (it's de holidays). It's also springtime -cough- Romance and all sorts of stuff will happen... And stuff.
Rules - I expect you guys to be able to RP both genders (For every character you make, you must make another of the opposite gender) - Semi-literate and above - I would prefer it if your characters didn't have major disabilities (e.g. I'm deaf/blind, so that makes me feel special) - Sorry, no lesbians/gays/bisexuals :c - Be respectful towards everyone in the board. No starting fights/spamming/double-posting - Maximum of two zodiacs per person. If you want to RP two zodiacs, I expect you to also RP two tourists/residents - EVEN gender ratio amongst the zodiacs also - NO MARY-SUES - Romance is encouraged! - No same-character relationships - Nope, no pets allowed

Levi is playful and quite relaxed. He may seem cold and distant at first, since Levi isn't one to trust a stranger. Levi is also smart, though he lacks common sense. He's extremely blunt with things, though he gets away with a lot of insults due to his air-headed and cheery personality. He's also extremely impatient, unable to sit still for long periods of time and preferring to act on impulse instead of carefully considering his actions. Levi hates apologizing for things he did, even if it was his mistake.

Sanae, to put in a few words, is idiotic, rough and naïve. Her native home is in Japan, and being in a new environment a few years ago was rather overwhelming. However, Sanae is extremely competitive, and caught onto the English language quickly. She does slip up occasionally, though she doesn't like to admit her imperfections. She's not very gentle with things, leave her in a room filled with glass and something will surely break. Sanae is also loud, cheery and outspoken, always voicing out her opinions. She loves parties, though Sanae, being naïve, thinks of parties in the 'festival' way, not the modern-teenager way. Like Levi, Sanae also is blunt, unable to take insults from classmates.

Keishi is more like the definition of elegance and eloquence. He's extremely intelligent, one of the smartest in the school (unfortunately for Sanae), and can remain calm even in the most chaotic situations. Keishi has a rather quiet personality too, preferring to spend time by himself or amongst animals, rarely partaking in festivities and celebrations. His politeness can calm down any angry adult. Keishi hates fights, especially the constant battle between the mouse and cat in the Sohma family. Despite his regal personality, Keishi can also be cold and unsympathetic. He rarely trusts anyone outside of the Sohma family, even harboring some suspicions about his family.

Ari is extremely imaginative, and also rather unrealistic. She loves to dream up of her own fantasies, refusing to see reality. Because of this, she's perceived as an airhead. She hates it when someone comes raining on her parade, often leaving in a huff due to her short temper. She can't tolerate mess either, always nagging her friends to clean up or cleaning up herself. Ari is also a bit of a hopeless romantic, believing in true love and hoping to meet her own one day. Because of this, she comes off as extremely dreamy with her head up in the clouds, even though her senses are quite keen. She hates any sort of work, usually putting it off until the last minute.

Personality: Dusana is a quiet girl with trust issues. She hasn’t been so social in her days but she loves poetry. She is reserved but has a great sense of humor that is, once you get her out of her shell. She is stuborn and like to do things her way, though she usually goes along with situations, since she isnt a fan of talking. Though Dusana doesnt like talking to others, she mumbles to herslef, expecially when she is day dreaming. She can be absent-minded at times but usually she is on the side lines watching and observing problems or people. Even though Dusana seems helpless when she often bits her bottem lip she has never been close to anyone so she comes off cold and lost. Who knows what she would be like once someone get her out of her shell

Personality: Kio is an out going guy. Though people misjudge him because of his looks. He looks like a quiet guy. Kio isnt, he loves to talk and find new trouble to get in. The expresion, curiosity killed the cat is basically how Kio lives life. If there is something he wants to know he goes and lets curiosity get the best of him. Kio doesnt really think of the consequences, he just wings life. He is usually open with his feelings but when it comes to someone he likes he tends to be a little harsh to them and is more shy around them. Kio trys to take the lead in tough situations to make him seem smart and tough but he really isnt. Nothing that comes out of his mouth is smart or useful and you will also hardly find him with out a smile or never serious. When he is serious, you pobably want to listen and pay attention because its usually important

Has the bright orange hair as-sociated with the Cat, wears the beads, and...basically dresses like Kyo, but keeps his hair longer than Kyo did. It ends about an inch below his shoulderblades. He's seen in a black hoodie and bluejeans most days, unless going to school. Then he has to wear the uniform.

He's a mixture of Kyo and the Cat before Kyo, who was Kyo's master's grandfather. He has a short temper like Kyo, but can also be kind like the grandfather I told you about. So, basically, he's kind, but has a defensive air about him that tends to either push everyone away or draw everyone in, the first being his preferred choice. He hates being the center of attention and it only flares up his temper even more than usual.

She loves being in more serene environments, and is rather prone to emotional breakdowns during school because the students there are so stress-inducing that she simply can not handle it.
