The dust cleared. Artemis was on the ground moaning...
"Urrr... I'm done for..."
Grey rushed over to Artemis. "Sweetheart! Are you okay?"
"I'm fine... Just... Finish it."
Grey growled furiously!
"Rah! Nobody hurts Arty!" He furiously launched a round of Fire blasts straight at the two Pokemon.

Both Pokemon were hit by the move, but Latias used Heal Pulse on Joy. She then, quite remarkably, used a restrained version of Heal Pulse on Artemis to heal her slightly.
"This is a fun battle!" Latias giggled. "We don;t want anyone SERIOUSLY hurt, do we?" She then used Thunderbolt on Grey, while Joy used Water Pulse.

"Thanks Latias..." Artemis got up, was hit by water pulse, then attacked Joy with an Iron tail attack.
Grey was pumped up, he dodged thunder bolt then began to charge power...

"Tell me that ain't the move I think it is." Joy muttered. She used Water Pulse on Artemis. Latias used Calm Mind and then Thunderbolt.
"I have a feeling we're evenly matched..." she muttered.

"You ready Grey?"
"You got it hun!"
Artemis and Grey planted their feet on the ground. And they both unleashed their most powerful attacks. Artemis unleashed Hyper Beam on Latias and Grey unleashed Solar Beam on Joy.

Both Pokemon were struck by the attacks. Joy was very nearly knocked out. Latias, however, managed to hold herself together. She used Heal Pulse on her friend before turning invisible, then reappearing right in front of Artemis and using Thunderbolt, taking advantage of Artemis being immobile briefly. Joy proceeded to use Water Pulse, but she didn't aim for either of the two Pokemon...she aimed for the space between them, where the ball of water collided with the ground and exploded.

Artemis fell to the ground. Instinctively she used Moonlight and healed themselves a bit.
Grey shouted "So! Continuously healing each other is how its gonna go? Alrighty then! I can go all day!" He unleashed a Fire Blast attack on Latias.

Latias was struck byu the attack and immediately retaliated with Thunderbolt.
Joy, meanwhile, used Water Pulse on Grey.
Then Latias turned around at a noise in the bushes.
"Tell me I'm not the only one who heard that.." she muttered.

Grey and Artemis both had pricked their ears right up. "No... You're not." Said Grey.
Artemis lifted her nose to the air and sniffed. "Hmm... I don't recognize it."

Latias looked into the gloom and saw nothing. Joy couldn't see anything, either.
"Latias, why don't you check it out?" Joy asked.
"Sure thing!" Latias said, turning invisible and dashing into the shadows. A moment dragged by...before Latias came back into the clearing, squealing at the top of her voice.
"IT'S TEAM PLASMA!" she cried, and just a second after five Team Plasma Grunts ran in. Each had the same Pokemon to hand...an Escavalier.
"I'm afraid..." Latias wispered.
((By the way, since the Pokemon are speaking in their own language, only other Pokemon can hear them. The only human who can hear them is N, who will be introduced later.))

"C'mon! Follow us! Quick!" Yelled Artemis as the pair dashed into the bushes behind them.

Joy turned and Latias turned to go, too, but one of Team Plasma's Escavaliers struck her with X-Scissor and she fell. team Plasma then proceeded to drag her away.
"Oh no you don't!" Joy screeched, turning around and running after them. But they were gone. "I don't believe it...they took my friend..."

"We'll get her back..." Said Artemis
"Yeah!" Yelled Grey as he unleashed a Flamethrower attack into the woods where they dragged Latias away. "Those stupid Escavaliers are no match for me! I'm not scared of those Team Plasma scum!"
Artemis went quiet. "S-Something wrong Artemis?" Said Grey.
"Oh! No... I'm just... thinking..."
"Alright, well! What do you say we get your friend back Joy?"

Joy grinned.
"Sure thing!" she said, but then her face fell. "But wait, there's sure to be more Pokemon on Team Plasma's side..."
"Ahem." a voice suddenly said from behind them, making the group jump up in surprise. It was Black Knight, the Absol. And with him...Eon Master the Latios. They had stopped their battle on the mountain to some and see what the fuss was about.
"Joy." Eon Master said, nodding politely. "Where is my sister, Latias?" Joy gulped.
"Team Plasma just took her! We must get her back!" Joy blurted out. Eon Master quivered in rage.
"Those pesky humans...took my SISTER?!" he roared. "NOW THEY@RE GONNA PAY!"
"Wait, Eon." Black Knight said. "We must plan this carefully."
Meanwhile, Latias broke free of Team PLasma's grip. However, blinded by fear, she flew straight ahead did not turn invisible. She eventually ended up in a clearing. Looking around, panicked, she realized she was alone.
"Hello? Anyone?" Latias called out, quivering all over. But suddenly Team Plasma grunts emerged...and MANY more than before...

Artemis stepped forward. "I agree with the absol. This isn't something we can just run into. Team Plasma is dangerous, we can't just walk up to them and say 'hey! Give her back!' And expect to win..."

Black Knight nodded.
"We must plan carefully." he sad. "Oh, where are my manners? My name is Black Knight."
"And I'm Eon master. But please, just call me Eon." Eon Master added. "As I mentioned, Latias is my sister. And I'm really worried for her...she isn't as strong as I am."
However, Latias was holding her own against Team Plasma quite well. You see, after one Pokemon (another Escavalier) had struck her with an attack, she got angry. VERY angry. She used Thunderbolt repeatedly to bring the opposing Pokemon down.
"HA! TAKE THAT!" Latias yelled as the final Pokemon fell. At least, she THOUGHT it was the last Pokemon. But then she noticed a Zoroark standing not too far off. The anger was replaced by fear instantly. Darky-tpe Pokemon like Zoroark scared Latias, who was part Psychic-type. She barely had time to react before the Zoroark had leapt forward with Night Slash...
...and then everything went black...

"Then we should probably hurry." Added Artemis. "And I'm Artemis by the way, and this is my partner, Grey."
Grey jumped in. "And we're togetheeeer..." He added in a shmooshy voice.
"Oh shush you!" Said Artemis. "C'mon, if team plasma gets a hold of a legendary pokemon, who knows what else they can do! Lets go!" Artemis went ahead of the others into the bushes.
Grey added. "Shes uh... Kinda a born leader. Just go with it. Heh." Grey then took off after her.

"We'll need to be careful." Eon Master said. "So we need to take the element of surprise. If we just blunder in,they'll catch us all. Let's observe them for a moment before making our move." Black Knight the Absol had run ahead as well, folowing Latias's scent. He followed it to a clearing.
"Wait here." he whispered, and walked slowly through the bushes. Then he walked back, solemnly.
"There's nobody there...just a few of the enemy Pokemon, but no humans and no Latias." he whispered.
"WHAT?!" Latios shrieked.
It was true. Latias had been taken elsewhere. Somehow, Team Plasma knew that Latias's friends would be coming and had moved. When Latias woke up, she was in a cage. She lifted herself into the air and, in frusration, slammed herself at full force into the cage bars. The cowered in fear.
"Wh...where am I? What do you want?" she whispered.

Eon Master thought. Then he had an idea.
"I'll fly up and see if I can spot my sister from the air." he said. "It should be the quickest way."
"Good idea! Count me in!" Joy said, and before anyone could stop her, she had hopped up onto Eon Master's back.
"Hold on." Eon Master said, before shooting upwards like a rocket.
Meanwhile, in her cage, Latias quivered. Then there came a soothing voice.
"Hush, Latias." the voice said. latias jumped. She looked around but could see nobody.
"Who are you?" She asked to the air.
