"Wait for Eon Master to come back with news of Latias' location." Black Knight began. "And when he comes back....we rush of to the rescue!" Black Knight seemed to get excited for a second or two but quickly calmed down.
"SEE ANYTHING UP THERE?" he called up to Eon Master.
"I...uh....um, wait...YES! YES! I see Latias! She's in a clearing not far from here! But she's in a cage..." Joy yelled down. Eon Master descended and Joy hopped from his back.
"They caged my sister..." Eon Master muttered. "Let's go give 'em what-for, shall we?"
Meanwhile, Latias still couldn't work out where the mysterious voice was coming from. She heard it again.
"I apologise for Team Plasma caging you. We couldn't risk you leaving straight away." the voice said.
"Who exactly am I talking to?" Latias asked. There came a laugh from seemingly nowhere.
"You'll see momentarily." they said.

"Do we approach with stealth? Or full on attack!?" Said Grey, getting super pumped up.
Artemis tried to remain calm, but the thought of an imminent battle with team Plasma got her a little excited and her tail started to wag.

"My recomendation would be to start on stealth, and THEN go in for the fight! BOOM!" Black Knight said, the last word coming out rather loudly.
"Sorry about that." he said, quietly. "I can get a little excited at times."
In her cage, Latias was beginning to panic. Then the voice came again.
"I want you to meet my son. He can talk to you." the voice said.
"...ok..." Latias whispered, shakily.

"We can do stealthy..." Said Grey. "We sure can!" Said Naomi, crouching low to the ground.

"Well, we should better be off then!" Black Knight said, turning and walking off into the shadows, seeming to blend in perfectly. Latios, on the other hand, really DID blend in...he turned invisible.
"Both I and Latias may turn invisible at any time." he explained.
Back at Latias's cage, Latias suddenly became aware of someone stepping out of the shadows. They had green hair and wore the most bizarre clothing Latias had ever seen. They also had some sort of metallic box over their mouth.
"This is a translator." the creepy human said. "You should be able to understand my speech. Anyway, you shall be taken to the next clearing. You will talk to my son there."
"Just who are you?" Latias asked.
"My name is Ghetsis." they replied. Latias shivered. They were scaring her. It was then that she realized that her cage was moving. Was it on wheels? She couldn't tell. Then she remembered; she could tell Latios through telepathy where she was going!
Latios...they're taking me to a clearing next to the one I was just in...please hurry...

Artemis and Grey ran with the others, their noses sniffing everywhere. Artemis tried to resist having her rings glow.

Joy looked over to Artemis.
"Want your rings to glow, eh?" she asked. "It's fine. Won't bother me." She kept running faster and faster until she was running alongside Black Knight and Eon Master the Latios.
"When I get my paws on those Team Plasma freaks..." she muttered.
((By the way, I was thinking Joy and Black Knight could have crushes on each other. What do you think?))

Artemis allowed her rings to glow brightly. "Thats better... " Grey added. "Little miss glowy here also helps me see in the dark." They giggled and got closer together.

Joy smiled, slowing down ever so slightly. Black Knight glanced at her, but when Joy looked, he glanced away again.
"Can I help you?" Joy asked. Black Knight coughed.
"Um, well, I..." Black Knight began, somewhat unsteadily.
"Come on! Say it!" Joy said, a tiny bit irritably.
"Well, it's just, uh...I think you're kinda pretty, you know?" Black Knight finally said. Joy's eyes widened.
"You think so?" she asked, quietly.
"Sure." Black Knight said. Joy blushed and turned her head the other way, with a tiny smile.
"Thanks..." she whispered.

Artemis glanced at Grey, they both knew what was going on. They smiled at each other and continued on. Then suddenly, everyone came to a complete stop. They had reached the clearing.

Black Knight immediately volunteered to go check the clearing. He glanced in and then turned to the others.
"There's someone with Latias." he whispered. "They're talking. I think we should see what they have to say before we jump in. They don't SEEM dangerous."
"Alright." Eon Master said. It was odd, as he was still invisible, but his voice could still be heard.
"Sure thing." Joy said, blushing again. "And might I say, Black Knight, you don't look too bad yourself." She giggled and looked away, and Black Knight blushed a little.
"Thanks..." he said. "But if Latias is under any threat, we go in straight away. Got it, guys?"
"Yes, sir!" Joy said, saluting with a paw before laughing again. And, quite surprisingly, Black Knight laughed a little as well.

Artemis layed on her belly and crossed her paws, watching intentively. Grey was at the ready to pounce. Smoke wafted around his mouth.

"They must have some sort of translator..." Black Knight said. "Yes. That's it. Look! They have one covering their mouth!"
"Ok...I'll talk to your son...but THEN can I go?" Latias asked the bizarrely-dressed person.
"We'll see." they said. And they walked back into the shadows. Another figure, much younger, stepped out, but they bore some resemblance to the man Latias had talked to.
"Who...who are you?" Latias asked. The new human seemed distracted somehow.
"I thought I TOLD you, I don't want you to bring her here by force! Unlock the cage!" they announced, and just like that, four Team Plasma grunts came and unlocked the cage. Latias floated out. She didn't want to risk making a bolt for it. Not yet.
"they...work for you?" Latias asked.
"You might say that." the new human said, dismissing the Team Plasma grunts with a wave of his hand. then he smiled, almost kindly. "I'm so sorry for the trouble we've caused you. I am N."
"This is most peculiar..." Black Knight muttered. "I can understand him, but he isn't using any translators..."

Latias looked at them, almost curiously.
"N, huh? Well...how can you understand me, and I you? And what do you need me for?" she asked.
"I can understand all Pokemon." N said, extending a hand towards Latias and making Eon Master tense up. "And please don't be afraid...I want to ask you for help."
"Me?" Latias said, confused.
"What's he saying?" Eon Master asked, still invisible.
"He just asked Latias for help." Joy said, equally as confused.
