(( You can escape now I guess and find Lyora and the others. )) Cyri gritted her teeth. "Yes. I'm his sister. I also know that, when angry, the venom of a vampire spreads. As if on cue, part of her body turned a vampire white. She took a deep breath and calmed herself. 'Silent might look calm cool and collected, but inside he burns with a deep anger..." Cyri whispered. Cyri placed a hand on Kyrian's shoulder. Truth be told, she had a huge thing for him. But it wasn't puppy love. It was real.

"Oh no...", Lyora whispered, leaning against a tree for support, "He's becoming a..... a.... Vampire...........? Poor Silent..." She closed her eyes and covered her face with her hands, not wanting Cyri and Kyrian to see her cry. Not wanting them to know of her immense love for the quiet, strong, boy who was now a half-blood vampire.

Cyri watched her, sympathy sparking in her eyes. Than it faded. "He's the same Silent. Nothings changed except for his physical being." She said softly.

Trinity felt her heart hammering in her chest as she ran. She couldn’t see anything very well; her night vision was terrible. She was trying to get away from her master’s house that had been her prison for so long. She felt ever grateful for Silent, who was keeping the vampire at bay. Hopefully he makes it she thought. It wouldn’t be fair otherwise. The gr*censored* felt soft and cold under her bare feet. With a sudden jolt she realized that her master had no control of her out here if he didn’t find her. Still she ran, enjoying the feeling of no vampire telling her to stop or to ‘come here so I can show you off to this friend of mine’… If this is freedom, I never want to live without it she thought. This feeling was one she had never known before. It was then that Trinity heard the crackling of twigs, the whispering of voices… She stopped abruptly. Hopefully not vampires she thought fearfully. All thoughts of freedom were washed away, and she was snapped out of her trance as if someone had doused her with a cold bucket of water. She drew closer and stepped quietly. “…He’s the same Silent. Nothing changes but his physical being.” Trinity heard a kind-sounding voice say. There must be others here too she decided. Taking a chance, she stepped out of the shadows and into moonlight ((I’m *censored*uming it’s night xD)). “Hello,” she said slowly and cautiously.

Instantly, Cyri whirled around and dropped into a hunters crouch, hissing and her eyes narrowed. Than she saw it was a slave girl and was instantly out of the crouch. But her yes remained narrowed. "Who are you?" She growled.

Trinity flinched; it was a habit she had gotten into. “Sorry,” she said apologetically. “My name’s Trinity… I escaped from my master’s place. Or at least, he used to be my master. A boy named Silent made it possible for me to flee,” she explained.

Kyrian felt Cyri’s hand on his shoulder and relaxed. He knew it was her, the instant she touched him. She’s as silent as night, but has this energy that calls to me. Suddenly realizing how ignorant he had been, careless enough to throw his arms around his sister and leave his back vulnerable to a predator, Kyrian was grateful that Cyri had come. She was an amazing warrior, and protector. Nodding to the girl, Kyrian felt his heart lighten. “I am her brother.” He stated quietly, “I owe you much for staying with Zephyra.” As Cyri and the other girl talked about Silent, Kyrian placed the back of his hand on Zephyra’s forehead. It was slightly damp and a little more than warm. When his scarlet wolf growled low and deep, Kyrian looked up. A pale, white girl with ebony hair stepped out into what little light there was. “Hello.” She said in a sweet as honey voice. Kyrian wasn’t surprised when Cyri went into a fighter’s stance and growled, “Who are you?” I think I like her even more like this, ready to fight for her freedom and others. Cradling Zephyra in his arms Kyrian stood. She’s as light as a feather, he thought with concern. Kyrian was a strongly built six foot two, and Zephyra was near five foot ten. Staring into her face Kyrian felt worried. Her brows were drawn together, as if in pain, and she was starting to get a chill. “Trinity, you have nothing to fear.” He said, then looked to Cyri, “Silent is strong, he will fight it. I know he will come to us.” Walking to a little, black mare Kyrian actually smirked, it was as close to a smile as he normally got. “How did you steal a horse?” he asked to no one in particular, and then asked, “Lyora are you able to walk? Trinity looks exhausted, and the mare won’t take more than two, I’m guessing.” As he spoke he hoisted Zephyra onto the Friesian. I want my hands open, and Zephyra doesn’t seem to be waking up anytime soon.

Trinity was rather exausted, that was true, but she knew that she wasn't so tired that she couldn't walk. "I'm not so tired I cannot walk. Thank you, anyway, though," she said. When she had been enslaved to her Master (strange, she wasn't used to thinking about being a slave in the past tense) she had been made to do many tiring c*censored*s, even if she had been sick. She knew that she had strength enough for this. Anyways, she didn't want people to start thinking that she was not strong.

Cyri reluctantly lowered her guard a fraction, but remained watching Trinity. She turned to Kyrian and she placed her vampiric hand on Zphyra's forehead. Instantly Cyri withdrew and shivered. Her eyes were sharp and wide. "Get her back to the cottage. She needs attention. Now." She said in a quiet voice. Quickly, she stood on her tiptoes and brushed Kyrian's cheek with her light lips. Then she stepped away and turned back to Trinity. Her eyes narrowed and she flexed her fingers. "I won't hurt you, but I must have your word that if you are caught, you will not speak a word of where we are going. if they threaten to kill you, spit in their faces and tell them that you fear death not." Cyri said in a hard voice.

Kyrian kept his pale, blue eyes to Trinity. They shimmered like two silver opals in the moonlight. He was pleased to hear that she wouldn’t whine or pout over a walk, no matter how far she’s come. When Cyri placed a hand on Zephyra’s forehead, Kyrian felt his breath still. His heart nearly stopped when she spoke the solemn words, “Get her back to the cottage. She needs attention. Now.” No, no, no, no! I just got her back! Zephyra, don’t leave me now. Kyrian jolted when he felt the electric brush of Cyri’s lips on his cheek. His fair, white skin flushed a red, which didn’t happen often. Kyrian prized himself at hiding his emotions, but Cyri seemed to bring them out. And Zephyra, he thought. As Cyri spoke, Kyrian became more and more proud of her. He admired her intelligence, fire, and loyalty. As she spoke, Kyrian stepped closer his hand itching to touch her. Instead he sighed softly, turned toward the black mare, leapt on behind Zephyra, cradled her close, and kicked the mare into a gallop. Please be alright. ((Should Jaguar post again?))

(( yes please. )) Cyri watched them go, gazing slightly longingly at Kyrian's back. Then she side and rubbed her temples. He turned at glared at the girl. "Swear it." She hissed.

Trinity stared at Cyri. She nodded. "Of course," she said, a bit sharply. Just who does she think I am? A pitiful little girl? she thought to herself. "I swear. I wouldn't tell those...monsters about you." She felt a little crestfallen. Was it possible that she could be captured again? Of course it is. I have to be careful she answered herself. So much for the ecstatic feeling of freedom... At last she had escaped, for a while at least.

Cyri bristled at her sharp tone. Suddenly, she was gone, standing in front of Trinity. "Watch your tone. The only reason I haven't killed you is because your only human and your a slave like the rest of us. We all deserve freedom." She said, her voice cold and low. Her eyes flashed dangerously and she flexed her vampiric arm unconciously.

"S-sorry," Trinity said, surprised. She eyed Cyri's arm, a bit scared. She felt suddenly that Cyri was not somebody to get on your bad side. Still.... she thought. She bit her lip. She would keep her thoughts to herself, for now. Already making enemies with people who should be my friends, she thought mournfully. She had a bad habit of accidentally saying the wrong things in the wrong way and at the wrong time. Just like with her vampire master. He would do or say something unfair, and before she could stop herself, she would speak her feelings. And of course she would have to pay for it. "Sorry," she repeated again, more meekly and sincerely. She understood Cyri. Trinity new that she was the new one around here, and that the people here had a reason to not trust her yet. Not yet, she told herself.

Cyri took a few steps back and she turned her head towards the place that led back to where Silent and Jaguar were facing off. A pained look crossed her face. Quietly, she raised her head t the moon, closed her eyes, ad she hummed. It was the most saddest, most beautiful sound you could ever hear. But oddly, the tune sounded strange. Only the ones who are silent can sing it. Because only the silent can sing a silent song. ~ Silent's head jerked upwards and he gazed at the moon. He could hear the tunes playing in his head, in Cyri's voice. He clenched his hand and his nails dug into his palms. Blood dripped from his clenched hands. She was calling to him. She was singing the silent song. The song that only they could sing.

Trinity froze. She listened to the melody. It seemed almost as though she could see the notes and feel them. It was haunting...Sad... And something esle she couldn't put her finger on exactely, but did not bother to try and find out what that was. She dared not say anything or move. No. It felt if she did so, then the feeling and song would shatter, and it would all be over. Without realizing it, tears came to her eyes. It was so sad. She wasn't necesarrily sad... But she felt.... She couldn't find out what she felt at the moment.

Slowly, Cyri lowered her head, the song fading from her lips in a single note. It hung in the air, as if suspended by the very light of the moon. Then slowly faded away. Cyri let out a sigh and she staggered slightly. She leaned heavily against a tree, breathing hard. ~ Silent listened as the tune faded. He staggered and he leaned against a building door frame near him, breathing hard, staring at Jaguar through half open eyes. Sweat beaded his forehead.

Jaguar regarded Silent coolly. Watching him like a hawk on prey. Seeing the beads of sweat gather on Silent’s brow, Jaguar wondered what was happening. His body became hypersensitive as he looked for danger. Jaguar’s pupils dilated to bring in as much light as possible, bringing out every detail in his surroundings. A soft sound whispered through the air to fill his ears. Scenting the air he found no hidden predator. As the hum grew Jaguar became agitated. It had a heartbreaking melody that unnerved him. It’s hard to keep the monster front up when the song brought tears to his eyes, but he kept them at bay. Never would he show weakness to another. When the humming finally left him, Jaguar growled, “What was that?” To some self-satisfaction Jaguar saw that Silent needed to lean against the wall, while he still had strength to stand.

"Will she be okay?", Leena asked Cyri once her song was through. The tune had reminded her of when she met Silent, how he had been whipped mercelisly by his master. How raw and helpless it had made her feel to be uncapable of helping an innocent who was being punished. Her thoughts floated back to the one whom they had left behind with the vampires. He was becoming the very monster that he hated so fearcely, and there was nothing that could be done to stop the process.
