When she was finished, Luora closed up the stall, giving Riot a farewell pat, and, walking past the other girl, went and stood next to Silent. "If you ever need any help, I'm here every day about this time. I will always be willing to talk. I rarely do with humans, it's normally vampires who approach me. Silent Rouge, eh? The Silent part is fitting, but you're no more a rouge than we humans are free. Goodbye for now." With that, Lyora left. It was feeding time, and her master was probably becoming impatient.

Lyora bent down before her master, expecting him to bite into her as usual, but instead, she was shoved to the ground before him. "I heard that you were slacking, and more thn that, you disobeyed a direct order from another vampire! You should be killed for such a treachorus act! But no, you see, I have a better plan. You shall be gifted to that same vampire as punishment, for I have no more use for you than a horse does a fly; I have more slaves than I can afford to take care of. Besides, he rewarded me handsomely for turning you over." "This can't be true.. No... Not this... I was trying to help Silent, not doom myself...", Lyora thought, as the vampire dragged her to her new master; Silent's master. |

His master laughed and bowed before her master. "Thank you Evon Du Trechert. I shall treat her as you wish." he grinned broadly. He roughly grabbed Lyora in the same matter. He snarled at her. "I will no longer be giving Silent punishments. You will be doing it. But be forewarned. If you soften the blows. Lessen the or disobey my order, I will whip you till you are close to death. And if he talks to you, you must tell me. i have something special for him." He snarled.

He collected the buckets full of blood and he went over to a large tankard filled with blood. He poured them in there, listening to his master. "To make sure that you will obey me, Here is your first c*censored*." His master snarled. "When Silent goes to bed tonight, you are to cut his arm, like this." He drew from his shoulder to his elbow a single curved line. "Without hesitation. If you fail, so help me I will punish you till you plead for mercy." he growled. The truth in his eyes were terrifying.

Lyora nodded, showing no signs that she would hesitate to follow her new master's commands. "I will do as you wish, master.", she said, curtsying, "What am I to do before than?" She stole a quick glance at Silent, knowing from the look on his face that he had heard them. What would she do? Other than the cows, Lyora hadn't ever had to hurt any living being higher than a bug.

(( Hey. On for a few hours. )) Silent heard Hollyn and his eyes narrowed. No. I haven't given up. He thought. He looked up into the cloudless sky, wat5ching and eagle soar by. Soon,my sister. Soon we will be together again. He thought fiercely. His master snarled happily and he wlaked away, grunting as he limped on his left leg. Something sparked in Silent's mind and heart and he found his lip twitching in a small smile as he watched his master limp. Then he felt the stings of the whipmarks on his back and his eyes flared with a forbidden anger. ((Oh! Yeah! Plot Twist! ))

Lyora let out a sigh of relief as her new master left, and took that moment to realize how violently she had been trembling. She turned to Silent and whispered sadly, "Silent, I can't do it, I can't bring myself to hurt you. I'd rather die." A fresh stream of tears began to flow from her eyes as she fell to her knees, feeling hopeless, confused, and defeated. Lyora had fallen in love, watched Silent, the one whom she was infatuated with, be whipped and cut, and now she ad been sold to Silent's master and her *censored*ignment was to torture him as his master had done. Her path was clouded, and she only had two choices; either disobey her master and pay the consequences that possibly included death, or she could listen to the vampire and hurt Silent, which would destroy her. |

Silent dropped to his knees beside her and held her arms with his warm and thin hands. he held her gaze. "Then let us trick my master. Let me do it. You must stand beside me though with the knife. I will cut myself. You must go to him and tell him you did it. I do not want pure blood to be spilled over my blood." He whispered. It was the most he had ever said since his sister.

At the gentile touch of Silent's hands, Lyora ceased trembling. "You... Would do that?", She asked softly, looking into his eyes, surprised at his announcement, "I don't know what to say... I still would rather be punished than see you hurt yourself, but..." Lyora sighed and leaned up against Silent, her arms around him, her face buried in his shoulder, muffling her sobs. She would rather be punished a hundred times over than see Silent hurt, but it was still sweet that he was offering to do her job as to prevent her from being hurt.

Silent was caught by surprise at her reaction. He gently touched he back of her head, his hands trembling. Then he stood up, a fierce gleam in his eyes. "My sister escaped so so can I. besides. I plan to kill my master. Tonight." his eyes were hard, no mercy inside them. He had had enough of this torture of others. Tonight would be the night that his master would be the greatest master ever no more.
