Lost and desperate they called on their warrior ancestors to save them, only to be met with a grievous silence. The situation was too dire for StarClan to fix. Hearts dark with sorrow the Clans were slowly picked off one cat at a time by weather and foe, their ranks dropping slowly with the coming days. Soon but a handful of cats remained and they realized that they would never be able to survive on their own, even with each other to lean on for support. Going their separate ways they joined two-leg families and settled into their new lives, raising rambunctious kits into a den of safety without the worry of surviving to the next day. But one she-cat remembered her old life and re-told it to her kits, pas.sing down the tale from generation to generation as she had kits, and then her kits had kits, and so forth, until it was but the stuff of legend. Until one fiery she-cat decided to put her faith in the story, and began searching throughout the two-leg place until she had gathered a small band of cats who believed in her cause. Because the story was old and worn, the true names of the Clans were lost in the mist of time. Instead they had been replaced by different, yet similar names. ThunderClan became DawnClan, ShadowClan became PineClan, RiverClan became NorthClan and last but not least, WindClan turned to SwiftClan. Heart strong and eyes bright, this she-cat chose to re-create SwiftClan, using all her determination to gather cats to her cause. Kittypet, rogue, loner, that didn’t matter. All she wanted were strong and loyal warriors ready to defend their borders with teeth and claws. ~ Basically this she-cat decided to believe in the stories told by her mother and pas.sed down through her family. Being an adventurous cat with a rebellious personality, she left the easy life of a kittypet to live on the street, honing her hunting skills on mice scuttling in the gra.ss and training her fighting skills on the rogues who roamed the streets. Soon she became known as one of the stronger cats in the streets, and she began speaking of her dream to create the Clans anew. Many cats were sceptical. After all, they were simply kits’-tales. But a certain few believed her too, for they had felt the calling, and joined this she-cat. ~ I’ll be starting off this role-play, so please don’t ask to write the first post. Mine will set the scene and what’s generally going on. This is based just after the she-cat gains a few followers, so she’s not entirely alone, but she’ll only have two or three cats with her. Those cats -to a max of five- will be first come, first serve, but don’t expect your cat to be accepted immediately. I’ll wait for a bit before choosing them. For those cats wishing to be Medicine cat or apprentice, I’d like your cat to have some sort of vision before they join the band (if not already a part of it) or while they’re in the band. Deputy will simply be the same as Second-in-Command. Also, they won’t have warrior names yet. They’ll have typical names that suit their status -I’ll put an example below this- and you can just put their warrior name in brackets beside their chosen name for my first post. ~ Names: Rogue - Scar, Claw, Hunter etc.

((Could I join as Med. cat apprentice? Here's an example of my roleplaying:
"Apprentice, ehh? How old is she, ten-and-five moons?" The tom inspected Thunderbird, or 'Thunderpaw', noting her scars. He inspected her quite thouroughly, as if trying to look at her and find deep information. He leaned quite close to Thunderbird, and she leaned back.
His breath smelled of rotten meat, and Thunderbird nearly gagged, but remembered to be respectful to the 'leader', and just tried to stop breathing in through her nose.
Finally, the tom pulled away.
"Quite old, huh? Apprentices usually become warriors at the age of eight moons. I guesss on the exeption of medicine cat apprentices..." He seemed to be speaking to Darkleaf, but also to himself at the same time.
"Anyay, you say this is your territory, hmm? Well, I thinnk not. This place is much more.... frsher then the meadow we make home. Why not let us push our borders a little, teeny bit forward, hmm? If you don't it could get quite nasty, oh yess... Don't leave prisoners, do we?" The tom whisked around and looked at the cats behind and beside him.
"You, of CrimsonClan agree, hmm?"
Everycat nodded, but Thunderbird heard no voices. Strange.. she thought. Maybe the leader only has permission to speak to cats not of their Clan?
Thunderbird examined the tom closely. He was dark mahogany brrown, with even darker stripes, like a tiger's stripes. His neck ornament(necklace) was made out of bird feathers that were put onto something that looked like a vine, but was light brown, and seemed to be made of hairs twisted together(rope).
"I am Crimsonstar, noble leader of CrimsonClan," The tom, now Crimsonstar, said. "We have moved here from our original place by twolegplace. Yess, we find thiss place much more hospitable."
Thunderbird looked to Darkleaf to talk, since she was to be an apprentice, who did not normally speak to other cats in situations like this.

"Sageburn!" Blackpaw called out loudly, flicking his ears. "Oh, I hope is up, I really want to work on my battle move..." Blackpaw peeked inside the warriors den, were he saw Flareblink and Goldstream cooing over eachother. She-cats. He hissed silently to himself. "Sageburn?" He called again. "I want to train!"

Her eyes are an ambery orange color. Her tail is longer than normal and slightly whip-like, and therefore delicate, and her muzzle is longer and narrower, similar to the siamese breed. She is a firm believer in getting something done yourself, or else it is not meant to be done at all. Though she prefers hunting by herself and defending her own territory, she wouldn't mind some friends or family here or there. Being more independent than many kittypets, her twolegs dislike her, and are sometimes worried for her health when she eats the mice littering their house. History: Jayda has always lived with the most annoying she-cat on the face of the Earth: Savanna. Their parents were good frineds, like sisters, and had their kits around thhe same time. Savanna was obviously attached to the slightly older Jayda, so Jayda agreed to protect her when the pair of mothers was taken away by disease. Unfortunately, that is impossible, as the twolegs (when she was only 9 moons old!) took her to the cutter and she's never quite been the same. Luckily, Jayda was smart enough to not let the same happen for her, and Savanna wishes that her friend could have a litter large enough for the both of them to cuddle with. Thunderbird is a rather large cat, not because she is fat, but because it is her natural body shape. She has a defiant look about her, and she has a rather long tail. Her eyes are mahogany, with light brown colour flecking near the pupil. Her paw-pads are pink and black, so is her nose. She is a orange-yellow longhair, and has an orange tabby blaze down her nose, resembling a lightling bolt, thus the prefix 'thunder',

Whitefrost, being the brother of Thunderbird, has almost the same body style, and the same defiant look in his face. His eyes are coal black, but they flicker green in certain lighting. his nose is flesh pink, but his paw-pads are black. His paw-pads are also very tough, good for climbing tres and mountains. His fur is white, with black ear-tips and tail-tip. Like his sister, he is long-hair.

Blackpaw is of course, black, and has the same face of Whitfrost and Thunderbird, but through his personality, not genetics. His eyes are most commonly in a narrow position, as if challenging every cat who looks his way. His eyes are emerald green, with black flecking. Blackpaw is a short-hair.

Wingpaw is a delicate and fairly pretty tortoishell she-cat, who, much to the disappointment of some apprentice toms, became medicine cat. Her colours are: orange, white, silvery-grey, yellow, and a little bit of blue. Orange is the domenant colour.
Wingpaw has a slightly boney face, but it fits her body. She is small, but not nearly as small as Littlepaw. Her eyes are gold.

Littlepaw is a very tiny, very fragile-looking she-cat. She often looks nervous, and seems to flinch a lot, but really inside she's one tough cat. Her fur is silver with white paws and chest, and her eyes are silvery-blue.

Pippen is basically a mutt, for she is a cross between a russian blue and a maine coon. She has maine coon build and same hair-length, but her fur is the colour of the russian blue's fur. She looks a little odd, because her head doesn't seem to match her body size. Her eyes are baby blue.

Stormfur is a grey tabby tom with wise eyes and a noticeable limp, but he's still a warrior, and doesn't plan retiring in a couple more moons. He has gold eyes and a dark pink nose. (bear with me, he's a new character) Personality: *Grumble grumble* they have personalities, but my fingers are getting tired from typing. Could I rp it? If not, I'll type it later.
