((ALL: Well it's been a long time in coming, but here it is. I hope you all have fun :D)) ((Sidenote: I'll be using Murcaba as my main and Dagra as my side for now, since I personally find Murcaba will be more entertaining to write about/from the perspective of))
It's at the first light of dawn, shadows are beginning to move about the sleepy town of Riverwood. The fresh smell of oak and pine wafts through the street as the chickens hobble about picking at the cobbled ground.
"Five years have passed since the reemergence of the dragons, and while they still pose a great threat to Skyrim, the Nords aren't backing down. Skyrim's citizens have been tempered by the many wars they have endured, and they refuse to be controlled by any man.
From the Snow Elves in the past, to the Imperials in the present, the Nords have always made their own way. Even against my own people, the Thalmor, the Altmer."
A young girl is standing, alone at the edge of town. Her body is covered from head to toe, save for her face, which is visible under the light hood of a cape. She is facing the sun, holding her hands out as if she's trying to capture it between her fingers.
"And now the undead surface in droves, out from their crypts and tombs. They seek to consume the light, they drive back the humans and destroy all they touch."
As she says this, a rattling begins in the distance, and the girl turns away from it, beginning to walk along the path to Whiterun.
"Can the humans survive the coming darkness?"
The rattling turns to rumbling as a wave of dust erupts at the opposite side of town. The people who had been just waking up seem to have noticed the disturbance, as the men gather outside and the women hide with the children indoors. Weapons drawn, they steel themselves for whatever is coming their way... and within moments they, along with half of the town and buildings are under attack by armored dragur soldiers, vampires and hell hounds.
Having walked along the path a ways, the girl stops on top of a ledge that overlooks the town. She props herself up on a rock and bends over, pulling back her hood to reveal light golden skin, pointed ears and short, feathery rat-brown hair.
"Maybe."
But I highly doubt it.

((If we can start this is my first post))
Kahlan-
She ran outside teeth gritted. She did not like being awakened so early in the morning. Kahlan stretched her toes with her weapon drawn. She was ready to face what danger lie ahmead. Kahlan noticed that mostly men were outside. She scolded them in her mind. Them... Thinking they can do everything better than a girl. I bet that they could never defeat me Kahlan thought. Then she realized how self entered that was and she forgot about it. But it would be seriously hard to defeat her. Kahlan walked to the danger and wasn't sure about what was ahead of her. Although she wouldn't back down.

Darkness covered her. Darkness seeped from her. Darkness cloaked everything around her, but the darkness seemed to be fighting. Fighting over what, though? Her? The unconscious khajiit woman lying on the cold hard ground? Unbeknownst to the her, the darkness was clashing right above her. The darkness that came out from her seemed to be protecting her against the darkness in the place, but her darkness seemed to be losing and if the khajiit didn't wake up soon, she would be in trouble.
On and on it went. Back and forth. Two against one and the one was still losing. Something snapped and suddenly the khajiit's bright blue eyes were open and alert, no grogginess. This wasn't the first time she had found herself unconscious in a strange place. She was a thief and was sometimes, but rarely, captured. However, this was different. This was a cave. A draugr cave, she knew from the shapes circled around her. Luckily, they had not yet noticed her, but then again, she was trained in the art of sneak and if she was even more lucky, she could slip by them completely unnoticed. She started to creep forward towards a small, shimmering light, but slipped and something wet and slimy and fell face first into a skeleton. It didn't wake up and she figured it was one of those rare ones that never came back to life. Unfortunately, another one did awake.
It's eyes suddenly glowed a piercing blue, much like the khajiit's, and it growled at her, lumbering towards her in a zombie-like fashion. Quick as a cat, the khajiit leaped and slashed her claws, for she had no other weapon, across it's face. Growling in pain and anger, it backed up a few paces, but didn't seem to notice the trickling blood coming from the slashes. It came at her again, but she wasn't paying attention to just it anymore. Her mind came to realize that two others were coming up behind her. A clammy hand touched her fur and leaped into the air, which worked to her advantage as she was able to pounce on top of the original draugr and disarm it by twisting it's arm backwards. She fell to the floor, landing on her feet, and sliced the draugr's bony head clean off. This seemed to make the other draugr take a step back, but maybe it was just the slowness of them that made the woman assume this.
They were quicker than the first one and they seemed to be shouting words at her. Words that made absolutely no sense at all in the context. What did "Force, Balance, and Push" have to do with the fight. Suddenly, she found herself being pushed backwards into a draugr seat. Oh sh- She realised that they meant to turn her into one and she wondered how many other unwary adventurers had been caught in this circle. Suddenly, the woman clapped her face with a paw. She had magic! Flipping through her mind, she found the words to the spell she needed.
Zombie rise Zombie fight zombie live zombie die
The first draugr she had fought rose from the ground and she handed it the ancient nord sword as she conjured up her own. The sword looked ethereal in her hand, but to her, it felt normal. Together, the two fought back the rest of the draugrs and the headless one fell backwards into a pile of dust. She went around, checking to make sure every draugr had it's head seperated from it's body, for that was the only way to make sure they were dead. Traveling forward, or maybe backwards, she found her way to the light. It was a nimroot and it was outside the cave. The real question was, what was a plant that grew near water was doing out in the middle of snowstorm.
"I put it there, darling Siri." The khajiit, whose full name was Sirica briarheart, wasn't even phased when the voice seemed to appear from nowhere.
"Serana, you must stop reading my mind until I can too."
"That could take decades, plus, I saved your life. There was a barrier preventing me from going in, so I stuck a glowing plant there for you to get out."
Siri sighed and then smiled, running to her wife. They embraced eachother for more than a few seconds and then Serana let her go. "There is darkness all around you, my love." Serana said, with a worried look on her face.
"I'm a vampire like you, there is always darkness around me."
"This is different." Serana stroked Siri's furry face as she spoke. "I know your darkness. I tasted your darkness when I turned you. This is the old darkness, the one we got rid of together. The forsworn darkness." Siri shuddered at the words, knowing suddenly that they way she ended up there was through the work of the forsworn briarhearts. No other person could drug her, as she had built up an immunity to most, except for them.
"Serana, it was them. We have to go find the kids. Aurora, Mak'at. They have to be safe." Siri said, clutching the pale hand of her wife.
"They are. Don't worry. I left them at home with Farkas. He'll watch them and make sure they are safe. Aela and I tracked your scent to here, but we couldn't find you inside. Aela ran after a hunter chasing a rabbit." Serana's face twisted in disgust and Siri had to laugh. Serana had never liked Aela and Siri thought it was out of jealousy for the other woman, but she realised that woman might actually not like Aela because she was distracted way to easily. Most werewolfs were.
"Let's go home then. I've got things to steal." Siri said, putting her arms around Serana as they got on Serana's horse and rode away.
((Sorry it was so long. I wanted to show my idea of how draugrs could be killed. Btw, I changed Serena's name to Serana because I liked it better and I also changed my bio because she is a vampire lord and I realised she couldn't be a werewolf also.))

Ven woke suddenly, a chill running down the back of his neck as someone, or something, rather, moaned in distress. There was a strangely oppressive feeling to the air, weighing him down like it always got before a big storm, and the sickly smell of death seemed to waft in on the breeze. He breathed in, coughing slightly as he realised the wind tasted like death, too. Draugr. It had to be. At least, he thought, grabbing his sword and hefting it, checking the balance, the weight against his mental calculations, they didn't count as living people. His oath of pacifism was still in order. Draugr would never listen to his arguments for peace, no, this threat asked for more aggressive forms of parlay.
Grinning savagely, with claymore held aloft, he left his house. He cut a rather incongruous figure, in civilian clothing, only the sword and the scars marking him as anything to worry about.

"EEK!" The spider managed to squeal out, before it collapsed in a heap of trembling legs. Rune stepped forward, brandishing a small, elegant knife. As he stepped forward, he noticed all of its ugly eyes, where staring at him in not fear, but anger. He smiled at it, his sharp white teeth flashing in the torch light.
He decided to end its suffering and quickly killed it, slowly lifting his knife, blood droplets slowly spattering on the grass. Washing his knife in the river, he stared at his reflection a moment before sitting up.
Always being alone really affected you, changing everything that was you. But he had no other choice. Standing up, he swung into the saddle of his horse and urged her to a gallop.
He watched the scenery whiz by absentmindedly, already thinking about what his next move should be. He had noticed the assassins trailing him at Dawn. They were inexperienced and he had quickly figured out that they were also on horses by switching his horse's gait. It had taken them a few seconds to realize, but those few seconds were fatal to them. He grimaced as he decided his best approach would be to kill them.
Quickly sliding off his horse, he urged her to keep walking on the path. Then he quickly glided behind a few trees, his bow drawn and ready to shoot. He didn't have to wait long.
Three men and a boy where whispering angrily to themselves.
"I'm telling you he went this way." A tall blonde Nord said, pointing at the path they were riding on.
"No. He went the other way." Said a red faced man, pointing behind them. Rune smiled, his earlier anguish forgotten.
Really, all he had to do was aim and shoot, and one of the men suddenly slumped in his saddle, an arrow with black fletching protruding from his chest. The other men stared, frozen for a moment, which really was a grave mistake for them. He shot another down, as they tried to run. The last man was the blonde one.
Rune slipped out into the open, his bow still aimed at the man's chest.
"What are you doing, following me?" He asked, growling slightly. The man's eyes widened as he noticed the two different eye colors.
"Ghost. So you are still alive." The man said, spitting at Rune's feet. Rune smiled as he released the arrow. He watched the man drop from his saddle and land in the dirt, writhing in agony. The arrow had gone through his thigh, well most of it had. Rune slid forward till he was close enough to the man.
"Oh. Let me help you with that." He yanked the arrow savagely from the man's leg, blood welling up instantly. The man whimpered, and Rune put his head closer to the man's mouth.
"What was that, Nord?" Rune asked, his voice full of contempt as he said the word Nord. The man stared and then laughed, choking slightly as he did.
"Sheogorath take you." He said before making a lunge at Rune. Rune hissed and leapt back as the knife missed his face by inches. Quickly he threw a knife which thudded as it hit its target. The man shuddered then was still. Rune stared at the bodies for a moment, feeling as if he was missing something important.
Just as the word "Boy" crossed his mind, he felt something warm and sticky trailing down his side. Suddenly his hand went to his side, coming away with blood. Glancing down, he noticed a knife sticking out of his side. Turning around, he saw the boy standing there, gazing at him with terror.
"Now what did you do that for, boy?" He asked, grimacing as he pulled the knife out. He stared at the blood on the shiny blade for a moment before lunging at the boy. The boy, with very little flexibility, found himself struggling as Rune tied him up.
After a few moments Rune stepped back to admire his work. The boy now lay across one of the horse's backs, his mouth stuffed with a few items so he couldn't talk. Rune whistled and his horse, Buttercup, came trotting out. Smiling, he affectionately patted her before swinging into the saddle of the other horse.
Buttercup threw her head up, and head butted the other horse. The other horse, a dappled mare, shrank back, and allowed Buttercup to lead the way. Rune laughed, and let the other horse follow Buttercup to the next town.

((Jathypoo's here! hiyaganng! It's almost like yalls was like "Oh, merlins at a friends for the weekend so lets start the RP!" haha Just kidding, just kidding. Love you all. Sorry I haven't posted, I've been running around the streets pretending im a butterfly at 3 in the morning. Hrm. Anyway.))
Well, today was going to be a good Fredas night, drinking Skooma and ignoring the world, but it became sort of hard to enjoy it when the dead are knocking at your door.
Jath put down his bottle of Skooma and went to his window, where he saw a few Draugr outside. Their bright cerulean eyes blinded him, hence he had a lot to drink that night. He got mad and grumbled some cuss words as he walked his way back to his wooden bench he sat on when some Draugr busted in his door. "Are you.. OH MY gods. Just.. no. No, nope! Get out of my house. Don't want no dead humans drinking my Skooma, nope." He said as he walked over to his door and just punched the first Draugr flat in the face with his fist. Another grabbed his arm. Jath simply lifted the Draugr in the air, and it's arm broke off and fell to the floor. Jath picked the arm off his, and tossed it out the door then kicked the Draugr on the floor out his door and 20 feet in the opposite direction. "Dammit, dead human thingz, nah I gotta wash my hands 'fore I eat dinner... Huuu..." He closed his door and wandered back to his kitchen, stumbling on various things in his house. Then he stopped, put his hand in the air and pointed to the ceiling while looking down and slowly turned around. "I should probably lock that, er'body seems to be after me Skooma these dayzzz..." He mumbled as he stumbled back to his door and flipped the little piece of wood onto a latch on the side of his door. "That should keep 'em at bay until I finish this bottle O' this sweet, sweet, Skooma!" he said.
As he wandered back into his kitchen, a Draugr climbed in his window. Jath hissed and grabbed the Draugr around his waist and pushed it out the window again. As he was doing so, it managed to stab him in his side. Jath didn't realize it until after he pushed the Draugr out the window and sat down at his table. He reached to his side to stretch, and blood got on his hands. He reached out for his pheasant breast, and saw blood on his hands. He got this weary ex pression on his face and looked down at his side. "Oh." is all he said as he got up and staggered to his door again. When he tried to open the door, it couldn't because he had locked it. He let out out a confused "Hhuurr" and just ripped his door open and broke his lock. "THAR WE GO!" he decided to shout. He walked down to the river he lived by, outside of Whiterun. He gently scooped up some water with his paw and dabbed it on his wound. Then he fell face first in the water.
((**Post fixed! Sorry guys. I'm a mess. Or I was, when I was typing this anyway. Hrm. I'm better now though I promise. And I'll refresh myself with Skyrim Vocab also.!!**))

Kahlan-
Looked at the kittyman that fell face first into the water. She had to do something or he might drown. She took of her armor leaving only a tank top and baggy pants. She didn't want her armor drowning her. Nosiree. So she dove into the water after him. She grabbed him by the waist with both arms. She grabbed on a rock that was on the wall and pulled them both upShe finally got to the top and she passed out from all of the power she used to save the man.(Wait it was the river that was under the bridge next to dragons reach)

(Two things, merlin. Not trying to be Shao. Friday is not a day in that time period. It is fredas. The second thing is I'm don't remember ever seeing blinds or couches in skyrim. :/
Also, Aslin... Kittyman? Isn't your character a khajiit. Wouldn't you just call him a male khajiit. Sorry to be a bother to anybody.))

((Yep that works! haha))
Jath wasn't completely passed out when something grabbed him from the water, but when they reached the surface, he gasped for air. He saw the unconscious thing next to him, and his brain just started going a million miles and hour, thinking various things like Where did this come from? What is it? Is it a Draugr? Where's my booze? Did I bring my booze? I want my Skooma. Some moon sugar sounds nice... what's this next to me? Ah, I'll just hug it. Spread the love! Spread the love.. Jath then cuddled with the unconscious thing, wrapping his furry arms around it and humming some song about a dragonborn to himself and drooling on himself, but he didn't care. That water was kind of cold, and he was all Skooma'd out, and this figure looked like a girl, and Jath just loved the ladies!
Just as Jath began to get comfortable, he realized that he shouldn't cuddle out here with the Draugrs lurking about. So he sat up, and somehow.. somehow... picked her up and carried her to his house without tripping or stumbling. He pushed his door open with his foot and placed her on a bench. He saw that she was in fact a her, and she was a Khajiit like him. "Oh! You're a kitty like me..! And you're a CUTE kitty too. Kitty kitty kitty..." he said as he pet her face. "Gods you're cold. That river was cold. I better get a blanket for youz...." he said. That cold water sobered him a bit, so he was a little more coordinated, but that didn't stop him from tripping while he was venturing up his stairs to his room to get a blanket. Jath only had one blanket, hence the only spirits in his house is him and his Skooma, and Skooma doesn't need a blanket. He pulled the blanket from his bed and started back down stairs again, and over to the bench. He wrapped his blanket around her tightly so that she would be warm. He closed his door, and started to wander up back to his room, and then her remembered that he only had one blanket. He looked up the stairs, and then at her, and then back up the stairs, and then back to the bench and then he decided to just cuddle back up with her again wrapping them in the blanket. Then he remembered he left the door unlocked. But at this point he just didn't care because he was too drunk to care. He just brushed it off and snuggled this Khajiit because he was cold too. After all, he was the dumb cat who fell in the water anyway.
((**FIXED, Sorry Shao and everybody else. It was 3 in the morning when I wrote this and I was actually cold on my couch, so.. yep. BUT I WASN'T DRUNK I SWEAR**))

((ALL: Hey guys, just wanted to point out some things before we get really into this.It has come to my attention that this may turn into an rp of 2 people and then everyone else, so I'll have to ask that we post in order until we get the hang of this more. Post in the order in which you applied for now, unless it is an urgent matter that needs to be addressed. Also if someone does not post for 24 hours they forfeit their turn and may post when they are soonest able. The list goes as follows: Myself Aslin Merlin Lucky Ezio Panda Tiberius Cloaked
Also I would like to avoid any marital affairs until everyone has gotten the chance to post at least once. Since I, Aslin, Merlin, Lucky, Tiberius and Cloaked have posted so far Ezio and Panda may get in their first posts. After this the list comes into effect.
I apologize for imposing all of this on you guys, but I want to make sure everyone has a chance to be involved who signed up.
As for use of Skyrim vocabulary, I will be as lenient as is possible, simply because I'm not all up on the vocabulary either, however please keep track of what is and what isn't in Skyrim, so no tvs, or cars or anything, though this shouldn't really need mentioning.
Lastly a personal pointer, please if you're going to write in long paragraphs space them so they can be defined as separate. If you don't normally write in long paragraphs, then don't, the shorter the better in some cases.
Please review your posts before you post them to make sure the story is not fractured, as it becomes confusing for other rpers to follow. And if you take a while to type, please post ahead of time to secure your spot and edit that in so you are not skipped.
Thank you for rping with me, I hope this is still going to be a fun rp with all of this. Just let me know if you disagree with any of this and I will review it profusely for a compromise, as I am working off of year-old experience.))

((Gonna go ahead and apologize for anything that doesn't seem like it belongs in Skyrim. I'm not able to play the game very frequently so I'm not always able to get a reference for what I'm typing.))
Rontei walked alone on the long path between Whiterun and Riverwood, as he had been doing for the past few days. For most it only took a day or two to walk the same distance, but he had a habit of going off road to dig around for things to put in his potions. This time he hadn't run into anywhere near as many wolves or bandits as he usually did when he traveled alone. In fact, this entire trip had been going wonderfully up until he reached his destination of Riverwood.
It was quite surprising really, because as far as he remember Riverwood wasn't known for having trouble with the undead, but that certainly seemed to be the case right now. Draugr had flooded the streets and were clawing at any place that harbored humans. He saw a few other demonic beings roaming about and decided that today was not the right day to be in Riverwood, and tomorrow might be a bit better for business.
With his mind made up, Rontei turned on his heel and start to walk back to way he came. And for safety's sake, he made sure his bow was loose enough to be pulled off his back at a moment's notice. He also glanced at his quiver, even though he knew he had plenty of arrows. He might not be great with a bow, but he was good enough to fight off a draugr or two if one happened to take notice of him. For now, however, he seemed safe enough, and was quietly making his way back towards Whiterun.
