"What the..." Jay began, seeming a little disoriented. "What're you doing here?" he asked. "Zooey let me in," Gage chirped, smiling. "I wanted to know how you were doing. And, I wanted to ask if you and Nicole would like to come with us today." "To where?" Gage blinked. "Oh, I don't know. Ask Hayden, he'll know. For now, just ask Nicole, okay?" ( OHMEHGAWD. Gage flinched, then picked up the pencil and snapped it in half. He threw the remaining pieces at Hideo. "Jerk," he muttered. "Don't know. Why don't we just go to that...local fest...thing? You know, like Zooey did." Hayden suggested, barely twitching when the pencil pieces hit him. Jay sighed. "Fine, but you guys can go along. I'm going to pick up Nicole on my own." I'm gonna pick you up now, okay? Uh, wait, like, fifteen minutes or so. I'll be there.
