Jay's eyes widened when Nicole said "Gage" and he was about to start yelling. He calmed down when she finished. "Oh, uh. Yeah, probably." He swallowed. "The others...would be too immature. And, Gage likes you. And, us, I mean. So," He shrugged.

Jay chuckled lightly. "Oh, Oliver and Hayden like you, too. They're just peeved," he explained, pushing his own bangs out of his face. "I think that they're just being stubborn. Especially Hayden," He chuckled again.

"Well," Jay puckered his lips slightly. "I think it has to do with Kurt's suicide mission." he said quietly, almost choking on Kurt's name. He had trouble swallowing after he spoke. His voice turned louder when he spoke again, trying to regain his confidence. "Um, but, also, I don't spend as much time with them when I'm, you know, really in love. I'm hanging all over the other person, instead of hanging-out with my friends."

It's funny, too, 'cause earlier I found the guy who's in the picture I originally used for one of my characters.
His name is BRETT and he's GAY.
Brett, like my bisexual friend, except his name is spelled Bret, and he's gay, just like my character. ono Weird. )

Jay shook his head, smiling warmly. "No, no, Nicole," he murmured, returning the peck on the cheek by instinct. "They're just being childish and stupid. They just want to hog me," He couldn't help but laugh. He was making himself sound like a blanket shared by a bunch of kids.

"Hog me all you want," Jay murmured, smiling wide. "I'd love it, I really would." He wrapped his own arm around Nicole's waist, pulling her as close as he could without dragging her on top of himself. Although, considering how hard it was for Jay to control his hormones, he'd probably have to let go of her pretty soon, before he actually did jerk her on top of him.

Jay closed his eyes, too, sighing in content. For about a minute, he stayed like that, eyes closed and barely thinking. But, memories interrupted him, and he opened his eyes. He frowned then, but then he smiled and patted Nicole's head.

"I think...maybe, you should go inside or something." Jay said quietly. "Maybe, your mom would get suspicous." He chuckled.

Jay chuckled. "Well, alright," he said, shifting so he could nuzzle Nicole's cheek. "If you say so, but, I've got to go soon. I can't let Zooey stay home all by herself tonight..." His mood suddenly saddened, and he frowned.
