"Jeez, then I might as well leave ya to this yourself," Blake said, cocking an eyebrow and placing his hands on his hips. "If you're gonna do that, what would be the point in me tryin'a teach ya anything?"

Jay scratched his head. Was he just supposed to stand around doing nothing? Like hell he was gonna. "I told you Blake's confusing," he said, stepping close to the board and moving Blake's hands away. He rested one of his hands near Nicole's thigh, and Jay had to bite his lip to keep from saying anything. It could've been involuntary. "You've seen people surf before, haven't you, Nicole? All I did was think of how they did it. It's not too hard."

Good, Jay thought, sighing. Blake's getting on my nerves.

"Aww," Blake whined, pushing his wet hair out of his face. "You two aren't leavin' me or somethin', are ya? You," He punched Jay, startling him. "need to make up for all those times you've ditched me, and you," He smiled at Nicole. "well, I just want you to stay."

"Well, we'll just get out of the water, then." Jay said, sighing, He took Nicole's hand, pulling her out of the water, and Blake followed, practically skipping along.

Also. x3 Well, Blake'll take his tiny flirting a little far, and then, like, Jay gets pissed and yells at him, and Blake yells back and Jay punches him and then they really get into a fight.
x3 The only reason Jay punches him is because he mentions Kurt. And insults him. )

"Alright, we'll go sit down, then," Jay said, smiling and leading Nicole back to where their stuff was. Blake followed, dragging his board behind. He sat down just before Jay did, pulling Nicole down with him.

"Um," Jay blinked, standing back up at the same time Blake did. "sure. We'll do that."

"What about this one?" Jay asked, bending down and picking up a little shell. He jumped, dropping it and saying, "Nevermind! That one has a hermit crab in it." Behind them, Blake chuckled.

Jay blinked, then looked back down at the shell, which was crawling away. He would be taking the crab's home away, but, oh, well. He picked it up, taking the little crab by the claw and yanking it out. "There," he said, holding the shell out and putting the hermit crab down.
