"Oh, she's here," Jay said, glancing at a jacket on the couch. "She's probably just asleep. Either that. or she's got her headphones on and hasn't heard us. I kinda doubt that, though."

Nicole shrugged. "This is the first time for a while that I've seen her here." She said, unable to help her laugh. Sheglanced over at Jay's new cast. She felt like it was her fault- it had been her idea to go to the skate park.

It was not her idea. o__o It was Jay's.
And, xD He also said that he'd get distracted by her and break his nose.
He didn't break his nose, but he did break his arm. )

"Yeah," Jay kneeled down, petting Wolfgang with his free hand. The dog stared at Jay, bumped his hand with his nose, then walked off. "Right," Jay said, standing up and brushing his hair out of his face. He turned to Nicole then. "That dog is weird. You wanna go to my room?" he asked.

Nicole teased, "I wonder why." She slowly walked over, semmingly unsure. She wasn't though. Nicole thought back to the skatepark, how by coinsidence they'd seen gage. She thought how, Minus Gage, all of his friends seemingly hated her, or wanted to steal her boyfriend.. But she didn't have to worry about that anymore.

And then she thought of Jay. How happy he made her. How light her heart felt when his arm was around her waist. The glow in his eyes, and his smile. She thought about how Jay made it all worth it. How if the world did end in 2012, which she knew it wouldn't, she would die a heppy person. As long as Jay was there.

And. o.o Jay is convinced that they're all just unsure, and so am I. )

Jay stayed on his bed for a little bit, staring at the ceiling of his room. This was the room he'd isolated himself in during the entire time Nicole was gone. In distraught, he'd simply walked into this room, locked the door, and rarely came out. He ignored his friends, but not his younger sister, and basically just sat in the dark. The thought made him furrow his brow, and he sat up, looking at Nicole.

What a funny look she had on her face. It seemed like she was smiling, but absentmindedly, as if she was day dreaming. Of course, it was nighttime, but still. "Nicole?" he called, blinking at her. Aw, she was so cute!

Nicole blinked a couple timed, no loosing her smile. "Yeah?" She asked. Her eyes wandered, and she cluckled in her head when she saw the brush she had used months ago to brush his hair, when he was 'tipsy'. Not drunk, he'd specified that.

Nicole walked slowly- No, no, mosied ( or is it mozied? ) over to him.

( xD Better be! Kurt might come back and haunt her.
And. o.o Nom mosied is right. )

Blinking, Jay watched Nicole, and took her into his arms when she was close. "Are you okay?" he asked, a smile quirking his lips. "You seem like you're a little... I dunno. You're acting different." He paused, and smiled. "Is it past your bedtime? Are you slaphappy?"

"You're tired," Jay said, smiling and petting Nicole's hair lightly. "Why don't we sleep, then? I mean, I'll be honest, I'm tired, too." He looked at his right arm, which, of course, had a cast on it, and he frowned a bit. What could he do with a cast on?
