Jay: Well, I don't know. o_o )

"Great," Jay thought aloud. "I can't sleep." He flopped over on his bed, sighing as he watched the Moon. It didn't seem to move. Eventually, he walked over to his desk and grabbed a piece of clay, which he began molding in between his fingers.

Well, he thought. let's see if it still works - molding clay used to make me fall asleep. Jay closed his eyes and fell asleep.

Nicole woke up, and rubbed her eyes. She looked out the window and saw the sun sealing the horizion. "Thank God it's friday.." she mumbled. She sat up, and covered her mouth with a long yawn.... She stood up and wobbled into the bathroom. She locked the door, and get in the shower. She got out about 20 minuites later, and wrapped a towel around herself. Nicole pulled at a strand of her hair, "My Godness! Drowned rat-city!!" She ran a brush through her tangled hair. She walked to her room. Nicole pulled a pair of skinny jeans and a skin-tight blue shirt. She got dressed, blowing her hair dry. She pulled it up into a nice high-pony tail and starightned her bangs. Nicole put on her Mascara, eyeliner, lush and so forth and let her hair fall over her eye. "Perfect~" She smiled. She ran down the stairs nearly falling, "Carfull, Nikki!" Her mother called, "Why so anxious for school?" Her mother asked, an eyebrow raised, and Nicole answered "No Reason~" Her mother rolled her eyes, and Nicole walked twards the fridge. "You got a new boyfriend?" she asked, and laughed. "Mom!" Nicole complained, pulling a yogurt from the fridge. She took a spoonfull, "No.." she mumbled, scarfing it down and grabbing her car keys off the counder top, and scrambling out the door. Her mom picked Nicole's binder up and held it out, and nicole came running back throuh the door. She grabbed her binder.. "Thanks." and she ran back out the door. She was at the school soon enough, and she grabbed her binder wich on the inside had Jay's name scribbled on it, she got bored the night before, so she scribbled on her binder.. it was normal to her. She walked into the school, and to her locker. There she did her combo, humming a song to herself. She stuffed a book in, pulling two books out.  She coulden't halp but look around for Jay. When she didin't see him, she closed her locker, heading to cl*censored*.

Jay stood still in his bathroom, leaning forward towards the mirror and holding an eyeliner pencil to his face. "You know, I've got school, too." said his sister, who was standing in the doorway, waiting for her eyeliner.

"Yeah," Jay lined his waterline carefully.

"Why do you even wear eyeliner, anyway?" she asked, coming up from behind him.

"Guyliner is hot." Jay handed the pencil to her and grabbed his jacket, pulling it over his shoulders and grabbing his backpack. He ran outside, holding a piece of toast in between his lips. He opened his car door and sat down, starting the car almost immediately and driving off towards school.

( No, no. xD I understood it, s'just that it wasn't spaced out. o3o )

Jay stepped into cl*censored* as soon as he had gathered his things. He looked around, then took a seat near the back of the room. "Another day, I guess." he mumble to himself, beginning to draw again.

( xD Indeed. )

Jay was dozing off in his seat, holding his head up with his hand. Someone threw something at his hair, but they missed, leaving Jay undisturbed. He was dreaming, but when he woke up, he wouldn't remember the dream.

Jay squeaked when he felt the pencil eraser poke him. "Oh," He rubbed his left eye, turning to face Nicole. "okay, thanks, Nicole. I guess I owe you one." He turned back to the board in the front of the room, sighing.

Lily stuck her tongue out at Nicole, then said, "What do you think?"

Jay chuckled, writing notes on the teacher's lecture. Honestly, he thought. I love it when girls bicker.

"Yeah?" Lily raised her eyebrows at Nicole. "Well, bite it, Nic."

Jay stayed quiet, biting his tongue so he wouldn't laugh as loudly as he wanted to. Nic. That's funny. Is she referring to her as a male? he thought.

Jay chuckled again. Weak comebacks, but it was kind of cute. Not that he found Lily cute -- no, not at all.

"Nic, nic, nic." Lily teased, rolling her eyes. 

Jay frowned, then turned to the people behind him. "Will you people stop arguing behind my back? Seriously, I'm trying to concentrate." A smile pulled at the corners of his lips, but he didn't smile.

"Jay Cusker!" snapped the teacher, and Jay turned, mouth gaping. "Stop talking and disrupting the cl*censored*!"

"But...but..."

"Stop talking!"

"Fine!" Jay stood up, eyes boiling.

The teacher frowned, the pointed at Jay. "Detention." he said simply, turning around.

"What?!" Jay cried, his eyes widening and his jaw dropping.

"You heard me. Now sit down and stop talking!" Reluctantly, Jay sat down, listening to the rest of the cl*censored* snicker and laugh at him.

"Nicole!" the teacher hissed. "Are you trying for a detention yourself, young lady?"

Jay sighed, turning his head a bit. "Don't try and protect me -- you'll only get yourself in trouble." he said to her.
