"Overdose," Jay replied, sitting down in his chair again. "She did it on purpose. I don't know why."

( I have an albino baby shark named Tahti. Trying to get rid of her, I hate maintaining a salt water tank. :(

Jay sighed. "Zooey purposely overdosed on painkillers. My painkillers. I never finished them, because I randomly stopped taking them when I felt better. Guess she found them, and..." He whined.

( *voice )

"Hey, thanks," Jay chuckled. "Jonah always told me that, too, even though he was much taller than I was. Which means he had longer legs and arms than I did." He smiled, mostly to himself. Walking to the corner of the room, Jay murmured under his breath, "I've been having really bad luck lately, Kurt. But, that's how it was after my mom died. Dad became really distant, and so did I. Some time later, Jonah died, and I met you. That's where my bad luck ended, but now it's started again. I hate life." He laughed a little loudly.

"The situation." Jay said, turning back to look at Nicole. "It's funny, I guess."

( Oh my. )

Nicole blinked, "No, It's not.."

"It is," Jay sighed and walked towards Nicole. Once in front of her, he sat down. "I don't want to go anywhere anymore, Nicole. Leave me here." he murmured, staring up at her. He looked an awful lot like a kid when he stared up at people, and that moment was no exception. "I hate it here, but I'd rather be here than anywhere else. I grew up here, I was born in the very hospital we're in, and three people who were very important to me died in this town. This place might be filled with bad memories, but I don't want to leave what's good. If you're going to some other place, fine. So be it. But I'm staying, and if you do come back, I'll be waiting."

"It's the second stroke of bad luck I've had now," Jay murmured, looking down at his hands and smiling a little. "Depression, recession, aggression. You can go, if you really want to. I don't want to go." He lifted one of his hands up and touched his hair. It had grown out some since Kurt had given him a random and fail cut. It looked nice now.

"You can if you want," Jay said, placing a hand on Nicole's leg and pulling himself up. He crossed his arms over Nicole's lap and set his head on them. "I know you might just be saying that so you won't make me feel bad, and in reality you really want to go. With or without me. But, I'd be a pain if I went with you. All depressed and sh.it, I'd be."

"Then your ocmming with me." She murmured. "Does Zooey have to stay overnight, or..?"
