"You've got it," Grace said happily. She glided over to Victor and hooked her arm through his. "Now if only you can keep your balance more easily." She had noticed that he wobbled more than anything. "Don't look down at your feet. Most people do that. Look straight ahead and focus on where you want to go."

He nodded "Okay gotcha! So just like kinda trust yourself and go for it? Don't look down and such?" He smiled, enjoying having a girl holding onto his arm. In fact, he realized that maybe he kind of liked Grace. Like Liked her.

Jason loved hearing that she was single. Now he just hoped she liked him. He liked her. Avery came to the table. "So are we ready to order?" Jason nodded and ordered their appetizer. He also ordered a Cocacola for himself. "What would you like to drink, Lauren?" Jason asked. |

Avery left to go grab their drinks. "Lisa makes great food." Jason stated. Avery came back with the drinks and the appetizer. "Here guys! Enjoy!" She then strolled off to take another table's orders.

"C'mon, get back up." Grace skated over to him and offered him a hand. She was still all shaken up inside. She was shaken from a mix of things: one, she liked Victor. She would never admit it, but she did. Second, the adrenaline rush of gliding across ice made her feel like her internal organs weren't there. In other words, she felt weightless.

pression had changed. She seemed less serious, and more happy. He pushed the thoughts away, returned to reality and laughed"Uh, thanks for helping me. I know I'm a total failure" She giggled and gave him a smile. He was so cute and she couldn't help but laugh, even sometimes when things weren't funny. "I can imagine how that would be hard! How often are you on shift here? Maybe I could pop in and pay you a visit every once an a while." |
