Revera glanced up at Propheci and Akilina. She pulled her ears back and averted her gaze as she watched Adonis pounce on a few more leaves. She layed down resting her head on her paws and folding her wings gently against her back. She didn't want to confront the Alpha's or say anything to them on fear of what they might do. A worried ex
pression fell upon her face as she watched her daughter knowing good and well she wouldn't be the only pup for long. Akilina was pregnant and due any time now.

Adonis pounced around on dead leaves not really paying attenting to where she was going. Her red eyes were focused on the brown crunching things under her paws. As she was making her way around pouncing on leaves she ran right into Baikunai. Her face fell as she pulled her ears back, backing up away from the large wolf. "Sorry!" She apologized watching him. "I..umm. Leaves" She said as a stupid grin rested upon her maw. "I'm bored?" she said with a nervous laugh not meaning to run into him.

Mack perked his ears watching Propheci then Akilina as she appeared with the fresh kill. His stomach growled which caused him to sink to his belly beside Revera. "That looks good" he whimpered glancing at Revera. "It's going to rain today, Rev" He said using her nickname. "I know Mack...I know" she said glancing up at the sky as if waiting for it to pour any secound.

Baikunai's ears flicked back as Adonis ran into his side. His tail flicked before he replied; "It's fine, young one. Slippery leaves means a good opsticale for your opponate to overcome." He smiled then. "Master that, you'd be a grat warrior." Circling around the pup once, he said; "I'll coach you if you want to occupy your time."

Terra dragged her kill over to Mack and Revera. "Are you guys hungry?" she asked, blinking her forest green eyes as she let go of the vines. She sat down and watched the two wolves.

Propheci cocked his head to one side and thought about it while his maw was full of warm meat. Swallowing the mouthful, he said; "How about we decide when they, or it, is born? That way we can get a change to see what they, it, looks like." His tail swished over the ground as he tooka nother bite.

Adonis' red eyes went wide as she nodded quickly. "Yes, yes.... oh please yes!" She grinned wagging her tail wildly behind her. "Being a warrior would be soo cool! I get to protect the family, hunt and stalk my prey." Upon her maw an evil grin fell as she growled crouching down watching a brown leaf in front of her. She pressed her ears to her skull as she lept with a snarl and pounced on the leaf watching it shatter under her paws. She giggled before looking up at Baikunai.

Mack perked his ears as he rested his gaze upon Terra. "Oh yes. I was just admiring the kill Akilina brought back for Propheci. He said glancing up at the Alpha's before getting to his paws and going to bite into the kill before pausing. "Join us?" He asked Terra with soft eyes.

Revera stood up and looked at Terra. "Thank you" She said with a soft smile before it faded as she glanced over to Adonis who was currently with Baikunai. "If she's bothering you send her away. You don't have to put up with her" She called softly wondering what exactly little Adonis was bothering him about.

Baikunai watched the pup as he sat down. He made a few mental notes as he watched Adonis pounce on a dry, brittle leaf. "Very good," the wolf rumbled slightly. Lurching forward, he was then crouched low with his paws spread out and his weight distributed equally. His tail was straight down with the tip resting on the ground and he was closer yet. "Try to keep low so your opponate, or prey, cannot see you until it is too late." Then, to demonstrate his point, he slunk forward and kept his eyes on Terra.

Terra tilted her head before nodding. "Sure," she said before taking a half-step forward. But then, she felt something slam into her side and knock her into the dirt. Sneezing, she pushed herself into a sitting position, she glanced at Baikunai, who was looking smug. "Baikunai," she growled, her hackles slowly raising as she rose to her paws.

Propheci smiled again as he swallowed another mouthful of food. Nuzzling his mate's side with his nose, his tail flicked as he glanced at the rest of his pack. Terra and Baikunai were play-fighting as they always did, Revera and Mack where eating the deer Terra brought back, and Adonis was hunting among the leaves. Flicking his tail again, he unfurled his wings. "I'm going to go on a overhead patrol, Akiline," he said, "and to scout out where all the prey has gone."

Revera kept her muzzle shut not wanting to laugh at what had just happened. She sunk her fangs into the fresh kill Terra brought back. She let the warm blood drip down her throat as she continued to chew on the kill.

Mack perked his ears looking at Terra and Baikunai. "Heh. You okay Terra?" he asked with a slight smirk. That looked extremly fun which caused his tail to wag behind him. He looked over at Adonis who giggled and crouched down setting her gaze on Mack who quickly pulled his ears back noticing her intent stare. "Uh oh" he frowned watching the small pup immitate Baikunai and pounced running into his side. Even though the force wasn't hard enough to knock Mack over he purposly fell over to let the pup have her moment. "Oi...Adonis" Mack complained with a grin on his face watching Adonis pounce around in little circles all proud of herself.

"Like that Baikunai?" she asked looking up to him then looking over at Mack who pushed himself to his paws with a slight smirk.

As Terra and Baikunai wrestled, the tan wolf pinned the black and white one to the ground. Baikunai glanced at Adonis and nodded for he had seen the 'attack'. "Yes, just like that Adonis," he said as his tail moved in a slight wag. Then, he pushed Terra off of him with a paw and the she-wolf relectantly withdrew.

"I'm fine, Mack," Terra said as her ears twitched while her tail twitched slightly. Sitting down, she rubbed her muzzle against the inside of her right leg as it started to ich.

Launching himself up into the air, he circled around the camp. His wings beat before swiveling them to hover slightly. "Revera, you would you like to come scouting with me?" the black and crimson wolf called down. While he waited, his tail lashed out.

Adonis grinned up at Aki feeling extremely proud of herself. She perked her ears up and seemed to prance around the larger wolves. “Oh yeah! I got it…I got it” she chanted grinning at Baikunai. “I wanna play” she grinned sliding down to her belly and pulled her ears back watching him. She was a little lonely and the only others she had to play with was the larger wolves who sometimes she could have swore were just pretending around her.

Revera shot her muzzle into the air looking up at him before nodding lightly. “Yes please” She said with a grin spreading her large black and red wings. Before she took off her muzzle snapped to Mack who pulled his ears back. “I know I know…take care of her” Mack nodded knowing exactly what she was going to say. “Thank you” Revera said pushing off the ground and using her wings to lift herself into the air. “Where to?” She asked, her eyes shinning with excitement. It felt so wonderful to fly.

Mack smirked and glanced over at Adonis who seemed to be watching her mother in the air. Her ears pulled back as she sat down and forgot all about wanting to play. A small whimper escaped her muzzle as she watched with extreme envy. She would do anything to fly like her mother, but sadly she didn’t have any wings to fly. That little thought she couldn’t’ really wrap her mind around. She didn’t understand why she didn’t have any wings.

Propheci beat his wings more as he thought. "I was thinking we could start scouting at out northern border before moving to the eastern one," he said as he started to list off towards the north.

Baikunai watched Adonis as the young she-wolf watch her mother with envy. Sighing, he padded over to her and gently nudged the black and crimson pup with one paw. Extending his neck, he whispered in Adonis's ear; "Your it," before padding off. A wolfish smile curved itself onto his muzzle.

Revera's grin widened as she nodded following after the Alpha. Her heart soared as she did making sure to keep up with him and not fall to far behind. It had been a while since she had flew knowing good and well it made her daughter feel bad. "Propheci...How old were you when you aquired your wings?" She asked curiously wondering how old he was. When she was a pup she had hers ever since she was just a newborn. In her heart she prayed Adonis would get a pair, but in her mind she knew that it probably wasn't possible. She took her father's genes and he didn't have any.

Adonis perked her ears when Baikunai told her she was it. She growled pulling her ears back and lept after him, running as fast as she could. "You won't get away from me Baikunai!" She growled chasing him. This occupied the small pup's mind causing her to forget all about her mother and flying.

Propheci tilted his head slightly as he thought about Revera's question about when he was gifted with his wings. If he could remember correctly, he recieved his wings in the first week of his teenage life. A slight shiver went down his spine as he remembered the pain he had been through. Finally, he replied; "Before I was an adult, yet after my puppyhood years." He beat his wings again as he pulled his limbs closer to his body.

Baikunai's ears twitched as he started to race around the clearing where his pack made camp. His longer legs granted him to take longer strides than his short-legged friend. His eyes sparkled with amusement as he spun around and bolted past Adonis. It seems she has forgotten her envy, the male noted with happiness.

"Hey!" Adonis giggled slidding to a stop watching him spring past her. "Oof" She muttered as she tried to get runnin again but fell flat on her face. "STupid feet" she complained growling as she got up and began to chase after him again. "I will get you!" she giggled pouncing after him.

Revera listned to Propheci and nodded lightly. So her daughter still had some hope. "It bothers me to know i'm hurting my daughter by flying. She wants wings so badly, but there is a large chance she won't have them." Revera explained her question tucking her paws close to her chest as she increased her speed by streaching her wings even further out as she continued the steady beat of her wings.

Baikunai grinned and slid to a halt before slipping quickly into a low-laying bush. Making sure he was well hidden from Adonis, he moved forward in a stalking motion as he cut through the shadows.

Propheci nodded; he under stood her concern. "I'm sure Adonis will get her wings. But they have to develope first," he said, tilting his wings slightly as he gazed at the leafy canopy below.

Adonis halted to a stop and tilted her head to the side wondering where exactly Baikunai went. "Baikunai?" She asked spinning around pulling her ears back. She crouched down looking around wondering exactly where he was hidding. "Come out..." She called with a slight whimper.

Revera nodded lightly at Propheci's words. "If she has the genes in her" she said softly extending a paw letting it brush past a few leaves from the tree tops before folding it back up to her chest. She beat her wings once more glancing at the blue sky in front of her letting her mind wander for a few secounds.
