The Arbiter blocked the needles with his energy sword, then cloaked himself. His swords reappeared around Rhi's throat.

The Arbiter tried to twist around to avoid the needler. His shields wouldn't work this close up and six rounds would super-combine... How much ammo was still in the chamber?
