The Tank form picked up a carrier form and threw it at the Warthog. It exploded just in front, flipping the Warthog and covering it in infection forms. The turret snapped off and Frederick flew several meters further, but he rolled expertly to avoid damage.

Rhi tucked her head into her chest to protect it and the moa as the warthog flipped. She then scrambled out form under the warthog, got to her feet and steadied the moa with one hand while igniting an energy sword with the other.

The Marine was trapped under the Warthog. As he tried to pull himself out, he noticed the swarm of infection forms closing in on him. He fired his assault rifle desperately, shredding dozens, but the infection forms kept slowly advancing. Frederick stood up and loaded his assault rifle. He began to head back to the Warthog, but three combat forms jumped onto him, knocking him down and taking his shields down severely. (GTG now bye)

Rhi sprang over the warthog. Frederick's more able to help himself, the marines closer, and if I don't try, we'll probably end up with one less gun and have one more flood surrounding us. She slashed at the nearest infection forms before backing into the warthog and getting a grip on it with her free hand. She then straightened her legs and pulled up, lifting the warthog high enough for the marine to get out.

The marine pulled himself out from under the Warthog. He managed to stand up, although it was obvious his ankle was in very bad shape. Frederick dropped his assault rifle and threw the combat form on his back over his head, breaking it's spine. He kicked the one on his side trying to rip of his hip, breaking it's leg. the third one was right in his face, trying to eat him and was only being stopped by Frederick's other knee. (And his shields, and his armor XD)

Infection forms swarmed towards Rhi. A few metres away to carrier forms ran towards the group. The marine left Rhi to fight the infection forms, and hobbled around the warthog to help Frederick. He sprayed fire onto the combat form on Frederick's side, finishing it off. Frederick grabbed the combat form's arms and pushed it off him, twisting it's arms as he did. He then headbutted it, causing it to stagger away from him, so that he could kick it in the chest.

The infection forms swarmed over Rhi, bursting on her shields and grabbing at the moa. The marine shot at the carrier forms, causing them both to explode an release their infection forms towards him and Frederick.

The marine and Frederick poured assault rifle fire into the oncoming infection forms, shredding most of them before they got close. The last infection form was popped by the moa.

"That Warthog is toast, good thing we just have to go a few more meters ..through those combat forms and that tank form...charging towards us..." the Marine said, sounding more and more scared. Frederick picked up some ammo off the belt of a half-marine. He reloaded and started firing at the combat forms. (There are like five left and the Tank form, and a lot of popcorn XD)

Three combat forms jumped into the air and landed behind them, while the others kept dashing forwards. The Tank form swung repetitively as it charged. The Marine threw a frag grenade, killing a combat form. Frederick shot at the charging tank form.

Two combat forms died, but the third smashed Rhi across the face with both arms. Frederick rolled under the Tank form, who smashed the marine aside. Frederick threw his last grenade at the Tank form-a plasma grenade. He stuck it in the face as he slid under, causing it to thrash around until the grenade exploded. The last combat form and the infection forms headed towards Rhi.

The two surviving combat forms came at her from both sides, along with the little cluster of infection forms. The Tank form swayed and fell to the side, narrowly missing the unconscious marine. Frederick ran over the body of the Tank form, shooting the infections forms nearing the marine.
